  1. Some things are too good to be true. Yoghurt is not supposed to taste like cheesecake, so there is probably some really bad stuff in it. I hate junk food, and I "never" go to McDonalds. I would much rather eat an apple, pear or a banana than something like that. Yoghurt should taste like yoghurt, not like something else. This company here tried to make kids eat more fish, so they made sausages made of fish - but they taste like normal sausages. (People say they taste awful.) I just do not believe those things. I will rather go with normal yoghurt.
  2. I started out with Piczo. I was the first person on the entire island to try it, and suddenly everyone had it. I got quite good making them. I focused mainly on designs and graphics, so drag&drop was very easy for me. I also had a lot of pictures of me and my friends. It was kind of fun, but I do not feel very excited about looking at Piczo sites now. When I first started out my page was full of glitter graphics, little blinking animations and things like that. I remember that the most annoying thing was that it was so hard to find a name, and even though you found one and no one else had it: sometimes it just would not get approved. Horrible, I know. After everyone started with Piczo I tried out Freewebs. I felt so cool! "I can do Freewebs, and that is like a million times harder than Piczo... it looks more professional too." I got very quickly tired of it, so I just quit. I have like 20 different Piczo sites and it is very fun to go back to them and take a look at them. Most of them look horrible. Piczo has some much ads now! I was shocked when I took a look at it. It is horrible, it was not like that before. But I suppose it is good for beginners. Without Piczo I would never gotten into Photoshop and the web in general. Thank you for that!
  3. Hi dimumurray! Great to meet you, and welcome to Xisto! Always happy to see some new Trapsters. You are already hosted so I suppose you have not done anything horrible (yet...), but I will through in a link to the very important Xisto READ ME. Take a look at it if you have not done that yet. This is a great community with great members, so never be afraid to ask if you have a question. I would love to see some of your work, especially your pixel work. I actually spent a lot of time developing my own pixels skills for about two years, but then I got a little bit bored... Looking forward to seeing you around the boards. Enjoy, and good luck.
  4. Nice to meet you, and welcome to Xisto Yuoaman. (...and all other new members that might mysteriously pop up from the ground.) It is important for all new members to get familiarized with the forum, so therefore it would be a great thing to read through the Xisto READ ME. It is very helpful. If you have any questions about anything or everything there are many helpful and great members (and staff) here that are more then willing to help you. It is a great community that I am sure you will enjoy. Probably get some new friends from around the world. (I find that very interesting.) Xisto also offers wonderful free hosting. If you want to know more about it just read the READ ME. Hopefully I will see you around boards. Good luck, and enjoy your stay! Bluebear, Norway.

    Hi Ppl

Hi and welcome to Xisto prithvi. Be sure to get familiarized with the forum and its rules, and please take a look at the Xisto READ ME. It will help you a lot on your journey around the boards. If you have any questions you can just ask some member, create a topic or something like that. Most people here are friendly, kind and helpful; and there will always be someone here able to help you with pretty much whatever you are wondering about. We also have some great free hosting, if you want to know more about it you can find that too in READ ME. Hopefully I will see you around the forum, so once again welcome!
  6. Welcome to Xisto Accure! Just saying hello and welcome, and throwing in an actually link to the Xisto READ ME, just in case you did not find it. I am sure you will get a lot of friends here, most of us are (kind of) friendly and (kind of) nice from time to time. It is a really nice community that I am sure you will enjoy. Hope to see you around! From Bluebear, Norway.
  7. I did understand it, so I did not speed-read through it. Yoghurt contains a lot of MILK, that was my point. I can not get away from milk, it is such a big part of peoples life here - and it has always been a part of me and what I eat so it can be kind of hard to change that. I'll rather not. I like milk. Milk is tastes good. Milk is good for your body, your skeleton teeth etc... Some of the things "they eat" can be really hard to get my hands on here, and sometimes it is just way to expensive, yeah but... we will see.
  8. It is very hard to know who is on the other side. I suppose many people like to create a new version of yourself online. You can be whoever and whatever you want - and nobody has to know who the real you are. The easiest thing is to be yourself. Creating and keeping a story about a "new" person alive can be hard, especially remembering facts and stuff like that. The annoying thing is that even though the display picture seems to be a different person, you never now if he/she has created a new personality or if they actually say what they want or think. It is easier if people show a display picture. In those cases you can ask that person (just like bishoujo said) holding a sheet of paper with something written on it... it is harder to know if the person is just faking the personality, because many do. It is just a risk you have to take if you are meeting someone online. Yes, some stories have happy endings, but to be honest it would not be something I would ever think of doing. I understand that people can develop relationships online, but please keep in mind that people can be very different in real life. If anyone for example met me they would probably not think it was me, because I can be kind of different. It gotta be horrible for those who actually get scammed.
  9. "My" router is kind of broken so I will blame it for that. I live in middle of nowhere, so there was only one internet provider we could choose. How horrible. We pay way to much for this. I tried some different places around Europe.
  10. Sorry if there is something I am missing, but "you" say that you eat a lot of yoghurt and do not consume any animal milk. If I am not mistaken yoghurt is made of milk, I have no idea if it is different from country to country but we make it mostly of cow milk. "You" also say that calcium is important, and that is something we in Scandinavia do believe. It strengthens your bones and a lot of other things I will not bother to explain... but here we get the calcium mostly from milk. I drink a lot of milk - it has always been considered good and healthy here. (Even though later studies has gotten different results, so knowing what is healthy is very hard.) I am only 15, so I should not worry about ageing. But I know that blueberries contains a lot of antioxidants, and it seems like you are saying it is healthy so I am happy with that part. The only thing I have used Jojoba oil on is my hair, so I never tried it on my skin. Many things "you" are talking about is very hard to get here, and some things are just hard to do. I have learned that tea is not good for your teeth, and I do not think it is any different with green tea. I only find tea good when I put a lot of sugar in it, and I... well, I do not think that is very healthy. Thank you for sharing this, but at the same time I gotta say that because you did not write big parts of this yourself you quote it.
  11. I have heard that Pinnacle Studies is good? I have not got anything else on my computer than Windows Movie Maker, and I really do not need anything else. Is it just me or is the final quality and size of the video kind of disappointing? I ones used a really good, new and amazing video camera that was in great quality. The video I got when I was done was barely good at YouTube. So I am thinking about getting a new video editing software.
  12. Is it true that you get 0.7 credits per word? I have no idea. The more credits you have the less you get, so I suppose it is different from member to member. Sounds nice, and pretty generous actually. I do not get what people are complaining so much about. Sure I find it a bit boring from time to time when I do not find any topics that I like, or boring of posting pretty much the same things over and over. I do not even have to be here - I do not use my hosting really. (I have promised myself that I will do something about that before the summer is over, so we will see!) Just like others have said above there are other options if you do not want to post. You can pay, have ads on your site, or use some other free host that stuff your page with things you do not want to have there. I think this is great for people like us. Some of us actually enjoy posting here, and enjoy to debate and talk to other people around the world. The credit system helps us keep the forum alive, and it prevents us from overusing the hosting. (How should I explain it?) If it was completely "free" (=we would not need to do anything to get it.) then a lot of people would sign up and suddenly it would be to many people here. The posting is kind of like work; it is what we have to do to get the hosting - and to keep it.

    Hey

Welcome to Xisto Kurisu! Just remember to get familiarized with the forum, and take a deep look at the Xisto READ ME. I have noticed that you have tried to apply for hosting, so I will tell you some main things about it. If you want to know more you can, and should, take a look at the Read Me. In order to get the hosting you need to have credits. You get credits by posting good quality posts and contributing to the forum. As Mich said one-liners is something you should try to avoid. You need 10 credits for the basic package and 30 for the bigger one. It is really not that hard, even though it can get a bit boring sometimes. There are many different topics and boards here so I am sure you will find one that fits you perfectly. Try to be nice and treat other like you want to be treated yourself. You can learn much from listening to others and respecting their beliefs and meanings. I am sure you will be just fine. Good luck. I am looking forward to seeing you around! From Bluebear, Norway.
  14. You do not seriously think "Blue Bear" will be sent to the moon? Haha, that would be awesome. But why are they doing this? There must be a reason when they are spending all this money on a project like this.
  15. Xpl0sive, hi and welcome to Xisto. I am sure there is a lot of people that could need some help, so do not give your self away; you will just have too much to do! Please take a look at the Xisto READ ME. It contains a lot of things you need to know, and things that are just useful. I do not know if you are here for the hosting, but if that is the case then you can just read the "Read Me." An important thing is to write good quality posts, and try to avoid one-liners. (Because they are considered as spam.) If you have any questions there are plenty of kind and helpful members around the boards that are willing to help you. Good luck with your Photoshoping! From Bluebear, Norway.
  16. Yes, you are very boring. Welcome to Xisto Dan, aka bittr! All new (and old) members should use some time to get familiarized with the forum by reading the READ ME. You have already gotten the hosting, so I suppose you know a lot about that? Just remember to write quality posts and avoid one-liners, because they are considered as spam. If you have any further questions you can ask one of the great members or take a deeper look in the Read Me. I will try to take a new look on your site when you have developed it a bit more. You have already gotten longer than I have gotten in many months, so that is great. Good luck! From Bluebear, Norway.
  17. I do not really know. I saw "The Happening" on the cinema. It was the most boring film ever... it is supposed to be a horror film, but I laughed more than I got scared. It was horrible... I have seen parts of films on the television, but I can not remember the names.
  18. I will not even bother to try since other "wonderful" members already posted some results... Gaah. I tend to cheat so if I ever change my mind do not take me seriously.
  19. I would never drop out of school to make a website... In my eyes she has way to much ads. It is just plain annoying and her site is definitely not on my top list of "websites to visit." Sure she is pretty good with Photoshop, but those ads... If she truly was interested in graphics she would not put so many on her site. (Sure she can be into money and graphics, but there are too many of them!)She is good though.
  20. I did not really understand what you are trying to say, but if you want to know more about the hosting it would be easier for you to take a look at the Xisto READ ME: http://forums.xisto.com/index.php?actE=01&HID=18, instead of me telling about everything.

    Sleep

I like to count. I end up thinking about everything else, but I try not to. One bear, two bears, three bears, four bears, five bears... I am already bored. Mostly I just kind of create my dream and then I suddenly fall asleep. Sometimes I try not to think about anything, but when I am just about to fall asleep I think "Finally!" and then I am suddenly far away from sleeping... I love my radio. I have it on low and then I sometimes turn it a bit up if it is a nice song on. Falling to sleep with people talking works very good for me. I do not ever fall asleep to my Mp3. I need it to be radio. If you do not want to count bears, then sheep's is a good option.
  22. Apply a cooling mask, cream or something like that. Aloe Vera never works for me because it does always just "fall off." (I do not really ever get sunburned. Not any sun. ) Peeling would just make it worse - especially if it is very rough. So a gel or a cream would be better. But let your skin rest instead of putting on a lot of stuff, rubbing it, washing it and so on.
  23. Hi Lordy! Welcome to Xisto! I consider my English to be really bad too, so you should not be worried about that. An automatic dictionary can help a lot, it certainly does help me! Just try your best and I am sure people will not care very much. Remember to get familiarized with the forum, and please read the Xisto READ ME. It will help you a lot. One-liners are considered as spam, so try to avoid them. If you have any further questions there are plenty of helpful members here, so it is just to ask them. If you take a good look in the READ ME you will always learn and read a lot about the hosting, rules etc... so do that! Again; welcome! Good luck, and I am hoping to see you around the forums. From Bluebear, Norway.
  24. No, November 30 does not mean that I have nothing to do... We do not have hurricanes, but I like rain. Does that count? But it has to be a lot of rain. Just a little bit of rain is boring... I love it when the rain hits my roof like drumsticks hitting drums. Ahh, wonderful.
