Unless you have a back-up copy on your local machine (always a good idea), you will start with a new account.When accounts are 'suspended', the files are locked from access for 30 days and then deleted if the account is not refreshed.At least that is what I understand the process to be. I would plan on starting over again unless the suspension is recent.And ALWAYS have an account backup on your local system, even if it is on a USB stick.

The issues you have with the shoutbox *might* be due to your Browser.I use Firefox 3.5.5 and have no issues with it. Can you try using a different Browser for a day or two to see if that is the problem?Also, the IPB Board doesn't like dynamic IP's. Some sort of issue with the Login/security settings. Are you on a dynamic IP address that your ISP changes on you? That may be re-setting your Login information.

The issue has been resolved with a replacement Hard Drive. It likely was not the problem. The various sites are in a Server Cluster and only one group of sites were being affected. I don't think the xisto or Xisto - Web Hosting sites are on that Server, but I could be wrong.

And MyCents won't show until you have at least 5 Postings AND allow some time for the script to run. Allow a few hours, depending on the Server load at the time.

Submit a Support Ticket to Xisto - Support.com as per the usual procedure.Topic closed.

The Password and authorisation method used by phpmyadmin can be changed in the configuration file. Two things to check: 1. The value of the variable: $cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] string 2. The value of the variable: $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] string ['HTTP'|'http'|'cookie'|'config'|'signon'] Those are the selectable values available for that variable. I am on an Xampp stack as well and the Documentation is found at LOCALHOST/phpmyadmin/Documentation.html#config which should be the same for you. Start your server first.

Indeed, that is one of the benefits to belonging to a Forum like this. I'm with Sheepdog on this one. Kids need to have the option to be outside horsing around.When I was a youth, (quite some time ago), we were lucky enough to have a baseball field and playground across the road and spent countless hours there on the swings, slides, etc. Or playing baseball, tag, golf in the field. Always seemed to be a collection of kids there except when it was raining.And beside our house was a 40 acre woodlot which was quite a place to go to as we got old enough. Bike trails, forts, hiking places to go and play.This was before the computer age, of course, so staying inside was something you did on aforementioned rainy days, and after supper until your homework was finished. (yeah, right!)The last time I was 'home', the 40 acre woodlot is now an Industrial park with buildings and warehouses. Even paved streets in place of the paths we had made. Kids in the neighbourhood do not have that as an option any more. And the Ballpark is fenced. The park playground is no longer there because some kid's parents sued the Town over an injury received while playing on the swings, so where do kids go to play? I don't live in the States, but the lifestyle issues are the same here now. Kids need to be kids, running rampant through the fields instead of running the latest Playstation, or Wii... just my opinion.

I don't have a Physics background past secondary School, but I have a Geography/Economics background from University.I am of the opinion that the net effect of Industrialisation has got us to where we are today. Major sources of Pollution need to stop, the Planet needs to work towards reducing the population, and the lifestyles we lead need to be adjusted. downward from the North American levels currently in place. Certainly there are places on the Earth not at the same level, and it would be great if those parts of the world could be fed, housed and clothed better that they are at present.Read about the Carrying Capacity of this Planet. If the entire world's population's lifestyle was to be adjusted to the "North American/European" standards, we would need about 4 Planets with Earth's resources. And those statistics are several years old. I'm sure that the requirement has increased since I read them. Clearly there is too much demand for Resources on this feeble Globe and that is without considering the potential for damage caused by an increasing population.I don't know what the precise answer is. Maybe if the Industrialised Countries placed a Global Tax on Profits based on the damages that Companies cause, we could accumulate the dollars and support education, health and remedial programs against those damages. Since it is the Industrialised processes causing the damage, the benefactors of that process should pay for the fixes.Just my opinion.

This 6 month issue is a concern. As others have suggested, though, let's wait to hear from Kontera about the validity of the data. Since I have joined, I have been keeping track of the Kontera earnings in a spreadsheet which I update once per month.I'll have to check to see how close I am getting to the $100 payout. Last I checked, it was around $85 so should be getting a payout soon, I hope.*edit*$98.27 as of Nov 27th, so I should be hitting the payout early next month... I hope. But that is only if the earnings go back to the beginning.If it is only for the last 6 months, I'm out of luck. :)I'll keep you posted about this as it develops.

Are you getting any exercise? Sitting around at your computer won't improve your conditioning and any weight you gain will not be good for you under those circumstances.I would suggest that you start some sort of activity, even walking to get your body working more and build your appetite up.

I always have something to do around here.If all else fails, you can google for things that need doing. My hard drive needs a clean out.
