  1. Ok, I hate this with a passion, I will be walking in a supermarket and I will be behind some people and they will literally be standing still, in a long line across the pathway. When I ask them to move, they all look at me like I am the devil, and considering that I ask them VERY nicely, I don't see why. Another pet hate is when people stand in the walking lane of the escelators, grrr it really gets to me when I am trying to go to school/work. My last pet hate of this subect matter is when people stand right across the supermarket aisle, why they do this is beyond me but, they do it anyway.Anyway, I have a proposal for this idead, they should make a fast lane and a slow lane in malls so if you want to walk fast you can, and if you want to walk slow you can. It seems to be the happy medium.
  2. I am also under 18, so I have tried everyway to make online websites, all of which failed. Now I design websites for people, it is fun and pays well.
  3. Well I use wireless streaming all the time but I think it needs to be a very fast connectiuon to be able to stream video, I mainly use it to stream music etc.
  4. I use XHTML and it is no different to HTML except for closing tags, in fact I find it better because you make less mistakes when you use HTML. It is not so good when you are writing in standard HTML and you keep accidentally crossing the languages over
  5. That is terrible, why people are driven to do this is beyond me, but I can see why people are doing this. They all believe in their religion very strongly and theey seem to need to show that love in some other ways. Funny enough is I am atheist, so I guess I can't comment.
  6. The quality of sound is fine on all connections, I find that I get good sound quality no matter what connection, it really involves what the other user is soing on the internet at the time.
  7. Yes, I do get paid to advertise on my site, but I have recently cancelled all advertising as I gave my station a remake. I did this because their contracts all ran out, so I redesigned my station and gave them the option to sign up again. Anyway, back to the point: go to uBroadcast and you can check that out, otherwise you can use 365Live which is a paid service.
  8. Yeah, I am on Three and I know that it costs $8 a Megabyte to use the internet, a staggering cost and considering that browsing Three's own internet area is free, I guess it is justified.
  9. One of my friends has the Razr and it is abnormally large, I would not be suprised if they did this to compensate for the thinness of this phone. Otherwise it would be "tiny". I think another reason for the width is because the screen needs to be big as that is one of its main features...
  10. It depends what sorta TV you are talking about, I get internet TV on my phone but it does not collect VHF/UHF signals so you might wanna be a little ore specific with the question:P
  11. Yes, the phone appears to be useful but who would wanna carry around such a huge thing in their pockets. Also what would be the price of a Skype call, I would imagine that it would be quite high as it is going to stream videos...A couple of the good things about this phone would happen to be the price, at 270 Euros, it isn't a bad deal considering that you are getting a "mini laptop".Personally, I would much prefer to carry my excellent laptop around instead, because it doesn't have only one use as a "skype phone", I can also use it to email, surf the web and much more.
  12. My favourite phone is a Nokia 6288, feaure rich and it is 3G capable. Also I found it at a nice price: AU$259...
  13. I have a testing server which is run by EasyPHP. It is simple and very easy to use. All I need to do is put my files in a folder called "www" and open up the files on the EasyPHP application... Simple:)
  14. I like the idea of Astrology, but how many times have you read your horoscope and have nothing of what it said should happen, happen? I think that it is dodgy and rather archaic, but if I was presented with proof I would be more open to accept it.
  15. I use uBroadcast software... Very good, and if you want to email me at triplebtalk@live.com.au, I could give you a go at being a DJ, if you are really interested. My radio station plays music and I do 4 programs a day, so I don't know where you would wanna broadcast. If you wanna check out my raadio station, just go to: triplebtalk.co.cc
  16. Definitely, I had a very similar experience to this, but instead of Jalapeno's it was a Naga Jolokia (the hottest chilli/pepper in the world) and I accidentally touched it without even thinking. Sadly, because it is so hot, you actually need gloves to touch it, not from burning your eyes but because it can burn your hands and can induce pain for up to half an hour. Luckily my host told me to wash my hands when she saw me touch it. So I go and wash my hands and go to dinner, unfortunately one thing she forgot to tell me is that it stays on your hands for up to 5 hours after very thorough washing. I pushed my hair to the side of my face, and my skin started to burn really badly, and I started watering at the eyes. The funny thing is, the host thought the meal was so bad it had made me cry.
  17. Haha, all I know about Daddy Long-Leg spiders are very good at getting rid of other pests. In my house, I encourage them to live because they kill cockroaches, venomous spiders, termites and a lot of other insects. Also to the person who says that her friend was now mentally retarded because of a bite, very unlikely as the spider venom would not effect your brain, especially if humans are immune to them. If anything the venom might do something to your heart rather than your brain, so I suggest that you stop making stuff up and you might wanna get informed.
  18. I am still not completely converted to Linux, but the reason I started trying it was because of the little number of viruses that it could contract. On Vista, I have had several viruses which I have removed, but the point I am making is that it was hard to remove them, on my Linux (UBUNTU/Marndrake Latest Version), I have never had a virus. Another thing that helped me make the decision was that my ISP does not count downloads towards any Linux distribution, so I have downloaded quite a few of them.Windows Vista is also quite buggy, nothing you can't work with but it is sort of annoying when my Bluetooth® stuffs up my sound, now when I am on Ubuntu I do not experience these problems. So now I use Ubuntu quite regularly:)
  19. Why do people always ask these questions? There is a major difference between Photoshop and Fireworks. Photoshop is made to edit Photos (hence the name, funny how that one works), and Fireworks is used to edit graphics in .png and .gif... I don't think they are even similar in that sense.
  20. Yeah, Virgin and Vodafone offe those those things but Virgin is far by the cheapest available (5GB for $40AU)... The modem isn't so great though...
  21. I have used quite a few of these programs that seem to always say 100% though, so I don't know how well it works
  22. In Australia you don't need a joined bank account either. In fact you just need to have a small amount of money in that account to be able to spend unless you put self imposed limits. The bad thing, under 18's cannot join:(
  23. Haha, apart from the fact that this is so highly unlikely, Bill Gates is now retired so, he would be a very priivilleged retiree if you were given a customised version every year:p
  24. You could do it but it would take people who were prepared to die inside all the secret service agencies, people who were in the ISP's someone in each server room and someone in every town to cut telephone wires...
