I do believe in stopping warez after seeing what it has done to certain companies, but you are also being rather radical. Those who spread warez will never be stopped because they are providing a service that is gratis, and that when you can get something for free why pay for it. There will always be those who if not support warez continue to use it.I wouldn't say to stop your site, but understand that it may be a hopeless cause. There have been other causes called hopeless before, but they have succeeded such as polio, and even stopping the advent of the influenza virus. I believe that if you find other ways to promote discounted software with more features people will buy a full version.Warez can only be stopped by people who do not offer a free download or a free trial, but those are the only ways to promote your business. Warez true enemy is one where a company offers a free version with less qualities. People who use warez do not need the best of the program but the rudimentary basics, and some of the features that make it standout.Torrenting Photoshop has slowed down in the past years or so because PSE was released and people embraced the bare bones photoshop that can do all they needed for a low price, if not, cheap. You can get it with a new computer so everything is preinstalled for you. Photoshop Elements was one of the best ways to stop warez, but something like that should have been free, but Adobe wanted to make money from their defense.I hope that you succeed with your site and are able to set it up , and to promote other topics, and begin a large campaign. Few people join that path because the ones who come to forums, have signatures, that come from Photoshop, and that photoshop that isn't used for anything important. It is a cracked version usually made for signatures, so sometimes plans do backfire.

I'm that suprised. Opera has always been fast, but Chrome wasn't out so I guess I think they didn't look at it. Chrome has been abnormally fast at loading webpages and activating them, but its not suprising since everything Google does has one good feature and the others aren't that amazing. I love Opera until it got infected and started slowing down. I find that even though FF doesn't have the speed of other browsers, and isn't as heavy in features, it makes up with its addons. Not only are the addons quick and easy to use, there are so many, that one could wish that they could download all of them, and still not make the browser as large as Opera. I find that without standard addons other browsers can't compete, and thats why Opera doesn't have as large as a community as well FF and well Microsoft IE, since its the default browser, and few people know that there is more than browser unless someone tells them.

Yoga And Pranayama A small discussion on the above topic.
Xalor replied to contactskn's topic in Health & Fitness
I find Yoga to be invigorating to the people who find slow repetitive movement upbeat. I find doing the same thing over and over, makes me very irritated. It cannot do it for more than 10 minutes, and I need to walk and move around. I just can't take the slow pace, after doing everything fast, it really doesn't follow my own logic so I haven't done it much. Pranayam I do believe to a certain extent. One must take deep breaths to release the lungs and help to expand them. That I know has been proved for everyone, it works in the same idea of living in higher pressure. You need to take more oxygen to expand the lungs and breathe better normally. By taking deeper breaths, you can use the same oxygen for a longer time, helping to stabalize yourself when you do more demanding activity, it also helps when you swim, run, and play. It allows you to lower your heartrate so you don't have to strain yourself as much. -
You can remove the internet by destroying every computable device in the whole country or shut down all electric power. There are so many ways but I would say it is possible. The internet was created therefore it can be destroyed, for what creates an action reforms a reaction, so the internet's cause shall be its downfall. I would say though its going to be interesting if anyone can pull it off. The precise number of actions in a timely manner is so delicate, that one mistake would put the plan into end, and it wouldn't work out. Pure Spam on the all the websites, and trying to take down the ISPs, would be one method that is possible. You could create an endless chain of requests on Google like from a large server location setting up thousands of VPSs, and then spamming Google down by sending large requests, since Google does hold the highest bandwith, and now after those "dealings" it has the highest bandwith from all ISPs and has the total resources of them, due their well "dealings" as it uses more and more, the Internet will slow down and put it at stop. This though will end soon enough anyway, because your own servers will still be connected perpetually, and therefore the internet will still exist, but not in use. There is no practical or even plausible way that internet can be destroyed but it can be slowed down the point of virtual absolute-zero if you know of that theory, where at absolute zero no motion can exist -273 degree C, the internet in all pragmatism can only go down to -272 degree C in that analogy because one person somewhere will have some remote connection to something else.

Rachiche, this forum is for introductions of people, I would delete or edit this thread as soon as possible, before being warned by the admin. On your question though I have a little idea for that. The only problem is that most templates are not customizable unless done by hand. You have to move it around using the <div> files and <tbl> settings, you also have to change the CSS files along with the XML files.I would like to say that customizing is something that will come soon, when the templates become standard, and a component may come that has a CSS WYSIWYG editor that works with Joomla templates only. The only customizable template so far is RocketTheme, but you have to pay for their Rockla, and their custom Joomla.

I love the iPhone for a couple of reasons, and those reasons will keep on expanding with the new App Store. I hope that it does improve though, since there are a lot of preformance issues. The best thing is versatlility. Its one of the best browser out there and doesn't need mobi sites to make it function properly. It has the simplest interface, and the lack of keyboard helps that fact. There is only one way to do something, so people can't get confused. You have all the email features, plus free texting, if you how to do that. You can go on IM clients all at once, and you can have the total power of the App store. You can have all the fun games possible even Monkey Ball. You have the motion sensing parts, and it can even detect your heartbeat. Its so powerful and its one of the cheaper smartphones, with all the functionality and simplicity of a regular phone, usable for everyone. We can always count on new people for opening up software. It has one of the most powerful music players and you can add contacts syncing from thousands of locations, and programs. One can even jailbreak it and install 3rd party non App Store apps. You can download Twitter feeds, and blog feeds, adding more versatility. I truly love the iPhone and it will be the phone of the future. It even has so many touchpad features. You can use differing combinations and styles for each person, defining how to activate it.

Hello Gungz I hope you have a great time here. Post with a nice length and make top notch quality posts, and you will be able to purchase Xisto Paid Hosting as simple as that. You can make your own site for free here, and just earn more myCENTS. Just to let you know the mods seem to be frowning upon one liner posts, so keep them long, and you will do fine. This goes without saying but, make sure your referral or affiliate links are in your signature, and aren't too large, and if posted keep them in the reviewing site and how to make money sections. Other than that I hope to know you better and that you will become a prominent member of Xisto Forums.

Try checking your email for your password, or maybe it could be forum password. Did you forget it or is it just accepting your accout? It could be that if you were off for the time before myCENTS came about your account could have been deleted, but it seems that can't be possible from when your account was made. I would ask in the shoutbox also, because there are always mods over there. I would say try making a new account using the same email and your accounts would be linked again, otherwise there is a little problems, since you still have myCENTS displayed to me under your name, so your email has to exist. Try checking caps and try out the other possible passwords you use. I always have that problem, because some websites require me to have numbers and caps and all different security measures, which annoy me.

Hi hondauser85. I can see that you like Honda cars? Or maybe a Hero Honda Motorcycle, don't ask me about that ever again, horrible memories. I think that you think that you are the 85th user of a Honda-brand item. I hope you have fun here, and well don't post more affiliate links, because they will be removed, we have an amazing moderating team here, and they always helps us out for the best. I've earned a lot more from learning to stick with the rules. Apparently you joined about the same time as me, and I hope you stick to the rules and help make Xisto a better more fun place, not that it isn't now.

Graphic Tablet - Is It A Good Tool? How To Buy One?
Xalor replied to Digitalidad's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
I would recommend a Bamboo Tablet from Wacom, usually people starting of with their own tablet, go with that, because its small and simple to use for a newcomer. I found it easy to use, and its rather small so if you don't have a lot of space it all the basic features that you need. The difference between a Tablet PC and a Tablet is because that a Tablet is easier to use, and that it more than one pressure level. You can press on an LCD screen because it will break with a bit of pressure and its not the same pressing on it since it uses a more rudimentary form of touch like the touchscreen phones, which sense a depression in the screen, but a tablet senses the pen itself. -
I can say that rvalkass, has a really good point. I think that analogy is flawed also, that you have to think about these huge companies. They lose little from individual sale losses. You can't lose a sale from a person who is going to not buy it anyway, like rayzor said. Pirating also gives free advertising, can you believe that Photoshop for example, you have thousands of people pirating it, over half of them liked lets say CS, and then instead of waiting for pirated version of CS2 they paid for it. The best example of free advertising of a pirated software is here, at Windows 7 Beta. The first release of it for the preview version, that circulated all over the internet. It reached the hands tech reviewers. Those people looked at it and said it was one of the greatest releases of Windows, and it was amazing. Microsoft made a public beta because of this. Millions of users, downloaded Windows 7 and used it as their main OS. I mean now when the real version comes out Microsoft will make a killer with sales of their brand new OS.A copy is not an original of the product. Making copies and distributing them, does not mean that you are stealing. You are merely using a copied version of it, its not the original. That product would have never been sold because it had not exists. What had not existed could not be have sold. The potential sale was not lose because that person had bought the new version. That person would not have bought CS3 if they did not enjoy CS2. If they bought CS2, they would have not bought CS3. You see how, the pirated version of Adobe software got around, people who are younger, and people who aren't even in the industry have bought it, and are using it.

The reason that I didn't really consider server overload because I didn't expect IPB to be unable to support modifications like this. I thought the script was inside the actual forum board and was done realtime instead fo user to user, so that sort of confuses me. If the script does it post by post it would go faster, and it wouldn't be overloaded. I believe though it probably has a hard time analyzing words, so it might credit you based on letters rayzoredge, or maybe it counts letters and spaces? I know most credit systems are based on posts not the amount words or characters or such. I hope that soon, it will recognize inactive users, and a more advanced script that begins to learn on its own will be made just because of the simple fact, its hard to earn money real time on the forum, and it won't encourage short activity, it inspires short bursts of activity, like 15 posts at a moment, and then nothing for 3 days, and again, so it really stops any chance of creating a selective process.

WoT says the site that gives you the money for posting there is not trustworthy. My real concern is the problems one can face, if the site goes bottoms up, say its hacked or the site itself shuts down. Someone can steal your information that is private, and usually not given away. You can't say that its impossible to lose your information. Banks have been hacked and personal information has been stolen, so a smaller site such as that could steal it. Even on Xisto I gave only my address, and I don't plan on adding funds through PayPal, since it isn't Shell Secured. Think about, even more secured places have been hacked, what if someone is able to break in and get your information, and with all those people, and all that information and that it isn't famous enough to have people write articles about it. If they break into it, its over, and if someone has all that, it won't be long till your account may be lost.

I used to pirate a couple of things though like Adobe Software, in the beginning, because 30 days is not a long time to use it, so I used it for a bit, but then buckled down and bought it because I couldn't make anything commercial and feel okay about it. I say that one can justify it by saying that, if its on the internet its legal. Its up there for a download, and if its free who can't say no. Its not that its illegal but its so tempting, to download it, while you have no problems, its simple and quick to use. Its really hard to not do it nowadays. Thousands of torrent sites, with all these downloads. Some people don't know that its even pirating. I thought it was legal to download music from Limewire even, or some people could think that when the movies are up on torrent sites its legal, I had not known and was downloading a couple, never worked for me since I couldn't figure out what divX meant anyway.

Lets say that Xbox 360 is better because I said so. I had not owned either or, but my friends who are normally gamer addicts, went online on each, said that Xbox 360 Live was way better than the other one. PS3 had a small base, and few of them wouldn't add as friends, and then again there aren't enough people. I find that Xbox was way easier to get used to. I was able to get the basics of games down quickly and the controller made it much more ergonomic to shoot using the standard left and right top keys, instead of pressing down hard. Its easier to move around. The controller itself is much more simpler to use. The PS3 controller tried to use it but, because of all the keys it made it rather confusing to figure out, if and if you noticed that back left and right keys are now the same style as a Xbox controller. I believe because of simplicity of Xbox, you can figure out how to set up a network, mod it and add more features allows it more free range over a Ps3. There are much more games at the moment, and most of the greater games come on both, and the most famous game of all Halo 3, and the future Halo Wars, are on the Xbox 360. The Xbox may have a shorter lifetime, but it will last until the next gaming system comes out, but you could expect the Ps4 or whatever comes new, will beat the next Xbox, because of the product cycle. Nin64 beat the other Sega, and Sony, then it was Ps2 beat all and now its Xbox beats all.

Thats really cool. I like the blur effect to used to sharpen it and then it looks a lot more awesome. I have a couple of questions though, how long did it take to render it not, the making but the actual rendering it, because my friend says the built in rendering system is rather slow in Cinema 4 Design, and maybe that render would be better. I think that its a dagger, with one with a hooked end like those in Prince of Persia, and the other is a dagger with a serated edge. I would just like to say other than the platform its on, it looks so real, thats its scary that now its possible to do this now. Its beyond amazing, and now I see how they make those realistic movies, like Transformers.

I made this before with brown sugar instead, I know its a New Mexican recipe, according to my 6th grade class teacher. I always love cookies with a fruity filling, makes it all that cooler and delicious. I've never had any other than grape or strawberry jam all storebought. My parents aren't much of a jam making type, more or less traditional indian vegetarian recipes. Hard to get them to try something new, and I'm not allowed near the stove, or any thing cooking related after the incident. That sounds delicious, would it taste better with chocolate or another filling, since I'm too fond of jam anyway.

OMG My dad loves Pasayam, but he's from Andhra, Whenever we find an Indian restuarant in Long Island he's the first one to look for it and order it as a dessert. I on the other hand can't stand most Indian desserts except a few, mostly because its so wierdly sweet and bitter at the same time. Is Pasayam sort of made in the same way as unspiced dal, its sort of just yellow dal or dahl, mashed up, and left alone for vegetable sambhar, so its not just a liquid and rice. You guys have a lot of Indian recipes on this site, and when I go to college, I guess I can steal from you guys without bothering my parents for dahl and that good stuff.

Fried Spam And Eggs Dont laugh its great
Xalor replied to Echo_of_thunder's topic in Health & Fitness
I don't like meat too much, but you might want to consider deep frying it, since its only being stir fried at the moment. It sounds good, maybe I can substitute it for tofu, and the eggs, for something else, can't stand the smell anymore. Any ideas? I love stir fried stuff cause its all toasty, but not too heavy like deep fried. What is spam normally used for? I find that when you experiment you can make new simple recipes and use them over and over, and the only problem is remember what you put in that makes it so delicious. -
I think that the true problem is the price of oil and gasoline. Americans are forced to pay the prices as they depend on gas for cars, and the increase in cost hikes the bus costs, and in turn the taxes. As Americans or even the world itself is forced to pay these insane prices, discretionary income decreases, also because minimum wage hasn't gotten a hike in the past year. The amount of money isn't inflating at a proper rate. People don't have the money to spend on entertainment, like movies, food and all that great stuff. Because of lower income, more hours are necessary to help supplement the income, so that explains the current amount of people spending some extra money for the time being. The way to get this problem down is to increase the minimum wage, and to find ways to subsidize the gas, by increasing the taxes slightly so people won't feel bad about the taxes if gas prices are decreased. As America is a nation fundamentally powered by the middle class, a social revolution is not what will happen. Instead it will be that people will be encouraging openness, and more democratic reforms. The government though will respond with a tighter fist, adopting a communist manifesto over an open democracy. That is the first problem to take over, instead of tightening their fist. They have to encourage democratic reforms appealing to the larger cities and the middle classes.

There is a problem with this now because of new security features. When you customize the clock you can change the time, so its the same time, the other way is to change the set up options by pressing F2 when you start the computer. I believe that works out much better. The other problem is that when you go into a Shell Secured Website, the security certificate is of a later date. Your computer shows an older date, so it assumes the certificate is invalid and fake, so it denies you logging into that site. There are some ways past that but I don't know those. I'll look into it though. The F2 is for a Windows XP Computer which I used it on, so I don't know about another OS.

Learned On Their Own Who here is self tought?
Xalor replied to Echo_of_thunder's topic in General Discussion
Google is man's new best friend, finally replacing the dog, just like you said Vera. You can find almost anything on Google, such as how to set up a static IP, how to Google in Google. There is so much that you can find through this powerful search engine. There are have been few searches that turn up few sites. I have found that more archiac terms are found in forums instead of sites. I believe that you can learn all you can learn from Forums and searching in Google. Has anyone else found information in Forums? I learned a lot of new news here in Xisto, more about GFX, and much more about computers. I am starting to understand PHP, and begin to read it, but its a lot more confused than regular coding, since it uses the syntax of ? marks and >< marks, and all those usually unused parts. -
I thought an Admin had to review your posts, but now this is more interesting. I have a question though, could you lower the maximum time in between crediting, because if it is a day, its rather hard to set up your forums. I hope that I could possibly earn it faster, but since it is .05 mycents or is it, 5 cents per word, cause I think that is rather hard to earn, since thats around 2000 words per a dollar. I've earned about 14 dollars for 72 posts, the others haven't been accounted at the moment. I hope that it starts to move faster, maybe added some more selectiveness in the script, like analyzing only the users who have posted in the past 48 hours, and no more in the past.

Another Fireball Fireball over Texas USA
Xalor replied to Echo_of_thunder's topic in General Discussion
I hope that wasn't a joke. It could be awesome to prove that we can't figure out everything yet, and end the whole structured universe isn't that perfect. I would like to say that meteor showers are possible during the day just rather hard to see, and I am rather amazed that someone was standing there, when it happened just enough to take a photo, with a fireball going that fast. Oh and I'm rather confused about the whole Fireball thing, isn't that what they refer to as a bomb or a missile? -
Hey I'm new also, but apparently you are a pretty old member. I hope that you will share your IT Knowledge and that we learn a lot more about computers. I hope that you will make more posts and help this forum to become better, and better known, as it is getting slightly old. Like Ash-Bash said, I would like to say that you should make your posts longer and then you make more myCENTS. Then you get more money, and get better hosting so everyone wins.
