Dear friends talking about India dishes.Don’t say that my mouth started watering. I should say they are really delicious and healthy to eat too.?Dear friend the dishes which you are mentioning here is from southern part of India. There are more dishes out their in South India. And they are as follows.?1. UZUNDA VADA:- It is a dishes which is made up of a cereal known as black matpe bean the dish looks like a circle with a hole in between. This is a dish which is made by deep frying in oil or ghee. It is served with a mixed vegetable dish called SAMBHAR and CHATNI.?? ?2. PARIPPA VADA:- Its another dish of South India which is very delicious and made up of grams. Its prepared by half ground grams. Again its prepared by deep frying in Oil. And served with CHATNI.?3. PUTTU:- Its again a delicious Dish of South India and made up of rice powder and cooked in steam. And due to which it is very healthy as no oil is used for cooking this dish. It is also made up of RAGGI powder. Normally it is served with gram curry or bananas.??4. UNNI APPAM:- Its again a delicious sweet dish of South India specially of KERALA. Its made up of rice powder and JAGERY for making it sweet. It is fried in oil.??Hope all of you liked this information on Indian dishes if you want more then I will post it again later. Dear friends this problem is being faced by many other members. Even I have lost some of my cents and not yet regained the same. I don't know how to get it is there any one out here to tell us how to resolve the problem.

Dear friend I was a meat eater for around 15 years of my life now I am 33 and don't even touch the products made up of even eggs. It may be possible that some of you might say that it is madness. But the reason for leaving the consumption of meat is again a story for me. I went to a fresh meat shop in a city where I resided. The shopkeeper out there killed 2 chickens for fulfilling our order of fresh chicken meat in front of my eyes, and that’s it I was so shocked that from that day onwards I never ate meat, fish or even eggs. Now I am very happy to be how I am now. And satisfied with my life. My approach always aims at saving animals killed only for consuming their meat. But I don't force my friends, family members etc. As I think having meat in your food is typically a personal wish of a person not to be interfered about. You see my wife eats meat. I have obviously explained my reasons for not but even though she is not convinced with it and continues to eat meat. But I really don’t mind it as its her own life to be lived in a manner she loves.?

Dear friend I have only used HP and am not fully satisfied with it. As the system has the problem of being slow down after some years. So I don't prefer it to be used I think I prefer an assembled one for HP. And about Dell I am not the person to comment as I have never used a single product of their so.........

Dear friend I have used both nike and adidas shoes. Quality wise I don't think anybody of both is lesser than the other. They are competetors, so maintaining their qualities in a good manner and both are good to be used.

Dear Admin you are really correct with your conclusion. For example my son who is just 1.5 year old knows the use of remote control and mobile. But if I talk of myself I have never seen such things at the age of 1.5 of mine. So as they are exposed to the new techniques they are aware of it and so we can say that they are much more intelligent. Thats it. ?

Due to somewhat similar problem I have simply banned the consumption of tea and coffee for myself. And its about 18 years now and I think I have just forgot the tastes of both the drinks now.?

You are right dear friend its very difficult to be in a team and cope up with each and every one and their nature. Its really difficult. But on the other hand team is a streanth isn't it. If we are alone it is very difficult for us to fullfill a target moreover it is difficult to be perfect in all the activities included in a project. So being in a team improves our streanghth and power of work. So if the team leader is perfect in his work that is to lead the team in a good way and manage them in the best manner he can then it will easy that a team can flourish and be successfull in its projects.?

Dear friends yesterday I got this email from my friend with some attatched pictures of a tree on which different animals are been carved. Its really a peice of art and hard work. Please look at it and comment on the same.?I actually don't even know by whom this work of art is being completed. But its really amazing is'nt it.?

Dear friend here I want you to know how in many region and departments of this world people still don't want to computerize their manual works and want to stick to it to do it manually. Which is in turn blocking up the progress of computers and computerization in such regions of the world. Now I think you have got the point.?

Its about a land records department of a state. Actually five years back we got the contract to develop the software to computerize the work of this department which was done manually completely until then. As soon as we got this work we started the work and completed the work in the scheduled period and we have also got the contract for maintenance of the software developed. But now and then when I get in touch the department head and suggest them about improving the work the efficiency of the software, and about the updation of their data in time. What I found was the data was till not updated after five years in a proper way. Its not perfect, and uptodate at all. They are not interested in updating it regularly. When I talked to the head about it and asked why it was all in that way. I was all amazed by his reply he was least interested in making the data correct. And reason why it is so was that the field officers out there who are working manually on the whole job and bring the required data to be recorded in the computer are not interested at all in this computerization and they don’t want it to be a successful one. And the reason was because they are not able to continue with the corruption with the general public which was very easy before the implimentation of the computerization of this work. That is they are not able to take bribes which they were before. So they want the whole system to be a big failure. But when I asked then why they started the whole deed as more than 50000000 of precious currency is being spent for the same. Then he answered that it was just to fulfill the governments policies that’s all.?How can one destroy the precious resources in such a way just for their own benefits. What I say is if that amount was used for poor people out there for their education etc . then that would be much more beneficial to the society isn’t it. ?So dear friends what are your comments upon this. Do you really can cope up with such group of administrators.?Please comment.???

Dear friend Its your life which is the best and precious gift of God. Don't loose hearts in such situations. I feel very happy to be with my parents and thats what the best moments in my life. Right now I am very far from them and when I become unhappy I just talk to them and I am again charged.?One more thing which my parents taught me and that is?Be happy to be satisfied and be satisfied to be happy.?Try this my dear friend and it really works.?

Dear friend I never play cards. But if I remember right I have heard about a popular card game called Rummie. I have also heard and seen my friends playing more card games but I dont know what to say them in English.

I think my friend its the glamour field which pays the best. That being a good and famous actor. The payments are usually in crores. And if you don't treat it as a job then it may be IT jobs like being analyser etc.
