I think people who are actually interested in hosting would be able to find the link to the forum quite easily as it is not "secret" that is hidden. The template looks just fine, nothing special but it is bad either. Yes, lots of stuff going on though I never visit the "front page" so I do not mind. For new members it would be nice to arrive at a website which is tidy and clean... Even though I see no reason why they should rush this.

Are we talking about water as in drinking water directly, or do water that we find in food also count? I can go several days if I wanted without drinking water directly... but there would always be some water in soda, food and other things I eat. I would probably not manage as long in a warm country, but as for the moment I do not really drink water as just plain water. I try sometimes though.

I Hate People That Walk Slowly Seriously, no joke.
Bluebear replied to HDuffRules's topic in The Vent
I have to run to the bus after school and sometimes I have to run through a mall. It seems like people have a lot of time sometimes, and they certainly love to use as much space as they possibly can. I am running and suddenly there is a huge wall of people in front of me, walking as slow as the time suddenly started going slower. But I have to admit that maybe I am just as bad when I have time. The worst thing is, as shadowx says, people who do not move. Also it creates this awkward moment if I move to my left and the other person moves to his/hers right. Then there is this "Oh, who is going to move" and I hate that. Sometimes when I am about to walk passed someone they have created a long line of people almost rushing by me and I have no idea where to go! It is like a freaking wave, where do I hide?! -
When I use the Google translator at school it sometimes asks me to type in some letters due to that they think I am a robot or something like that. Sure it is annoying, but if it is necessary it should not be a huge problem. For example some people complain when they have to type in letters in some box before adding a comment on some random blog. (Nothing to do with Google.) Though if it keeps the bots and spammers away: what is wrong with that? The same thing happened to me at Facebook, though I stopped searching for stuff when I got a note they would block my account if I continued doing it.

Free Domain Name (260 Credits) What will we do about this?
Bluebear replied to -Sky-'s topic in Web Hosting Support
I was wondering about this too as my dream was to achieve that many credits and use them on a free domain. As the domain on Xisto costs about 9.99$ a year (depending on which one: com/info/net...) I can buy one right now! I absolutely love the new system. Slightly different in the very beginning when I first heard about it, but it is just getting better and better. I believe it is easier to get a domain for free with the new system? Sure seems like that. -

My life is kind of surrounded around my school. When I am doing bad at school I feel really blue, and can not stop thinking about it. I always try to tell myself that if I do my best that is good enough, but the problem is that I feel like I can do almost anything at all if I try my best... so I am kind of letting myself down. When school is good, no worries I feel happy. I love hanging with my friends and being social. Bluebears are not really very social, I like to spend time at home. As the clothing-loving girl I am I love to go shopping! Yes, it is highly overrated but whenever I buy something I love I can not stop thinking about it or talking about it. I am happy when I feel good about myself, my family to not rip each other to tiny pieces and I am not drowning in school work. Loads of work do sometimes pull me down, and I always feel like I am behind everyone else regarding different things at school. (Spanish, geography, Norwegian...) Kind of sad, I wish I had the ability to just sit down and do my homework - and then watch television later... I am happy when my life feels like something I can cope with. When I have enough time at evenings to watch television or just do nothing at all. I am happy when I can go to bed early enough. I am happy when I do not feel like my life is repeating itself over and over again. If nothing new happens or if I do the same things all the time I would not cope with it. Again: I am happy when I can cope with my life.

Of course she has a passport. A Norwegian one. And yes, we love discussions and plenty of my other friends joined me in at this one. We always say that she is "Norwegian with Persian origin." It is not very important, but annoying for both of us. I have told her a million times that I do know her origin is Persian, but she is just as much Norwegian than I am. (At least I think so, she would disagree.) Her mum can not go back to Iran because of this thingy, but she can whenever she "grows up." We are not exactly labelling her or anyone else, it is just a discussion about nationality. She is even quite different from her own parents. We have a influence on her. (Probably a bad one.) The whole thing is just kind of confusing, but we are a very confused people so that is all right.

Well we are both kind of stubborn, and none of us ever wants to admit something if we are wrong. I asked her what she said when people asked her where she was from when she was on holiday, and she did not answer at all. Because she knows I am right. Some of her views on different things are totally different than what you expect, and it is just annoying! She turns all weird and "I am better than you" whenever I win this discussion. Even I know more about some parts of her religion than she does, and I do not even care about religions so that should almost speak for itself...

Hi EinReaper! Welcome to Xisto! Oooh, I have a friend from Romania. Fun girl, I wonder if most Romanians act like that? She learned me some Romanian but I have no idea how to write it. If I did it is to mean to write here anyway. Mich has filled you in with the most important things, so I will not repeat. Just so you know we have a couple of updates on the forum and in the systems going on right now, so it might be slightly confusing. Posting for hosting is still the basic idea, know that and you will be just fine. Good luck! Hopefully I will see you around the boards. From Bluebear, Norway.

I have had this discussion with one of my friends a million times and I find it quite weird. She is one of those who turn mad and crazy if I say anything that she do not agree with, or in many cases she do not even answer back... probably because she has no answer and do not know what to say. I had problems comming up with a topic title, so haha. So here is the deal: My friends is born and raised in Norway. She has lived here her whole life. Both of her parents are Persian, but they immigrated to Norway before she was born. She has never even been to Iran! I also have lots of other friends who come from different countries and those who are born and raised here say they are from Norway. She always tell me that she is Persian. I tell her that she is not born there or she has never been there. She keeps telling me that she know where she is from. On and on and on... Yes, her parents are from Iran and she origins from Iran. If my parents were from New York, but they moved to Las Vegas before I were born or I lived there most of my life: would I be from NY or LV? Where my parents are from do not have anything to say regarding where I am from. If my parents were Swedish but I was born and raised in Norway, I would say that I am from Norway - though my parents are Swedish and that is my orgin. The whole thing kind of confuses me. I know that probably many of you think she knows the best, and she should. Unfortunately I do not agree with her, and I am freaking tired of this discussion. Most people in Norway that orgins from another country want to be included in the community: They do not us to say that they are from Sweden, Germany, England, Somalia, Pakistan... They want us to accept that they are just as much Norwegian as everyone else. Well the whole thing is just kind of confusing! So yes, I would like to know your oppinions before I freak out even more. I have won this discussion with her before, and she kept silent about it for some days... but now she is back. Confusing. Argh.

Free Domain Name Free Domain for Life.

How does the new credit system affect the whole "Free Domain Name"-thingy? Thought I would take it here instead of in the other thread. -
What Kinda Stuff Do You Search For On Google?
Bluebear replied to Ao)K-General's topic in Search Engines
I search for information I can use at school, clothes, shoes, online stores, electronic, blogs, my friends , weather, games, make-up, programs, football-stuff, handball-stuff, jobs and phrases in different languages such as Portuguese and Tamil. -
^ I do not plan of living in a country where English is needed or they speak Spanish. Still I am learning it. + Two versions of Norwegian. Fun...I suppose I have just started at high school. How many years it is depends on what you choose. I will be going there 3 years. I am learning all the languages said above, mathematics, geography, nature study, social studies and gymnastics. Next year I will not attend nature study and I believe I do not have English next year either... but history and all the others, as well as law studies and social economics. This year we had to pay for the books but next year EVERYONE are getting free books. The problem is that we can not sell the books then... The school is free too, I am extremely happy to actually have a cafeteria at the school. Anyway I am not familiar with the school system in the US, but come on skipping high school? None of friends have ever done that. Not even those that had a laugh in middle school when they triggered the fire alarm all the time.

I suppose I am an atheist. I would definitely say that is it an religion. It would rather be that I do not care at all and just live my life without a religion. Do I need one? Nah. I believe in what I can see, feel or prove. People always tell me "Yeah, but you can not see the air and it is still there." WELL I can feel it. You know what wind is? Exactly. If people ask me I have a religion I will probably answer no or say that I am a atheist. Some of my friends can not eat pork or cows - but in general most people here are like me. No religion... works just fine. Easy.

Love the purple chair! I have one in white and two brown. Honestly. The shoes at the floor kind of ruins the whole thing, because I hate shoes like that. Nice chair though! -
Hi patience and welcome to the forum! Links are fun: Xisto Help Topic It contains a lot of useful and good information. You will find answers to your questions, if not you it is easy to peak around, search or ask someone. Most of us are pretty friendly. How old are you? Where are you from? Do you have a hobby, or do sports? You do not need to stick all the information in your brain, so here are some basics: - Credit system: Post for credits. The amount depends on the quality (not on the post count), where you post it and also how many credits you already have. The more you have the harder it is to get them, though it is fairly easy to keep a decent amount. - We do not like one-liners, therefore you should try to avoid them. (We will not kill you if you post a few, but quality posts are highly appreciated.) Do not worry, it is easy and a pretty good community.

Yah, the girl on the cover of her single? Not her. It is a picture Tyra Banks took for TopModel USA or something like that. Her body with "Britney's" hair. Come on I really have not got anything against Britney, but it is pathetic to steal someone else's body. She could definitely done that part better.Though she has come a long way and she looks a lot better in the new pictures we see of her. She really is pretty, but the thing about the Womanizer single was just stupid.I suppose I kind of grew up to her... kind of. My friends listened to Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and Avril Lavigne. I was kind of Avril. We wanted to be just like them, haha.

I could try the ems or the % thingy, but I will apply it later. You guys make some really good points, I appreciate it. Try not to use so many big or hard words as I do not understand many of them. For example I understand about half of what the universal selector is... should I even use it? I am noticing that people have some disagreements about that. This em-thingy, how does it work? Never heard of it.

Snow is fun. We had some snow here last week and just like you we have had it even earlier. Too bad the world is heating up so snow kind of disappears. Haha, I am fine thank you very much.
