If i'm not wrong youtube was on ASP. Since when it was ported to PHP ? I don't know how you checked that it was on PHP ? Before google purchased orkut,it was on PHP later moved to ASP. And the performance of site is down after switch. I doubt that with word "ALL". Besides your own list shows most of the sites are PHP based. So how can you say that ALL are made by ASP.

Here is some observation from my side:- Design is good especially the top header nav bar is good.- Color used for background was good but less attractive. Find some good color combos for flash sites(or sites with flash widgets).- Top header image is good and no matter what don't change it. - Do check the site look for other browsers. I tried it on firefox, you should check it woth other browsers as well. That's all from me, i know short one. Keep it up with your site.

Ewwww. No way, i'm going to eat that. And as far as i know i never ingested brains or yucky parts of animals. I need to get those zombie viruses (as shown in movie like Resident Evil) to eat some brains and blood gore way. @_@. Not gonna try it >_< ever.

For Windows, if you want to find out spyware or trojans that start with startup. You can try use "Autorun and Process viewer"(this i found yesterday) very cool utility. Also there is processtamer which does similar job like APV. Use hijackthis utility to fix the startup processes which are unwanted. Also Malwarebytes antimalware bytes is one to fix it for windows trojans and startup script kiddies.For linux, if you are using KDE then you can try KSysGaurd. There is not known task manager utlity as far as i know.

To see the running tasks in linux you can use the command Top. I tried this on red hat box. It will show you the top processes running. Try this command : top Also to kill those processes. Use the following commands. kill -9 <Listed_process_id> To know the process id,use the following command. ps -aux | grep <name_of _process>

Why so ? I did find that search engine fine. It's not google or bing but it is good with searches. For example if you type "fiction" in it. It gives some good results. It has enough results which are worth to check(less clutter also). I didn't find anything funny with that search engine. Or is it just me ?

Nice, keep adding more lenghy content. Make it 200-400 word per post. That way you'll get indexed by search engines.

I want your opinion about those HD drives. What's your take on blueray drives ? which one are worth to try ?HD or Blueray or both ?

If that is the case then i think there are many places where people resort to lie. Like internet marketing and many promotion things. They try to sell what is actually not worth it. for example, service which is not worth what is labeled it. So in such case we call it survival and life, in such case we resort self serving bias to make ourselves comfortable. It won't help in long run and also not helping in sleeping relax at night but it does earn money,women and house for some people. So they think it is not wrong. If anyone is happy with lies then i think we have no reason to wake them up with what they are doing.

Nitin, i tried duckduckgo.com. Looks like good site. Results are much better and no chance of having poor results as of yet. I also tried to add my own site to it. But it requires linkbank. So editing my themes for it. Thanks for the site suggestion. I'll add ddg site in my watchlist.

Well what i want to see here is legitimate source for scientific studies. I mean i don't want those web startups calling their analytics data as scientific. I want organization that is having enough profile for criticism and validity of those tests. Else there is no point in those data.We can see many magazines and newpaper fake it by calling some polls as scientific like "chocolate improves sex drive or something like hot women are nocturnal etc." such surveys and polls have no science in them. Just vague results and catching some degree owners to give stamping on their gossip polls and articles. I hardly seen any reputable science organization publishing any source as of now for mobile phone. Unless source is reliable and source itself is open to dissection, there is no point in reading those surveys and stats.

Honesty is only possible if we are true to our-self. But because of cognitive dissonance &self serving bias, we hardly stay honest with ourselves. We always try to put ourselves in comfortable position and then avoid the burden of stress when we talk or do things. This way we avoid honesty and responsibility. So truth or being true to ourselves becomes subjective. Like some people say, when we become true to ourselves we then honesty comes naturally in our action. Else there is no way we'll be honest to ourselves or to others. If you want to read on this,try reading books on cognitive dissonance,cognitive bias. You'll find a lot of things where we need to improve.

Here are some of my observations :1) We get more away from our people and people near our house, as we spend more time online.2) We are expressing thoughts via email now a days, earlier we used to write mail and greeting cards for our people, this personal touch in it makes relation bit less exciting.3) We are becoming lazy because of it, we are not putting much effort in doing things.4) Some things replaced human work for example digging or some paper work is now automated. I can just list things and go on about it. But there are many ways with which technology helped us as well. It's all matter of how we use it and choose it.

Also to contact online/offline support you'll be redirected to Dell's customer support. Besides buying company in such market condition was big move so they will cut costs on customer support for sure as they already redirected billing and support to Dell's official site.

Life will be boring if there is no passion. And if passion is not directed then we start to think about some of the issues in life. So it requires balance between things. Unless we balance our needs and passion there is no point in it. Logic and reasoning is good but at some point it restricts us from being social or involved in people. So passion is good to keep people together and motivated. It's not weakness in any way.

For windows xp's default services we can find out which are worthy and which are not. There is blackvipers site for disabling some services from windows XP, Vista and Win 7. Turning system resources which are not needed help a lot. I'm in search of any small utility that watches processes and gives information about it and can show if the service is important or is from system. I tried sysinternals process explorer but it's not what i want.

Now that every one is reporting about dell such way. I doubt purchase for alienware will make sense any more. As dell purchased alienware and tech support division will be common for both companies or will not be perfect like alienware's earlier support. Now for to make decision for purchase for alienware products, is it worth to buy from Dell ? Or not ?

There are plenty of reasons cause which system could have slowed down the performance. Check this for windows xp performance improvements. You can check the article from Bing for the windows vista improvements. Other than this, try checking the system for any spyware or malware. As most of the malware or virus reduces the system performance. I have seen some malwares taking over other running resources and creating duplicates of it. So better try running Spybot search & destroy & Malware antimalware bytes. This will help in some cases. Also increase the RAM of your machine you'll see some improvements as well. Also clean up some space by uninstalling some unused programs. That will help as well.

Yes, IB is right. You have to try torrent and find OEM based installers. I don't think there is any way other than web based installers from official adobe site.I have similar issues from MSDN, as even they started web based installers. >_<

And how long warez site stays alive ? And warez sites receive advertisements from ad-networks or get kicked once they found out ? Also are warez sites good enough for long term web development plan ? What's your experience ? ever tried building warez site or that was your observation. ?

For windows i can say run these :1) Updated antivirus software and run the scanner.(NOD32 or mcafee will do).2) Install malware bytes antimalware and run it.3) Install spybot search and destroy and run it to remove any spyware or bloatware. 4) Install RSIT and Hijackthis, check the running services and post the logs in official trend micro forums for malware detection. Also have zonealarm on your system. Also it is worth to update your windows system update and ubuntu update as well. If you think something wrong with internet connection then download wireshark and check what are the apps sending outgoing data.

Just found this on wikipedia. From the link, I think there is OS X variant available. Not sure who is using it in competition of windows and linux. But because of UNIX based server OS, it is still worthy to remain in competition.
