Well, if it was not Bristol then it was some other city that starts with the letter B, but I do not really think it matters. (I hope Bristol actually is in Britain. )

New update. More and more people are using mineral make-up, but as in my previous post "mineral makeup" is not always as it says. One of the brands who is used by a lot of people is I.D. (Not Isadora, just to clear that up.) ID bare minerals is based on 100% pure minerals, contains sunscreen and it is said that it is "so clean you can sleep with it." Even so you should try your best to remove your make-up before going to bed. In a Norwegian test the make-up recieved 5/5 - but they did not care about the ingredients. I am not going to be mean, but I.D is actually not that bad... unless you are allergic to bismuth. Bismuth is a cheap metal that is used in some cosmetic products - such as I.D. The problem is that it is hard to know for sure if you are allergic or not, and some do not even notice anything after several years. (!!) Your body and skin will try to get rid of products and other things that is not good for it OR does not like. Bismuth is actually a quite "heavy" ingredients and some claim it may result in acne - even though it is mineral make-up. (!!) Some reacts to it, some do not. Some get itchy and dry skin. (Actually quite normal when it comes to mineral make-up.) You could always try I.D, though it is really expensive and waisting all that money would be a shame.

Hello, :) About me Everything is always about me
Bluebear replied to websey's topic in Introductions
Welcome to Xisto websey. Nice to meet someone who actually accepts that he is a nerd. Cool introduction, it seems like you are doing just fine here, though a really helpful link has never hurt anyone: Link. You are a part of the MyCent-system, so I suppose that part is cleared up. Try to avoid spam, maybe you already know that one. I know: lots of bla bla bla. Annoying, hah? Sorry for my late reply, I suppose I have been kind of lazy or/and busy lately - but I just wanted to welcome you. Looking forward to seeing you around and enjoy your stay here at Trap. -
I have to agree with the problem regarding the Ctrl button, as I have two laptops and one of them has that awful and very annoying disease. Today I had my English exam (went strait to hell just in case someone wanted to know) and I had to start an letter with "Dear Editor." But the difference is that it was a formal text. When you talk with your friends you speak different than with your teacher, because we do have different "types" of language. I actually learned about this in English class, so... well, yes. Contracted forms (your'e, ain't, gonna) is considered as unformal, and therefore you would not find it in for example a newspaper. I do not know how come someone finds this forum as a very formal one, maybe it is do to our love for longer posts? :S I always greet new members in the introduction forum, but... well it is just my tradition.I suppose it is because they want to be polite they say "Dear Friends", and I sure hope that I have not said anything like that before?! Well I do not mind, it does not annoy me but if it is normal? It does not matter really. And for your info (my dear friend) you do not know my name or exactly where I live... just how I like it.

I think it was kind of cool, and not to forget useful. Though rating of members is kind of weird really, and it would probably annoy someone if he/she was rated badly. Because that system kind of judge persons. Someone else in this thread said that he would not take advice from people with a "bad" rating, it is kind of sad. I do not think it should affect someones credits (well, we do not have that system anymore...) if lots of people rated them that they disagreed with them. Well I am not sure how that system works. But yes, I think people should earn more if they are rated well - but I do not wish that bad rating would pull someone down. If they are so badly rated and are doing so many things wrong (such as spam) then a mod would take care of them... wow, I am talking against myself here. Well anyway: I liked the system a little bit, but I would not whine if it does not return. I am okay.

And where is my shoutbox?! If it is gone then you guys are all in deep trouble. Nice design though, not used to it yet but I kind of miss the pretty blue colour on the old one. Yeah, I am not used to not see it on the top of the site either, so if it does not return pretty quick then I will spam your whole forum even more with some of my worthless posts. But I say thank you to myself for not writing a new post and instead editing this one. Thanks a lot Bluebear, you are welcome.Shoutbox <3

Well as I move around all the time and probably has about 4 different IPs per week I can totally fool the system. For your information I have not voted for myself (on this IP, h?h?), but I feel pretty blue that I am not nominated for the shoutbox award. I kind of wanted that one.I will not vote for myself okay, or vote in categories where I have no idea about. So do not just click on something, if you do not know anything at all about the nominees it is better to just let the rest decide... if they know. Well good luck everyone.

As Firefox gave up on me I tried Chrome, but when I downloaded files (mostly word files) for school it would not open them! Everything else seemed to work but it just did not open the files I had downlodad, and in some cases it would not open it at all. Now I have Opera. Maybe because it is kind of Norwegian it works so well. (Opera) Nah, just kidding - but it works better than Chrome. Chrome went all crazy on me.

And it is sunday. Great. I suppose your birthday is on monday so if you lived where I live it would be about 2 hours left. Everyone born at this time at year are all awesome people superior from everyone else. "How was OpaQue born?" Come on, did you learn anything at school? -
^ Well clothes are not a problem, I love scarfs, gloves and things like that. I actually hate the summer clothes a lot more because everyone is walking around with their uber tanned bodies and along comes Miss white-all-year-around. Glad I am not the only one is this world who do not tan myself in dangerous tanning beds or use weird products to gain that healthy yellow or oransje glow. Yummie. They look like monsters that escaped from Pink's "Stupid Girls" videos. The worst part is that boys are doing it more and more, and they do not realize that they look kind of funny. Well, as they make me laugh maybe it is a bright thing in my everyday life.

Haha, people create the weirdest topics. I barely use Gmail but when I use it I access it online. My internet is really slow so there are times when I can not use it at all... because my internet is, well too slow. Online is the simplest way.

I agree. If the mall here was bombed and I said: "Goosh, I hope they open really soon and the dress I wanted was not ruined!", then most people would think what the heck is wrong with that girl. You guys, that is just weird. And cruel. I feel so sorry for all those affected by this horrible happening, and that everyone will recieve the help they need! Glad to know the cops have everything under control, but just take care our dear friends in India.?

Sorry for the late reply, it does not mean I do not care or have forgotten you. Welcome to the forum niklophiliac, hopefully you are enjoying your stay and keeping yourself away from one-liners. We consider them as spam so just be careful not to write too many of them. It is not the quantity of your posts that decides the amount of cents you recieve, but it is the quality. Another reason why you should try to write good, quality posts! It seems like others have already filled you in, but I am just throwing in this very useful link. Make sure to check it out, I am sure it will be useful. Good luck here at trap, not that you need it but who knows? Once again welcome!

Welcome to the forum contactskn. How are you? 35 posts in no time is pretty good, hopefully they are not all very short posts. As you might now we do not appreciate too many short posts, or one-liners. Why? They are considered as spam, and most forums and places online do not fancy that at all. It is okay to make some of them, but just try to write the majority of your posts longer than just one-line. Haha, but do not worry it is not that important. Just have it in mind. Please make sure to check out the help topic, and if you have any questions or worries then just ask. We have a lot of quite friendly members that are able to help you. The help topic is also an okay place to take a look before you create a new thread asking for help. You have been a member here for... 3 days? You should register at https://support.xisto.com/ as that is the place you buy your hosting when you have earned enough cents. 100 cents = 1 dollar. Register with the same email as here on Trap. Your cents will be transferred automaticly when you have earned enough. You can also buy other services there such as domains. I will shut up now and just wish you good luck. Nice to meet you and enjoy your stay! Bluebear, Norway.

Sorry for bringing this really old post back to life, but as what I am going to say has no need for a completely new topic I will rather share it here.So today I watched a decorating show on the telly. It was a couple with two kids who where building a completely white house that looked a little bit like a piece of sugar, and they were using over 350 000? for the house itself. (On top of 450 000$ for the land lot.) I think it was somewhere in Britain, Bristol or something? Well anyway white houses and two kids can pretty much screw up the beautiful white and crisp surface, so they had used nano-paint. (!!!) It was very expensive, but wow it looked so cool! Well it looked quite normal, but they dipped a part of it in a box with mud. The mud simply did not stick on the side with the nano-paint, but on the other side it was completely... well, lots of mud! And I thought: "I am going have paint like that on my house!" Hopefully the price of it will decrease when it is my turn to build my house, because I am not moving into some old-already-lived-in-house.

Hello and welcome to the world of Trapsters hertonsils Sorry for my late reply, it seems like everyone always replies before me... well, it does not matter. Everyone has already filled you in with the basics, so I will not be redundant. Just remember to keep your posts up to quality, and try to avoid one-liners as they are considered as spam. We do not murder you if you write a one-liners, but try not to drown our whole forum with them. SO new members are... new, haha but I am sure you will enoy your stay here. Nice to meet you and good luck with everything.

Well maybe I misunderstood the whole thingy, but yes you have to work for friendship, love and happyness. Believe it or not but not all parents love their children no matter what, and I know if my parents are mad at me I do not feel as happy. If I lie to them (too much) they do not trust me for a long time, and our relationship will then be weaker than before. If I just do whatever and never care about my friends they will not be my friends anymore! If I never talk to them, never answer their questions or hang out with them, we will just slide further and further apart. Happyness, not free at all! It is a personal opinion what makes you happy, but I know if my friends are mad at me or I am doing bad at school I am not happy. My attitude is decided by how my life is at the moment. If my sister makes life miserable for my mother I feel less happy, so then I have to WORK in order to make it better. It is not enough that try to fake a smile every single day, I have to work to be happy. Happyness is not about laughing when a fun show is on the telly, it is rather that my surroundings is happy with me and that I am happy with them. And again in order to make them happy I have to work. I am not happy if my mom can barely pay the bills. Again these are just my opinions, I do not know what you need to be happy. I need parents that are happy, friends that are happy, food, a warm house, internet and some money to do whatever I would like. I also have to do well or at least just okey at school. And I, have to work for all of these things. That is me, not you. All of these things are free in the terms of that you do not have to pay anything for it, but we all know that work leads to payment. When I work hard to keep my friends or family happy, their happyness is my payment.

Well I do not like homework, presentations and work in general - but school is the place where I meet my friends, gain new friends and... well it is social. If I am not at school I like to just relax at home, and that is not exactly very social at all! Here we go 7 years at one school and then 3 years at another one. Through those 10 years everyone learns the same things, it is not like we can choose photography or cooking. Though we do learn how to cook at school. I am now in my 11th school year, so I am at a new school. I feel like I fit better in there, people have choosen it themselves so many of them are a little bit like me. Some of my friends from earlier school years choose Mechanics, Sing/Dance/Drama, Health or things like that - but... well, it is hard to explain but we just have the same classes as all previous years - just harder. I like school when there is not much to do. I like when we go at trips at school, have fun. But I think schools such as mine should work harder in order t make the classes less theory, because even though we have choosen it we would all fancy classes that were not just paying attention to what the teacher says.

I always find things that annoyes me, but today it was the bus. The roads are frozen so the bus was stuck, and I ended up waiting for it over an hour. Cold. I had my mathematics exam today, and as the bus did not show up I started to freak out. My mom had a day off work, and thank God for that. (I do not belive in him, but just to be on the safe side.) I had to wake her up and she drove me to some other place. My school is pretty far away so I had to take another bus, but that bus had to wait for my bus that stil did not manage to move at all. I ended up coming an hour late to my exams, but I was allowed in anyway. I did not have much time at all. On top of that I was (I am) sick so I felt like throwing up, my throat and eyes were hurting and I coughed all the time. I praticed for the exam until an hour passed midnight, so I had almost no sleep at all. The test was written in "bokm?l" and as I am used to "nynorsk" from my last school, I messed some tasks up. Why?! The good thing is that I think I did... just fine, and I am hoping for a B.
-
Well I do not think this was as amazing as some claim. Yes, paint is easy and free, but you have to be quite good to end up with something that does not look like something a 4 year old scrabled up in kindergarten. The only tool I could see myself using was the colour replacement tool, unfortunately I am not into pixling anymore. If you are drawing images from scratch using pixels then Paint is actually really good! Some use Photoshop, but come on if you are good with pixling you are able to create pretty much anything in Paint using the simplest functions. But I wish I knew that one function when I was doing it all the time, it would have saved me a lot of time.

^ Well we have some of the same traditions, but haha - bread? Our white bread is not healthy at all as some of you might know, it is named "Loff"... We also have "Brann br?d", "Langebr?d" "Kneip"... and some others that I do not recall the name, "Whittenberger"? I think it is the same as loff, that is white bread. I hate bread now, it tastes like crap sometimes - so I rather eat "Knekkebr?d." (Not toasted, I would not even call it bread it is rather just... crisp bread.) polly-ester: Spis heller knekkebr?d, s? slipper du ? erge deg over br?d. (=Eat crisp bread instead, then you do not have to worry about bread.)I am sick right now, I have lots of test - oral and written. The oral one is not going to turn out well as I can barely speak. I sound like a bird that is stuck in a bush and used all its energy on trying to escape from the bush, so its voice sound weird. Also I am kind of tired so I apologize for the spelling mistakes that I do not notice right now, but I will probably return later and wonder why I wrote everything like this.
-
Well first of all this is just sad. When someone do something like this I do not think it is mainly for attention, but perhaps that he was just tired of life in general and wanted people to notice and maybe remember him slightly even after he had left this world. It is such a terrible way to die, but people dp this every single day. I would not bare to be one of the viewers, I can not believe why some actually watched it! If that was me I would feel so terrible, and think a lot about what I had viewed. Seeing someone die is not the nicest thing I suppose, and afterwords many probably wondered what they could have done... But come on; if this kid had problems he would probably commit it anyway, but it is still sad. This world can be a cruel place, and I feel terribly sorry for all those he left behind. I would have felt guilt - but maybe that is just me.

Hi, My Name Is 93integra Introducing my self.
Bluebear replied to 93Integra's topic in Introductions
Hi 93Integra. Welcome to Xisto! How are you? It seems like others has filled you in with the basics, so all I will do is to give you this wonderful link, and hope that you will take a look at it as it will be very helpful. If you have any questions that is the first place you should start, if the answers to your questions are not found there you can always ask one of our members. Most of us are kind of helpful. You should try to avoid one-liners as they are considered as spam, but do not be afraid of doing it. We have all done it a couple of times, but just try not to go all crazy and post a lot of them. The amount of myCENTS you recieve depends on the quality and size of your posts, not the quantity. So fewer but better posts are prefered over hundreds of posts with no content at all. Good luck! See you around the boards, if you have any questions just ask. -
I do not agree. You have to work for friendship, happiness and love. Most things in life is due to your own actions or even someone elses, but still I doubt there is a lot of free things. They gave away free bisquits at shop at the mall, they were free. Xisto hosting is free when you think that you do not have to pay anything, but on the other hand you have to post posts at the forum and earn those lovely myCENTs. This year at school is not free for me as I have to pay books and other things, but all the other years have been pretty much free beside from lunch money or "matpakke", as well as money for minor trips. Not much is free, especially not love, friendship and happiness. You have to work for it. If you do not work for it and do your best to have a good relationship with your family, friends and just life in general then it will just go strait the rubbish-can.
