Thanks for posting that support ticket. Now i can safely say that kontera ID pasting here will pay me something. Though i have removed kontera from my other sites. It is solely on Xisto and Xisto postings. So let's see where it goes. I think i got atleast 50$. Let me ask them via support ticket. Do we get entire earning till payout ?

Some of the suggestions from my side :1) Design is good just work on those rollover CSS links. color selection is not attractive for menu at header(links) and at the sidebar. Look at some design from oswd.org2) Font is not consistent. Make it verdana,arial or lucida granade. Try and make it better. Times new roman is oldish in my opinion.3) Change most useful tag to most readable or featured. "most useful" is less atrractive. you can make "Popular articles" tag instead(again it's your call for this).4) Content is good just format it. And add more content, it's very low at the moment.

i think you didn't pasted code in it. i can't see the ads. You can try using those ads on blogger account. but for that you need to add one more zone for it. before that your site needs verification from project wonderful. i think you just registered on site and didn't submitted applicaiton and just thought it will appear on your site. it's not like that. you need to register then they need to accept you then you have to choose adbox and other setting then get the code and post it under themes of worpress or blogger. hope this cleared some of your queries.

Now that it is in hands of dell. I'm sure that their customer support will be totally down. And the way they used to solve the issues will be now handled by dell. Some of my observations for your site:1) Theme is dark and unattractive because of this big buttons and scrolling at the top of the header. So change those buttons. Make them small. Or use another dark theme for IPB. There are many dark themes available try some better themes on forum.( i know it is subjective but better search for appealing theme as this is not attractive at all).2) Make sure adsense ads are displayed at the botton of header and at the bottom of thread. 3) Add some content to forum. You've no content on forum, why should google index your site now ?and why should you earn from adsense with that empty site ?4) To click on ads, are you offering anything on site ? nothing so the ads on your forum are of random keywords so there is no way people click on ads which are not relevant to site. so add content and then try to bring traffic.5) here is solution: open account with forumpromotion.net and earn some FP cash and use it to get forum package service. so you'll get some posts from them and member registration as well. Do these changes and come back to this thread again. we'll check again to see what more needs to be done to bring more traffic.

In earlier post Xpress already explained you about this. So answer is yes, you have to register and use kontera on this site to earn. Besides that it is hard to earn from kontera ads displayed here alone. You have to host kontera ads on your own site. and you need to have some traffic in which most of the people are noobs. only they'll click kontera. You can earn 5$/6 months if you post less here or on Xisto and earn from kontera but this will take 3-5 years to reach that amount. But if you have site with traffic and want to irritate users then you can use kontera on your webpage as well and earn some more ecpm so that your ads will cost more and you'll get better click through rate.

Lol, some people do like project wonderful as it updates regularly and there is bidding on your site hourly. Try infolinks or project wonderful. ANything is better than kontera. Though there are some people who have got good information about kontera. They got their funds in counter when they asked kontera about it. So it's not like people lost their money perhaps. But let's see atleast one person from Xisto or Xisto should get his/her money from kontera.

I think with mycent or paypal or 2Checkout balance inside the Xisto - Support billing area. We can auto renew anytime. All you need to do is maintain balance for your domain and hosting. You can either post on forums to maintain that or you can put money from paypal for it.

Yes you can run Kontera along with google adsense. Kontera is in-text version of ads while google adsense has contextual ads.I have seen better revenue from Infolinks in comparison to kontera. and besides that you'll also have count for how much you've earned unlike kontera. Infolinks and tribal fusion have similar ad layout.Infolinks ads are also less annoying and looks good. You can run google adsense and infolinks on same site. There is no restriction from google about this.

I knew that application is developed by paypal. I was concerned about the offer they are giving it away. I mean they are going to pay each person 1$ ? that is what made me ask you this question. I don't know why but this business model of paypal or facebook made me ask this question. Either they want to get more people registered under paypal or they want app to get popularize.

Now after reading this in knowledge-base it made me worry more. what to ask them in this case if they are not calculating our earning. Are we going to get paid for our earnings in that period ? Or that money is simply lost ? I'm lost in this trouble with kontera and not sure what to ask them in support ticket. :-/

i was always suspicious of that profile name "dark_archer" and "phoenix.illusion or phoenix" who has sig of microsoft certification or something. and welcome comitee sig. Anyway these guys are on hostwoot forum as well. One member from here claims being moderator at hostwoot (as per his signature).so i guess he is either with name "spurious or gigaspace or buttons" on hostwoot foruums. In this case why they are posting like competing with trap by bad mouthing and why they are interested in earning mycent here ? anyway, that's their lookout and perhaps they want to earn domain from here for their reseller hosting. I don't take that calculation seriously about site worth. I think it is better to ask flippa and sitepoint people about how much site worth.

One thing i have learned from this thread is they are promoting the service by creating such thread. But negative talking against xisto backfired them and that's why members in this site are not interested in their ripped off hosting service.The thread you posted here is about sites which are hosted on hostwoot.com. gigaspace, chabi.co.in and host-crunch.com(member:buttons in Xisto memberlist is the owner) are hosted on hostwoot.com. Hostwoot.com and similar sites offer such reseller accounts for free. And some people take it way too seriously and wants to start serious business using that. They have no idea when downtime occurs. Besides that hostwoot.com is hosted on VPS account with reseller package software ipanel enabled. and these guys from gigaspcae,chabi.co.in are using that service in exchange for post2host. So what i learned from this is not to promote it as if genuine hosting service if it's not. You can have free hosting service for post2host but claiming it will overtake someone is far fetched claim that too when your own site is under the mercy of free host.

Hi opaque, take a look at my earning period's screen shot. I'm not allowed to pick date earlier than this. That is last date i have picked for update is 1st june. All my earning earlier to 1st June is lost. I have no way of checking how much it was. and how much i have earned so far. I am not getting any reply from kontera team about this. This is same with most of the users so i thought it's better to let others know about this if i'm wrong with observation of account.

Hi Trappers, sorry to digg this up on weekend. But i have noticed that Kontera is not counting the earning which was more than 6 months in our kontera account. That means if you earn 25 $ in last 6 months then they're not going to carry forward. Only few in that will go ahead if the months are connected to next months in quarter cycle they are counting with. For example i have registered on January and my 6 month earning is upto june. then right now my 6 month cycle for earning is from may in that cycle i can see my earning before may is not added and i have lost the money. So that way even if i earn more than 45$. I have lost the amount in calculation.Some issues with kontera are :1. Not taking count of earning which is in earlier 6 month cycle.2. No visible counter for overall earning so far3. No support answer for this query as of yet.I have discussed this on Xisto as well. Some members have similar experience with kontera. So i'm asking you what is your experience with kontera ? If this system is not going to pay us for our hard work then what's point in continuing that ? I don't mind moving to other similar ad networks like infolinks, TTZMedia. What's your opinion on this ? Correct me if i'm wrong with this. Let me know your views.

I suggest you to read site like winsupersite. In this site there is explanation for almost every component of windows 7 and windows vista. You'll find the features which are not supported by vista but present in windows 7. Also there is lot of improvement in terms of GUI in windows 7. GUI in windows 7 can run faster and without any glitches on lower RAM. While this was very hard on vista and we can see even 1 GB RAM struggles for resources on vista. And if you were in the business of operating system selling then will you name your new product by renaming the product which was flop in market ? Be rational and think of it in terms of business instead of passing your judgment on name marketing. And to tell you that there was no heaven and hell difference between 98,ME or 95. Codebase for these threee was same but more features were added. Only change was in windows 2000 after that there was another change in windows xp then vista. That system codebase change is not heaven and hell difference, user interface and many features were either added or replaced and those were minor on many accounts. And it's not marketing strategy of introducing windows 7. You can say it is like windows 2000 SP or XP which was introduced after failures of windows ME. Windows 7 is enhancement and with backwards compatibility to windows XP. Also lot of things in vista are improved and fixed in windows 7. If you have gone through annoyances.org Book for windows vista and winsupersite's take on windows 7, you'll see there is lot of difference in those two operating system. And about prefix, there was one explanation about this on many site that, Windows 7 was started with codename Vienna, but later 7 was sticked to it and marketed as well.

I just want to know that do we get 1$ for signing up ? If so, then i have signed up already. I have seen that . And some of the comments were very hilarious. People are spamming over there literally. Like there was comment on ebook page as "very good movie must watch no cam". . and after reading this i was like what the hell that guy is upto. And on trailer page there was comment like "nice music, keeny g rocks" . It's not that we like it or offensive but what i mean is advertisers will most likely to pick your site if your content is original. Do you think advertisers will pick such portals which is ripping off content ? if you make original content then chances are more that you'll get more traffic. Here is one suggestion from me, one thing that you can turn if favor. Just imagine that you write original content and promote it for Macedonia, as there is lack of original content you'll get more visitors. So this is one thing that you can turn in your favor, use original content to get your site ahead with original content. No doubt you'll require more time and dedication and more efforts with content but it will pay off in long run. You'll even get advertisers quickly that way. It's hard to tell the difference these days as many portals are on CMS which are used for blogs. My bad for observation. But I did look at that site but eweek source content for feeds is visible for those who are active on internet. Those who fail to see this will not pay attention.

You're right, those torrent trackers just removing illegal torrents by observing each torrent uploaded. They are still in business by promoting content distribution torrents. In front page of theirs we can see that they are coming back when the person who is going to backup their data will come back to the position. So i guess they'll come back soon. In between ahashare will be there on mininova's place.
