  1. I advise you to just say sorry to the girl and tell her you have to walk away from her. I could imagine you have all these conflicting emotions going on right know, right? That may become increasingly painful depending on how strongly you feel for her, you will need to extract more control out of yourself as time goes on. The wise part of you should be saying that this is "most probably" a no win situation, in that case do the strong thing and allow yourself to move on. If you believe it to be something more then superficial love and something much more deeper, than giving things a chance by maintaining a platonic friendship for a little while, may be the way to go. But if there isn't a strong basis for friendship, i'd forget it if i were you. (Don't be a fool, be honest with yourself, not what you would like to believe)
  2. The actors are really great in my opinion, but then again you might have to check it out for yourself because i don't know anything about the art of acting. Maybe someone else can offer a better opinion...
  3. Yeah the first thing i did after watching the video, was try to Google "Nas Tarang" with no success. Are you sure the guy is truthful about how he operates the instrument? I guess he would be. If you could get some information Contactskn i'd also like to see it!, Thank you.
  4. You know... "if" you do look at nude girls on the net, i would presume you think that because this activity is concealed no harm is done. But i would like you to focus on the perspective that perhaps this is a vicariously liable action on your part. I say this because although your not condoning the circulation of such things, you will not use any of your influence to "object" to those who do share such pictures. That sort of acceptance by people, green lights harsh abuse on children by the unsympathetically detached in our society. Although you may have control from allowing your problem to become worse, you should at least read over what you said in earlier posts and then think in the context of how you might influence dangerous individuals who come across your posts. It may influence them, by "planting" more ideas in their heads and further motivating towards an unforgivable act. I mean it "could", you cant deny the possibility it wouldn't.What about trying to adopt more acceptable fetishes involving your woman? I'm sure she wouldn't object. Just explore the grounds with her a bit more, to see if it surprises you?I hope you become a nay sayer like the rest of us and I hope some of your issues will be resolved.
  5. ?Ive had both problems, the CPU overheating problem and faulty PSU's. For the PSU "some" of the power cables stopped working so I'd swap to a spare cable to power up a hard drive. In all my PC's the PSU is usually the first to go. But also with my old AMD XP CPU it would constantly overheat because it was clamped onto the motherboard with a "cheap" heatsink/fan combo that came with the CPU.If these sorts of heatsinks/fans are packaged with current Amd's, then id opt for Intel just for that reason alone. ?
  6. This is great, I requested with Google a week ago, but im sure i didn't give them a strong reason to put me on board (i was half a sleep at the time which isn't unusual).
  7. Good design and a good improvement on the last one!Its good in the way that the design looks well considered and very deliberate. Regarding the side bars they are good, if you want to make a stronger effect with the highlights, i suggest making the specular highlights a gradient from a certain percentage of transparency towards white. So for instance the white highlight would begin more transparent at the bottom and arrive at the same color (or brighter) at the top. Like wise you might want to put a slight gradient overlay on the blue. Its good as it is though, but the changes i described above will give the effect more depth. (up to you though) The only fault i can really pinpoint is the text in the middle column, its to sparse and the width should be reduced a bit so their isn't so many words on one line. 8-12 words a line will be much better for your design. It will also even out the proportions more and make the design look a little more "typical" while still retaining its uniqueness. In design, going back to basics or keeping things simple is an ideology many designers live by, this design when compared to your other one is a good example of that. It has clear visual hierarchy and visual flow. Just make sure when you put your second nav bar in that you make it less prominent than the main nav bar, this will continue the "deliberate" aesthetic you have created for the design.Im not sure if you have put a slight gradient on the main blue banner, but perhaps putting an overlay of black to white and putting the opacity at around 5 percent will yield positive results. Good work!
  8. Its surprising that they manage to fit their whole bodies in an egg i reckon. Must be very cramped living! They are kind of cute when they are newly born. In Australia we had a recent incident in the last year where a kid was taken by a Croc in the NT i believe. The details are a bit grim but the last i heard they were hunting for it to put it down (and i guess recover what was remaining).
  9. Yeah i have that problem with my USB devices on Win XP. Admittedly i have at least 6 or 7 devices operating from usb hubs, but i know that isn't the issue. Its more to do with the devices themselves and something going on with XP. For instance when i open up the laptop and load out of stand by mode, i always need to reconnect that USB modem dongle to properly refresh it. Likewise with my USB Terabyte hard drive i sometimes have to do the same for that.(this is a wild guess) It sounds like on the first go the OS figures out you have a hard drive enclosure and loads the processes or drivers necessary to work with the device, but its not until the second refresh (with loaded processes/drivers or whatever from the first attempt) it can recognize that you have a "Samsung" HD in the enclosure so you can use it.I don't know the solution for this.
  10. Maddison Marijuana, Maddison Mungs Munchies, Maddison Minda Mud Man, Maddisons Mad Manboobs, Maddisons Meth Market.
  11. Actually i thought of that as well, its a good idea. I'd like to help if people are serious about it. Though i don't think i want to be a host talker, so don't ask!
  12. Ive just discovered shoutcast.com, its not bad. It basically lists 100's of stations you can dial into and play through Winamp on PC. It includes some popular stations and also other stations which stream their playlisted songs over the net. It seems to be free for me so far, its good if your interested in more music and less talk.I'm currently listening to "Led Zeppelin" and before that "A Perfect Circle". :)By the way it not only lists stations but also the current playing song for any given station.
  13. @ FouGilang's post -Mobile phone number portability is where you have a mobile phone with an existing number on a specific network such as Vodafone and you want to change networks to say the Three network, so you transfer your existing number from Vodafone to the Three network. What TS is saying in post 1, is he can't change networks on his existing mobile phone so he is locked in to Virgin. But soon he will be able to change networks because he "will" be able to transfer his existing mobile number to another network and sim, by unlocking his existing phone and account which wasn't possible till know.
  14. Ive changed a few times and locally i found Vodafone was about the best for value. Three is best value wireless broadband. Ive had the option to change numbers between providers when changing prepaid sims, but i only use mobile phones for business related calls or emergency calls. So it really doesn't worry me much.I spend a bit more on wireless broadband though, i guess the greedy telco's have me there.
  15. I'd recommend it as a casual entertainer, a "much watch" or whatever you would want to call it, the movie is excellent! I was a little dubious before watching it, much like yourself i thought it would be a Liar Liar knock off. Though i was happy to discover it is very original and made me laugh a lot more than Liar Liar. Its got a New Zealand banker character in it, i found him to be very funny (the actor gives off a great brand of humor). I have watched it twice in the last 3 months, for me thats very good and highly irregular! It definitely ranks in my "top 20 funny movies" i have seen thus far. You should get it!
  16. I reckon mine would a platypus. That would be a curious life to have. Although i don't know if it would be a long one, with the predators lurking about and whatnot.
  17. Hey that was what i just said, you were trying to sneak another post in weren't you? Bonneville salt flats have always been the place to go for speed testing, although there "are" other places and somewhere in South Australia there is another useful one apparently.
  18. If Wordpress is anything like Drupal or Magento and you are using xampp, I'd just do the whole installation process again. (from Xampp to Wordpress) Once you get your practice up it becomes a very quick process, although i don't know whether you have some important files associated with your install. (By iterating through the process it is also helpful to build up experience, to help the next time)I had a couple of occasions where i've had to reload xampp to re-register an install. Can't help you to manually update.
  19. Imagine the kind of ride you would get, the acceleration? Although you wouldn't have any relative scenery to notice how fast you truly are going, which would be damn fast!
  20. Yeah not bad at all, many thanks mahesh! Might try the trance station and point of enquiry out too!
  21. Did you listen to it TS? You must be a man of diverse interests. The guy is interesting and a darn knowledgeable one at that. Your right it can be a little difficult to find quality pod casts, especially in a series. @Watermonkey, yeah i know my choice is not particularly original at the moment. Does anyone listen to podcasts or Internet radio stations which they think might interest people?
  22. All i can say, english41yoguy is you are a uniquely open individual and in a way that does have its merits. There are many suppressed "inner demons" that adults don't admit too for obvious reasons. It is true, often in philosophy and psychology it is iterated that we deny some of natural inclinations for the sake of what is "socially acceptable". What concerns me is how far do you entertain such thoughts? (the ones you have described)? Because i believe "that" is a big factor to think about. Personally i prefer to not dwell on any such thoughts "whoever" it may be about in my own mind.I'm not sure, i cant make a confident judgment about you.... which is a little concerning to me. Perhaps you should check with someone (a psych) if you haven't already (just to be sure). You may indeed be totally o.k, but I'm not sure...
  23. Usually Podcasts are a saved episodes from radio; however, sometimes you get people who produce podcasts as a one shot deal like some in my collection. One example is Andy Rutledge, he has a series which talks about professionalism in the design industry - http://show.andyrutledge.com/
  24. Well i don't crack my joints intentionally such as my fingers, but my knees always seem to crack when i stand up from a sitting position cross legged. Also my wrists crack a bit. I kinda heeded warnings not to crack my joints intentionally as ive been told that it "does" contribute to arthritis.
  25. I was wondering if anyone enjoyed Internet radio? Personally i very much like it, i prefer to hear a host speak in a different accent in a different country for one thing. But also you get a feel for their culture and whats happening in their world. Despite trying quite a few radio stations i seem to gravitate towards New York's: 95.5 WPLJ and BBC world radio (although on podcast).?Although i can access BBC locally in my country on the A.M band, i like the fact that i can select which programs i wish to listen to at any time by downloading BBC podcasts.?Just like Internet radio, podcasts are good thing brought by the web. I have a library of these for graphic design and multimedia by notable people in the biz. I kinda cherish this, as there is no other easy way i would get this sort of input from any other source. Books can only go so far.?
