Sig Request by miladinoski
miladinoski replied to miladinoski's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
^ Can you make the text (white_eagle) with a smaller font but still readable? You have the original :DThanks a lot though! -
I request either a sig made using either the first render or the second, or if you have time in your hands with both of them so I'll make the choice or even maybe adopt both of them Size: Something smaller than the original first render if you make that choice or the original size of the second render that fits the best. Theme: Angemon Render: Yes Render Theme: First or Second Color: Default Text: 'white_eagle' (without quotes) with white letters in the top left or bottom right (whichever suits you better). Other effects: A little fancier background for the second one or the default one for the first render.

Don't worry as you can bypass that stupid limit anyways. First of all, you'll need to erase all your cookies and then block all cookies coming from megavideo.com. In FF go to Tools > Options and then click exceptions and block megavideo.com and megavideo.com/ Method 1: If you connect through a modem and can get a new IP, then do that. Just switch off the modem, leave it that way for ~60 secs. and then reconnect and replug the modem. Make sure you did clear the browser cookies and blocked all of the ones coming from the site before doing this. Close your browser and reopen it again and open the video you wanted to watch at MegaVideo. This means you get a new IP and there isn't a way in which they can trace and *&*& off anyone Method 2:ďż˝ Start the video playing and then pause it so it'll buffer to the end. Then unplug the modem or disconnect from the internet or make FF work in 'offline mode' by going to File > Work Offline and playing the video undisrupted. Then when you want to surf the internet again, just uncheck the same thing and surf. Yeah, you can't surf with that browser, but you can open another one and surf with that one while watching the vid Anyways, as for the problem, it's just putting stupid DRM into use. And nothing makes people copy the stuff more and find ways to bypass the DRM then when that stuff is 'protected'. This'll make people use YouTube and/or Vimeo more.

How To Setup A Sms Sending Website........
miladinoski replied to ragav.bpl's topic in Computer Networks
Wow thanks! I had no idea that a OSS project with this goal existed. I'm really grateful. As to the OP, you'll first need a great hosting, a nice and catchy domain so peeps can remember it and pass it on and most importantly you'll need the inside courage and love to the project you will make, because there isn't a possibility (or there is some that I don't know of) that you'll give them free SMS's for free, right? So, if you make profit from it, you must get into the job As for scripts, I believe puneye already found the one you need -
Does Phpbb Load Fast? How slow does it start?
miladinoski replied to africa's topic in Websites and Web Designing
But IPB and vB aren't free, right? And phpBB is the best choice when it comes to a forum with lots of mods/skins and which is free too I haven't had any trouble with the loading of phpBB on even huge forums that have lots of members, and as rvalkass said the biggest reason may be a badly written script/mod or maybe someone is picking into your SQL tables... -
What a bunch of stupid people!!!! I don't live in the US and I'm already disgusted by that stupidity of limiting! I suppose they throttle traffic too, eh? In my country we have an offer for 1024 gigs a month and it's worth a bit less than $50 monthly. If you pass your limit your internet won't be cut, ofcourse, the speed will be lowered. That's just another stupidity. I read /. and find stories about dumb ISP's moves in the US a lot, but I can't remember seeing something like this... Is there any other ISP overthere that doesn't do this and has no BW limit? If not, don't be sheeples, go and fight for your rights of unmetered internet access so you won't have problems like these anymore.

Church Of The Flying Spagheti Monster This is sooo cool
miladinoski replied to Baniboy's topic in Health & Fitness
The reply on 'that other topic' is: I forgot to say that I know of this answer but I forgot to add that into my reply, so if I did that I thought that you would add anything else to that subject. I wanted to say that there isn't a logical explanation why we were created and while everyone bothers to prove or disprove God's existence they should put their strenghts into resolving bigger problems and questions that don't have to be God related. Just move along and accept the fact that you can't make the other side believe or not believe. There is a saying in my region with which I completely agree: -
Church Of The Flying Spagheti Monster This is sooo cool
miladinoski replied to Baniboy's topic in Health & Fitness
truefusion, I have one simple question I want you to answer to me.If god is omniscient and omnipotent (he knows everything - either future or past or whatever) and all that stuff that is saint and belongs to a god, he knew what would happen every moment and he knew that the people would be doing right in this moment. He knew that his presence would be doubted and things like that. Why did he then create them and put them in the garden? What was his goal?I also don't want answers like "beyond human understanding" or "we shouldn't know that yet" or other dubious sentences. -
I don't use Windows mainly, but when I use it and want to speed up and tweak the friend's PC I use Revo Uninstaller because it does the job very nicely (4 modes of cleaning the traces of the uninstalled program) and it's freeware too
-
I won't repeat the previous few repliers, I'll just add another small way with which you can free up a half a gig on Windows® I think. You can do that if you disable hibernation, but that's not recommended if you have a laptop, because you'll maybe need that feature in the future. Or you could... y'know... Download Ubuntu Boot from it. Format C: Install Enjoy!

I use Opera. The fastest browser out there that supports the standards like no-else (well, WebKit is there too). Almost everything that Firefox has included by default was copied from Opera and the most popular extensions for Firefox have the feratures that Opera has. Mouse gestures Fully keyboard support. Not dependant from the mouse itself Speed dial Mail (POP/IMAP/SMTP) and IRC A great adblocker, you can use a custom pre-made urlfilter.ini The toolbars are fully customizable. Totally not like Firefox. Opera Link w/ which you can sync the bookmarks, speed dial etc. between computers with Opera or mobiles with Opera Mini Full web standards support. A fantastic crowd of geeks use this browser. Opera 10 passes the Acid3 w/ 100/100! And I just wonder. Where art thou Firefox behind? Notes feature I personally, can't live without all these features. That's why my first choice of browser was, and'll always be Opera.

OK then. I really think that it's almost the same discussion overthere, but I personally don't mind if you think otherwise. Let's end this off-topic, shall we?
-
Echo I don't know why you've opened another topic for this, when I've seen 2 other threads that discuss just this problem, and this one even has a poll in it and you replied to it. The other one I can't find the link, but I'm sure that there was another post about this. This has been discussed over and over again. I don't like to repeat myself. Here's what I said there:

The newest product of Microsoft? is called Songsmith™ a software counter-part to Apple's GarageBand — which allows virtual creation of music for your song. First, you need to sing the wanted music the best you can through a microphone plugged into your computer, so then the software to automatically to create music depending on the tone and, altitude of the voice and the chosen options, with which you can fully complete your amateur performance. To promote their new product, Microsoft made a marketing campaign called "Everyone Has a Song Inside" in which several promotional videos are included in which songs are sang fully by the software. The promotional videos received bigger attention than the software itself and its use, from a simple reason: they are horrible! If you had any objections and bad words for the previous marketing campaign of MS, worth $350 mils, after you see the new vids for Songsmith, you will miss the previous ones... Many sites and blogs around the world actively write about the horrendeous videos (and that's not the point of the marketing team of Microsoft): TechCrunch calls the video "Microsoft relinquishes ‘worst promo video ever’ award to another department within Microsoft" The popular Gawker blog calls: "Microsoft Ad and Product Advertised Could Both Conceivably Make You Want to Kill Your Family" The blog VideoGum made a post with the title: "Nothing Can Prepare You For The Microsoft Songsmith Commercial" If this doesn't cut it for you, then just read the YouTube comments. If you aren't ready for this, then don't unhide the link below. For all of you brave internet users out there that want to ruin your own day, here's the link, it's your choice: → Songsmith commercial ← ps. For things to be even more interesting, if you didn't notice, the computer on which the girl at the beginning is playing, is an Apple MacBook Pro! And the irony to be even bigger, her name is Lisa1. pps. Can you guess the reason why Microsoft is losing its employees now? I hope the marketing team isn't there. Who'll make hillarious videos like these if they lose their jobs? 1 — https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Lisa

Hello GothX and have a nice stay at the Xisto forums. Make sure you read the readme and helpfiles first to get introduced to these fantastic forums on which you'll always find the discussion you need and which interests you because of the huge broad of topics Also register at Xisto - Support billing area with the same email address you used to sign up here, and after your post count hits above 5 myCENTS will start pouring into your account and you'll see how much you have under your avatar in these forums. Everytime the counter hits 100 myCENTS, they will be transfered to 1 Xisto 'dollar' and you'll receive an email confirming this. If you by any chance see 'READY[230.53]' that means that the script which transfers the myCENTS hasn't worked yet, and when it does, 2 dollars will be put into your account and 30.53 cents will stay in here. If the number goes in minus then that means the script has a bug that will be resolved by one of the admins as soon as he can do something about it. Have fun here and don't leave this place!

I've had experience that many of the apps for the Mac are commercial and not free even as in beer (gratis). That's one of the biggest reasons (and my hatred of Apple) why I'm not getting a Mac anytime soon. For an extensive list of free and commercial software, check out here: https://support.apple.com/en_US/downloads

Gimp Shop For Gimp Makes Gimp look and act like Photoshop
miladinoski replied to Mr Inviso's topic in Software
I can't recommend GIMPShop because now because of it I can't run GIMP 2.6. And I can't remove (the traditional way - through Synatpic) the old GIMP either, because running gimp in a command line still runs the old 2.2 (from Ubuntu 7.10 from which I upgraded). It's really nice that you chose to not use Photoshop, because using GIMP will make you to get better with other counter-parts of commercial software like Corel and you won't pay a dime and still will get the same functionality. Lots of books (traditional and e-books) exist on the internet, though I'm not sure for e-books' legality and you must check them yourself by searching Google. However the 'traditional' ones, you can find on Amazon. -
BUMP!I updated this post a bit and made it nicer to look and read with formatting. :PAlso I need to say that GMX has shown the worst when it comes to uptime because I've had moments when I was refused to access the server because of an 'Internal Server Error' and GMail did this too but a lot lot less. :PGMX also refuses to show (download) some messages when they arrive because of something.

You want SPAM? There you have it! Fortunately for me, I have never received a spam on this board. But if that did happen. I'd bait him. Something similar like 419eater.com Baiting people is plus fun and plus will prevent them from further spamming other people while they 'deal' with you

I'm witty. Didn't you get that by now? or well... at least I'm trying... If I judge by your posts about it here... Haha you are certainly very pissed off from it! They are holding up, but will they if the crysis continues? See. They are Microsoft. They thought that they can do whatever they want. They can even play games with the employees. "Oh, hewwo. Wewcome to Wedmond. Please take your statue of Bill Gates 3 streets straight of you and continue to the company's HQ." 3 months later. "Oh, we're sorry! You have to go. See you sometimes... If we live. Oh, and leave the statue. We're out of cash." They will call it: "Microsoft sheeple employees manager" I'm sure they will fire more people and their more important products will suffer. Do you see now how I'm witty and I pointed that out? hahaha I'm just abusing the overused gags that are used in the society which I hate - especially [pun intended] or [pun not intended]. Well at least I tried my best.

They are all moving to Linux now, I guess?? I think that they didn't had a choice. Every company in the US is affected by the economic crysis and the bigger the company the bigger the losses in money so they had to cut down the staff even in big numbers like these... I guess any EVIL and GREEDY plans on taking up a firm are over now... bai bai Microsoft! Hope your company dies soon you'll be allright and you will continue to produce products of high quality

There's velma too but I don't know if she's working and I think BuffaloHELP is there too but I'm not sure. To the OP: Don't worry dude it'll all be resolved just have patience and you'll see how things turn out at the end always when there is a matter that can be solved Just stop worrying and live your life and everything's gonna be allright... Now sing with me.. Everything's gonna be allright.. ...wait... am I still writing on this thread? :P

NO! I object! Google should never, ever make something as big as YouTube to have a premium account, because that would mean that they are just another firm which doesn't do what it promises1 and they are just money rippers. Vimeo is good on its own, I tried it and I like it a lot, but I can't say that it's better than YouTube if you want your vid to become popular in terms of weeks even days! It's a tough world out there, copyrights are breached in every millisecond of our lifes but Google must not avail and not remove those videos. People should just become more aware of the copyrights problem and report every video which they suspect that breaches them. They should even put an award (which is really tough to succeed but possible) if people verdict (with the 'flag' button) which videos are right and which are wrong and the prize would be either bigger video size or removing of all of their videos — so they should be awarded and punished if they play with the report button for fun.2 That way, Google will have more "employees" and higher rate in detecting of the © laws breaching videos 1— http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ 2— I got the idea from something similar that's happening with Y! They're Not Rights, They're Privileges And Benefits this really bugs me.
miladinoski replied to takotsu's topic in The Vent
Since we are messing religious things with this matter, I'll put a verse from the bible: You know, it's great that you are a Christian and you know that the primary message in the Bible is love, and if you do that you'll be ready to live with God. Christianity isn't about how to tell a man to live his life. He made a choice in his life and you have to respect it, no matter if you don't agree with it. God with deal with them and you don't have to go and spread negativity because it causes more negativity as it's a magic circle. Some people don't want you to look after their 'goods', they believe that they should live out their lives as they want. If they "live in sin" (according to you) and are happy with that, it's just a happyness in the "real life" and they will realise their mistakes in the "afterlife". It's their decision. Accept it. Don't nag them more than once. There are good people that are gay too and they are surely more discrimanted than people who cheat their wifes.
