My favourite is hotmail. Homtails easy and relatively quick for my internet. All the others take to long to get into, and have too many adverts. Hotmail is fairly good advert wise.

I very much enjoy the Harry Potter books. They are so exciting! And so well written!! :)I have to admit- to fully understand where the story is heading I have to read the book a couple times... but after that I understand them.

Talk About Favorite Online Games GunBound is a free, multiplayer game
Evolke replied to gunbound's topic in Computer Gaming
It sounds interesting.. I can't say I've ever heard of it.. and really I dont think I'd play it. Im not a huge 'GunShooting everyone' Type of person :)Im more of a strategy gamer. I like games where you have to think to survive in the game -
Coke Music Vs Habbo Hotel which would you prefer
Evolke replied to CkMsc9's topic in Computer Gaming
I'd say Habbo Hotel. But only because I've actually played it. Yes the people are lego type, but I think they are kinda cute. And their lego apperance makes them easy to edit and alter. I haven't played Coke Music before.. though I hear its very good -
Gotta say I agree. Its frustrating. You try your best not to walk so close but you end up basically walking into the back of them. Or stepping on there shoes. Eventually I get ticked of and just totally flatten them as I barge my way through... I wish. If only it were that easy

I dont hate dreams. I quiet like them. I enjoy waking up, thinking for a few seconds then realising I've just woke from a dream. And I love trying to look into what they mean.Dreams aren't as obvious as you may think. I believe they are messages from your sub-concious mind being sent to your concious mind. Messages about your self. The villans that you might see in your dreams an somtimes be a side to yourself you dont really like.Take a dream I had a little while ago as an example: I drempt that an ex-friend of mine was buyng my Horse Gypsy. I can remember seeing her and she was all excited about finally getting a Pony. This made me angry and annoyed. So to make her a little jealous, I got up and went galloping past her trotting slowly on the 13hh Pony, on my 15hh Quarter Horse.. I jumped him on massive jumps infront of her just to rub it in some more :PMy mum and I talked about this dream and we came to the conclusion that Im growing out of a side of myself (shown through the ex-friend). Perhaps is me growning into my teenage years (shown through moving from my little Pony to a Big Horse) and letting go of my childhood. Or maybe its a fear of letting go as I was afraid of the Pony being sold. Im also attending a school in the city next year, and Ill be moving out of home and leaving my small country town, so it could also be part of that.So don't read dreams for what they show you. Look deeper into them. They aren't somthing to hate. They are somthing to learn from and understand

Wow! You had a very full on dream :)I believe dreams are our subconcious mind communication with our concious mind. Usually the people or things in your dreams represent qualities from your self. I can remember bits of a dream I had the other night:I was at a pool. With a boy who was obviously my boy friend (though I've never met him). His had features exactly the same as my ex-boyfriends only his hair was a little straighter and longer. So me and this boy were hanging around the pool, then we headed up this little hill and went into this cubby house that over looked the pool. And we were sitting in the cubby cuddling, when my ex-boyfriend walked in. Then he got a bit angry... but I cant remember if I was apologising to him, or if I was trying to rub my new relationship in his face. :PProbably the strangest thing about this dream was the fact that me and my ex-boyfriend have been broken up for almost two years...

I prefer Books converted into movies. Hands down. I find that movies converted into books result in a poorly written story. Most of the text relies on the reader having seen the movie to create the visual image, and the conversations are useless. I also find that if I see the movie then read a book about it, I already have an image of the characters. I think its better for the reader to create their perseption of the characters then its always interesting comparing them to those in he movie.

Strangly enough for me, Im not reading any boos at the moment because we've just come out of holidays and I didn't really get a chance to sit down and relax. Which is a huge difference because Im a huge book worm :)I've got a couple books on loan (which I've gotta remember to return otherwise the librarian will be very angry ) one of which I have barely started (Ops) but Ill probably start reading it. Its called- Child of Tibet. Its about a woman born in Tibet just after the Chinese invasion and her struggles through out her child hood. Its a lovely book so far, though her story is full of misery and her childhood to me sounds like a horrible experience. But I think more books from those who are in exile from Tibet should be written, more people shold tell their story and their struggle so the world can see what death and destruction the Chinese Authorities have cause to many inoccent people. Thats entierly my view.Hah- I've turned this simple question into a complex answer

The book that changed my life would defintely be The Art of Happiness by Howard Cutler. Its an amazing books. Its a combination of discussions with H.H. The 14th Dali Lama. Its got methods or relieving stress, coping with death, and just finding yourselve the brighter side of life. Theres not a day that goes by that I don't use on of the methods. Buddhism in general to me is such a beautiful way and peaceful way to live.

Your friend is from Norway. Simple as that. If she argues ask her where her home is. Is her home that she lives and sleeps in, in Iran? From what you've said- No its not. :)My mother is from England and came to Australia when she was six. But that doesn't make me English. I have English in my blood, but I am still an Australian. Your friend sounds stubborn

No I dont have a job. Its not because I dont have access to any- there are plenty around my town at the moment, I've seen heaps of Junior Staff Wanted signs. Theres just not much point in me getting a job now. Ill be attending a school in the city for my education next year, so I'd only work for a couple months then leave. I'd love to get a job in the city though and get some job experience. Until then, its just jobs around the house for my money

What Country To Do You Live In, And Rate It.
Evolke replied to Fu Still Better's topic in General Discussion
I live in Australia and I definately give it 10/10 In Australia we have saftey people can walk the streets at night with not worry of being raped, attacked or murdered. We have a very good security system. Our country is proected from disease, and our board security always protect us from any harm that may try enter the country. We are a country on our own. We have no worry of surrounding countries fighting us for land rights, or begining wars. Women and men have equal rights. In the workplace, in government voting, and in the house. Women are not titled the 'Carer of the House' and work in full time jobs. The male does not rule the house. We have an excellent government that is very open with itself. We are aware ofanything that is happening, and our country leaders care for the country and its people. Not for money or themselves. We are able to critique and joke about our country leaders with no worry of punishment. (Take Rove for example an Australian Comedy show. It has a whole segment on our Prime Minister Kevin Rudd turning the weekly happenings into a hilarious event. Its truely hilarious. Mr Rudd himself appeared on Rove and laughs about the segment) What sort of country allows you to publicly joke about its leaders without the worry of punisment or shaming your self. Not many! We are free to live where we want when we want how we want. If we want to move to the country. We can! If we want to live in the city we can! Families are able to have as many children as they want, there are no child restriction rules such as that of Chinas. We have beautiful lanscapes. Stunning world known Icons. Our Sydney Opea House is the most recognised building in the world. Yeap, our proudly Australian grown Opera House beat the famous Taj-Mahal, the Pyramids, the Effle Tower. Thats pretty good if you ask me! Australians and Australia have a great reputation in the world. We are known for our loyalty, and our hard work. We do anything to protect our country. Thats some of the reasons why I believe Australia is great. I could go for hours, but that would bore you -
You've got it right with three days. Its the three rule: Three Hours without Shelter. Three Days without Water. Three Weeks without Food. Thats how I've always been taught. But this is obviously for both females and males, not just males (as the title states: How Long Can A Man Live Withou Water?)- which I'd just like to mention annoys me. There are infact females in the world. Perhaps next time say: How Long Can A Person Live Without Water?

Holy Moully Saint_Michael! That chemical word is huge!! I don't think I'd know where to start with trying to say it! I don't really understand why someone would create such a long word! It would be the most difficult thing to say! Can you imagine it being used in the lab? 'Hey Kyle can you pass me the test tube there' 'Sure you mean this Acetylseryltyrosyleserylisoleuctlthreon...' * Six Hours Later* '..prolylanlanylserine?' 'Yes Harry the Acetylseryltyrosyleserylisoleuctlthreon...' Thats hurting my head just thinking about it!

What makes me happy? Easy. When Im cantering on my Quarter Horse Mac (when hes not playing up) and his pace is so perfect, and my body moves with each of his steps perfectly. Thats when Im happiest. It's really a magicall feeling.I fully understand what you make about feeling like your loosing yourself. I was a couple months ago. I started become flat, bored and really wondering why I was living. Everything felt pointless and I didnt really care if I lived or died. Which is nothing like the person I think I am or that I want to be. I wasn't depressed, or anything like that, I just was dead on the inside and I had no real emotion. What I think it was, is that I lost my passion.Im a vegetarian- and a very strict one at that. When I was going through this lifeless, dead phase, I felt less passionate about being vegetarian. Aswell as with cruely to animals. Normally any sort of cruelty to animals upsets me greatly. (like last night I was walking into my room and accidentally stepped on a bug. I felt horrible for ending the poor bugs life) Had that have happened when it was lifeless me, I probably wouldn't have cared that much.Im not sure why it happens, but I think its your body training you... or some sort of path you have to take for a while. To learn from yourself and about yourself. I wouldn't worry too much, keep going as your going and keep fighting through it, you'll start returning to your happier state soon.

We have Picasa2 on our computer, but I've never put in the time to try and fully understand what its uses are. The most I've really used it for it combining my pictures into one wallpaper for our computers desktop. What other features are there on it?

The WYSIWYG Editor Im using is KompoZer. Its fairly good in my opinion. It takes persistance to start doing complex HTML codes but basic is easy. You can create your own from scratch or construct them in the WYSIWYG Editor, then vie the HTML after. Or not. Its your choice. I've have it for a couple days and I've learnt alot. It has FTP included (so I've been told) so it will save you downloading a second program for that Ofcourse theres always Notepad. But you need to construct your own codes. If you can, write your codes in Notepad: 1. Construct your Code. 2. Save the code as websitecode.html 3. Open your Internet Browser 4. Click Flie, Open... 5. Click Browse and find your file saved as websitecode.html 6. Open and Taa-Daah! Theres your code. YOu dont have to name the file as 'websitecode' you can name it however you wish but you must include .html if yo have used HTML coding

Im struggling with a code. I'd like to have a menu that drops down when the mouse is hovered over it. I've found a website with the Tutorial as to what I want, but I'm finding myself completely lost. Whats confusing me is the positioning of codes. Im not understanding where the code needs to be put to work. Nor am I understanding the explaination for sections of the code and what it does. This is the Link to the Tutorial Website: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ If you can help me, please do! Thanks in advance

I certainly wouldn't call Soccer the 'Real Football'. If someone was to ask me, 'Did you watch last nights game of Footy?' I'd instantly think of our Football. Australian Rules Football. I don't have that much of a care for American Football or Soccer as they are not programs I watch on a regular basis.

To me Homosexuality is fine. Its not the wrong way or the right way, its just another pathway on lifes many streets. It doesn't really matter what sex you are just who you are, the kind of person you are.Homsexuality actually occurs in other animals. Take the budgies Im own at the moment. I have six. Four Females and Two Males. Budiges need a partner, not only to breed but to care for them. The budgies have paired into distinct partnerships, I have two Male + Female pairs and one Female + Female Pairs. In the budgie world your gender doesn't matter. Aslong as you are someone who can care for the other. Thats how I think human relationships should be. They should be based on who you are as a person, and how you care and love your partner. Not your sex.

Its strange how the most simple things, such as Maths, are relied on by the world so much. Without Maths Technology would be at a stop, a very slow development, or it wouldn't exist at all...I love Maths at school. Its hard, but theses rules and reasons for things. If we didn't have Maths I'd be dissapointed

Do You Love Or Hate Spongebob Squarepants? love or hate Spongebob???
Evolke replied to P00ru's topic in General Discussion
Our TV Channels dont show it... or Im not up early enough to see it I have seen it when travelling and it was fairly funny to watch but I cant say I'd watch it if I had to choose between it and another program... I probably would if only the News was on My favourite cartoon as a child was definately Scooby-Doo. Not these silly remakes, the proper Scooby-Doo with none of the 'Scrappy'. It was my fathers, sisters and my, Saturday morning show. I can remember getting up early and racing to the lounge to watch it. Good Memories. We'd talk in Scooby-Doo Accents, we'd have 'Scooby Snacks'. Very good memories.
