I mean people don't mind working for free but most of the time paid positions are filled much earlier and you have control over the person as long as he's getting paid from you. Your forum looks young you should try advertising on other forums like forum promotion, traffic masters to get some moderators & users to your self.

Why don't you use jar2exe ? That way of using to convert the jar file to exe is much better and performance is not affected as well. You need to try that. If it is not working then post here. I'll try and solve it.

House is one good series. Series touched many issues and cleared many superstitious by showing them on television. Especially related to healing and all. I like that part for that clarification. Psi-factor which i forgot to list earlier was one of my favorite series. It was one good series till the end. And it ended with very badly. But anyway, story was really good. Family guy & simpsons, are one good animation shows. Also south park is good series as well. Not much of an intelligent drawn figures but the way they directed it is way too good.

Yes, we do need some of the FAQ/Pinned thread. But it can be pinned only by admins i guess. If moderators can ping it then we should start with the thread. There are many people asking some questions. One of moderator can open thread and let people ask the question then the first post thread should get updated regularly with answers to those question. I think that is the good way to go. We'll not be able to make it work if that thread goes above 15 replies. So let's ask question on shoutbox and post answers on this thread. This way many repeating & already answered question threads will be minimized.That's just suggestion from my side.FAQ thread will be good but opaque or buffalohelp should create thread cause other members and mods might lose their mycents if they periodically update first 2 posts of the thread. thanks takerraj, i did experimented with blog. But i noticed that with content there needs to be some readers participation in order to keep the traffic alive. Also social media promotion is important as well. This 3 things can bring 100 visitors minimum but after that there needs to be more effort to bring traffic. So i think i need to look for those ways. That's why i started this thread. Let's see what other members here think about generating traffic.

Some of my fav.shows :1) 24: I like the way story was directed and shown. I like such mind-hunting stories. I must say this is good series so far. 2) Supernatural: I followed 2 seasons of it but in asia it was shown with few gaps. So i guess i need DVD to cover all episodes.3) Prison break: I like all the seasons of this show, and finally it ended. I think this show was worth DVD collection.4) Heroes: I think season 1 was good but after that it was stretched. Soon good characters were wasted in this.5) The apprentice: I like this type of shows as i like to study people. I closely watched donald trumps acting and way of analyzing things. Similar show on this ground is cook, and you think you can dance.There are many good shows i can list here. And if you bring Anime list in this then it will go on and on. "Bleach" is my favorite anime show on tv. There used to be some old shows as well but i don't remember names anymore.

You're on your way of getting to BAN from Google adsense. So you want to form a group and help each other by clicking and earning cash. Cool, but you know what ? Google will ban you for sure. You think Google don't monitor IP address ? You think they don't analyze clicking patterns ? Don't underestimate a system which is top most paying system for most of the sites on the web. They have enough technology to track fraud clicks and ban accounts. There are some viruses written for linux as well. I think the saying of "whichever operating system dominates the world gets virus is true. Besides companies like norton are not sitting still as they want to keep in business. So they'll surely create something with which they can create business model on linux OS. Script kiddies on linux are famous and they do cause some damage. There are some anti-virus software written for linux as well. But better security is when you don't login as root and only use root to do stuff that requires admin privileges. To some extent ubuntu and other debian based OS avoid login from root. Here is the decision making part for you. If you want to earn money then make sure that you've to post content on main page. If you want visitors to stay and look for content by checking one page after another then i guess your way of using another link for blog i.e subdomain and folder will work. But you know people have very less patience on web. So if you don't show them content on first page they'll hardly stay on that page. And this condition will only be in your favor if your content is appealing that means linked by many other bloggers and praised by readers. Else welcome page and separate blog will not help you get community+blog+money in same package. Think about it before investing time on blog and separate welcome page.

Some of my experience in engineering college:1) Students are not comfortable with some subjects and feel like panic. For example few people hate maths and that is why they run away from any math formula in other subjects as well and bunk classes.2) Fear of teacher and other staff, some student lost interest because of faculty. It's not easy once you learn that faculty is not qualified or friendly to you.3) Earlier bad grades could turn off many students.4) lack of peer support and treatment of peers could as well affect student from losing their interest.I think self-introspection helps most of the times. But it all depends on environment and situation.

In that case there is not a single software which is easy to use for newbies. All needs to start from some place. Maya and 3DMax are not so easy and there are many educational institutes are opened to teach people those software's. In that way, blender is much easy to use than commercial software's and of course it is free too.I didn't understand why he said he is don't want to download and install the software. Why not make it a membership area. Make the area password protected and only allow downloads to registered users. I mean there are many such sites which offer similar features. This is disaster-plot based movie. And after looking at the theater i think i should watch it. I like the acting of john cusack. So i'm going to watch the movie for his acting and special effects. If you have RAM above 256 then (i think about 512) then you can run linux/xp along with virtual operating system without any trouble. I run multiple os on my computer with 1GB RAM. Virtualbox is good but i found VMWare have more features and it's vmware tools make it easy to drag drop file from desktop to virtual machine. If you have choice to go in between virtualbox and vmware server workstation then go with vmware. But in any case you need more RAM(and diskspace as well to store your data).

There is no such thing and lucky or unlucky day when it comes to 13th number. I infact seen many business started on 13th day or have 13th number are doing good. It's just that people love to spread superstitious. And talking about the movie, i didn't like the movie to begin with. And as they're coming with remake of the movie then i don't want to watch it at first place. I don't know what happiness people get by making some number,person and place unlucky and calling and spreading the rumor about it. I don't like movies which spread rumors like this.
