  1. ohhh i like it. those pre-planned shots are always the best when they don't look pre-planned. personally, i would blow that picture up and hang it.and a d90? i like the choice. would be my first choice. i never went digital. i still have my nikon n70
  2. i like the water under the bridge. how did you take it? you look like you should be standing in water :)also, why don't you tell us what camera you bought....
  3. where on earth are you getting your information from? i would like to know. if this information you are talking about isn't paranoia and is coming from some othr source, i will gladly post my opinion there instead. there are certain things that might occur in a chat room, but someone isn't going to be choosing a screen name at random to hack their accounts. haha that is just ridiculous.....
  4. this is the absolute worst impression of an escher illusion i have ever seen. whatever site you got that off of, i suggest never going back and maybe finding something worth posting
  5. i agree 100% that the parents should suffer a penalty if their children are committing a crime or endangering themselves by being irresponsible. problem is. here in the united states, we have been cracking down on child abuse and clearly defining what child abuse is. if a parent tries to enforce rules, a child can cry child abuse. children can lie all day and have child services come over and have their own parents thrown in jail.there is also a fine line between love and tough love as well. it's true that discipline gives a child a sense of being loved even if they don't like the rules or the discipline the parents try to enforce on a child. there is very limited options when kids rebel against their parents or the rules of society.also, parents are having kids and they can't even afford to raise them properly. we have welfare in the united states which actually pays parents more money when they have more kids. there is a cut off point, but still, adults are having children and they can't even afford to feed or clothe them so the government steps in. when parents start off being irresponsible, it leads to the children being irresponsible. some parents aren't even meant to be parents....but instead of putting the child in a home where the child can recieve a better upbringing and love, they will wait every month for their check.the whole system sucks here in the united states. it getting more based on the welfare of the children thinking the system is actually helping children and it's not in the long run. then....when the kids start to grow up, what do they do? the same things as their parents because that's all they know and it's a never ending cycle of bad parenting.
  6. don't be alarmed. if you diet is the same, then all it means is you are building more muscles.were you lifting weights for the sole purpose of weight loss?
  7. i dunno. it might work. let's everyone talk without the letter "Z" for a day and see what happens :)i don't think opaque would like that thought due to seo purposes....
  8. ummmm....pluto is still in our solor system. they are just not considering it a planet. they will also never wipe z from the english language alphabet. people are gullible
  9. yea. can anyone just tell you to be patient along with the other people? updates have cleared some things up. in fact xisto just updated some news that the credit system v4 will be coming soon so until that happens soon, lets not have anyone get their panties in a twist over anything.
  10. that's funny you mentioned that trap was blacklisted. i couldn't sign up with a cpm company because my shared ip was blacklisted haha. but that's why it's not wise to be sharing any ip if you want a good reputation.
  11. vitamin e for sure! buy the jel caplets, stick a pin in it, and rub in the oil where the scar is. do this once every day. also, try to swallow one every day too. they are good for you

  13. i am not saying it doesn't happen. what i am saying is those occasions are very rare. it's not common that a hacker would go out of their way to hack an account for photos. most likely, it would be for something else and the photos or whatever else was in the account was a bonus.so being paranoid to protect photos and posting about the security threats because someone may or may not have photos is ridiculous in my mind because just because someone has an account, doesn't even mean they have more than one photo stores on a social networking site.on top of all that, it's easier just to get added to the account than to hack it to obtain the photos. what you are talking about happens RARELY and not even worth talking about because in the end, they are just photos that's aren't worth much. we aren't even talking nude photos which could probably be sold on the black market since photos are shared amongst friends and sometimes friends of friends.plus, it is also just plain common sense that if someone is hacking for photos, then the person knows the other person one way or the other. hackers just don't pick an account to hack at random. if that were true, it would even be that much harder to hack an account and the hacker wouldn't even kjnow if there were photos in the account.
  14. yea, you'll have to suck it up and accept the loss. when my yahoo got hacked, i had emails from friends and family dating back to the 90's that i had saved. everything was deleted including my facebook account and they even tried to delete my google account which is connected to a lot of things. it's tough, but the only solution is to suck it up, accept it, and choose better security. also try not to log in to your accounts on computers you don't own or even share with someone else because that is what my mistake was.
  15. really? clearing the cache absolutely fixes the problem for me. but then it goes back to doing the same old crap. so something still needs to be fixed because i really don't want to be clearing cache every time i'm here.
  16. what would be the reason to delete members who haven't logged in for a year? they are still members. have an account here and some of them are on the mycent plan. i think even those people who haven't logged in in a while deserve their mycents to be here if they ever come back to the forums. so i am curious what your reasons would be to delete those members. i hope it's a really good reason or maybe you should put some thought in to what you post.
  17. WD- clear your browser cache please....and then tell me if that solves the menus and notification problems you reported
  18. a fruit calling me gay. now i've heard it all hahaha

  19. that didn't have anything to do with wanting trouble, did it? :)

  20. who wants trouble? i'm bored! :D

  21. see if the name shows up on the block list. if not, manually block the name. no biggie. spammers are rampant on yahoo. i get spammed all the time!
  22. did you even test your power supply yet? that's the first think i would check before swapping parts.
  23. you can strongly disagree all you want. just because there is locker room talk at a college doesn't mean someone is even going to attempt to hack an account. sure, things can be done when reading a status message, but like i said before, usually the ones reading the status messages of others actually know the person. so keep disagreeing, keep using all caps, put more exclamation marks. continue to use the word flick(whatever that means). but please, keep your paranoia to yourself. yea, it's good to inform people about the possibilities of dangers on the internet. i am a firm believer in that no matter how small, but i don't suggest what you have to be highly likely to most people who use the internet. in fact, there are a lot worse dangers to be worried about than a status message. now what makes the status messages a security threat is the fact that there are friends of friends who can read them. that means on a site like facebook or myspace when people are adding 500-1000 people they don't know, someone might be inclined to stalk someone. especially if they like their picture. but hacking an account? very unlikely. i would be more concerned for the idiot who says they are going away on vacation for a week. if the theif is in the local area or state, then maybe the theif will be inclined to try to find out the house they live at through mutual friends. since they are already on their friends list, this person can pretend to be a long time friend who wants to mail a letter or even a phone number to get an address or use reverse lookup. that is most likely to happen before someone tries to hack an account of a person they don't even know. it's VERY unlikely.
  24. in the meantime, you can go to the footer when you log in to your account and click on "last account activity" and it will show the ip addresses of the last 5 times someone logged in to the account. that is just ridiculous that someone would erase all messages. same thing happened to me about 2 months ago. turned out it was someone i knew who wanted to hurt me and had a log of my previous passwords on their computer. so obviously change your password. i don't know if google will give you any information. they probably get overwhelmed about hacked accounts as it is so the ip address in last account activity is your best chance to know who it was or where they are from.i am sorry to hear the bad news
