Disposable computers in the near future?1 Terabyte Of Data On A Thumb DriveThis is a great invention and yes spudd you will be able to run programs off of this type of solid state storage. This in combination with .Iso files could completely eliminate the need for a cd/dvd rom and harddrive all together allowing computers to become incredibly small and portable. Imagine you could have all of your computers operating system data and applications/programs on a flash drive leaving your computer virtual blank serving as just a platform for which to view all of this information. Using .Iso files instead of cd/dvd roms the possibility of a fully funtioning pc the size of an ipod touch with nothing but a usb port seems realistic what I'm saying is imagine if your entire computer was stored on a flash drive and the computer itself becomes just interface/viewing platform like a tv. Then you could just walk up to any random computer plug your flash drive into it and have every program and setting just as it appears on your computer at home. Disposable PCs anyone?-reply by Gonzo

I'm having one excel sheet with the following data Market Code Market Name 500 Boston 505 Atlanta 600 albany etc... The Image files in the folder are stored in the name of "Market Name" (e.G. It seems like every time a book comes out they leave you with a cliff hanger like onyx and the next book that comes out is completely different and many years in the past. Scroll down the page until you see an item (bout 6 from bottom) with an icon that looks like a banana. Click enable images. Go to bottom and save settings. When you next compose an email, there is a small icon on the taskbar thats a little picture. Click on it, and you can either upload an image from your comp, or from t'interweb. hope this helps. Fixed noise problemAdvice On Eliminating Audio Noise, Please?Ok so I understand this may be very old topic and a very late answer. I hope this is an answer for some people. My problem... mouse movement, moving graphic of any sort on screen, as well as hard drive activity; would all make my speakers hiss, whine, buzz, tick, and make al sorts of strange noises. It was as if my speakers were sounding out everything that went on insided my computer. It was quiet but irritating. Strange to say the least. I had the exact same problem before my current ASUS P6T. Both situations were with onboard sound. On my older ASUS P5B motherboard, the situation was fixed by installing a PCI SoundBlaster X-fi and turning off the onboard sound in the BIOS. My set up (or things I consider key elements) = running Vista and a Realtek onboard sound. Although I suspect this may be an issue with other set ups too. -- Considering the shear number of posts out there on this topic. My solution was this: Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Sound > Manage Audio Devices. In the Sound Dialog Box under "Playback" tab double click Speakers. In the Speakers Properties Dialog Box under "Levels" tab > click mute button beside "PC Speaker". Like magic my problem was fixed. I cannot answer as to why or what exactly this changes. But it was just like turning on the lights in a room. Click and it was fixed. Go figure. You may also try the mute button beside "Microphone". Enough research around the net and you will find this has also worked for some people. IMO, the Realtek onboard sound is the issue. Hope this helps... The Pizza Repair Man

I have a new laptop running Vista. It crashes or more correctly fails to reboot after I update. The only thing that allows it to boot up is a system restore. After the system restore is finished, Windows Update downloads the update again and then fails to reboot...An endless cycle of system restores and failed boots. I have since turned off Windows Update and everything is working fine again.Dgr

There are linux dedicated server files for both Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike:Source. Wine Is andot an Emulator. That's how it gets it's name. I frequently play CS:S on linux with WINE and I have much better frame rates than on Vista or XP, because Linux uses much less resources to run. Programs through wine run natively, and suffer no performance loss.

Ok well I agree with the writer of this subject.But I utterly disslike the stereotyping put into this post that is uneeded and shows ignorance of the person who posted it, throwing fake social stereotypes in to a matter that are off topic.So in school ill hug my gf and some of my friends and ill hold hands our put my arm around my girlfriend and the principle took us aside and said it was wrong to do so.I understand why it is set in place so that there is no making out in public beacuse that is disgusting.To add more to the matter a couple that looks like my girlfriend and I gets us into trouble.Ill hug my girlfriend and give her a kiss on the forehead when I leave school and a teacher ran up and yelled at us beacuse they thought we were the couple making out in the hallway.Also we go out into a small noncrowded/public area so we don't affect others. ATI RADEON FTW!Which Is The Best Gaming Graphics Card?In my opinion, your best bet is a RADEON (ATI) I have a HD 3650 512mb at the moment (it came with my lappy [centrino 2 dual core, 4gb, 400gb hdd Toshiba, not bad for a lappy in my opinion - plays Crysius at medium, CoD 4 at medium, GTA IV at very low (lol)]) But I really like Radeons' because they come with ATI Catalyst Control Centre (CCC) which is a mini overclocking program.
