Yes, and when you are signing up for it you need to give them your cpanel username and password so that they can update your current package. According to the other forums they are going to wipe every account here that hasn't swapped over to the new system, but there is no date or anything stated as of right now. Maybe an admin can shed some light on that? I'm going to assume it will be *after* everything is verified to be working correctly, and everything is stable.

What Country To Do You Live In, And Rate It.
rpgsearcherz replied to Fu Still Better's topic in General Discussion
I'm from the USA...I would vote us around a 7. There are just soo many issues I can't begin to start giving a list here or it would be hundreds of pages long.My biggest issue here is our continued loss of privacy. -
I'm confused as to what the point of this is?You mean just so that someone can use one registration to join a multitude of forums, but only one at a time, right? If so, why not just register there directly?

I see a lot of people here say it's 3 days, but my understanding in the past was that it's 48 hours maximum. And no, I'm not going to go test the hypothesis, so don't ask me to,

Are Cctv's Invading People's Privacy?
rpgsearcherz replied to FreedomOverdose's topic in General Discussion
Okay, here's the issue with the CCTV's...It is a two sided sword. On one hand, it helps out because it cuts down on crime, or although reactively, rather than proactively.Reactively = solving issues after they occur. Things such as wrecks, murders, etc. fall under this.Proactively = before they occur. This is things such as drug raids, bombs, etc.So it is only half-efficient. Some may argue that it's good enough to warrant being put into effect, which is okay. But on the other side we have the fact that it is the 'step in the door' trick. First they will be used for general purposes, like streets, main building areas, etc. After time, they will end up pushing it farther, to things such as restrooms, with the argument that "It helps because people now hide in the restroom!" After this, it will transition into more private places, like actual stalls, with the same argument. So it really boils down to the question of "What are they planning on doing with this in the future?" rather than "What do they want to do right now?"Because of this, I'm against it. Our privacy even in our houses is getting near the point of extinction. -
To me the best brand-name pc's are those made by HP. Their customer service is awesome, and they will even help with issues not related to parts that came in the pc.For example, if you get a real video card, sound card, etc. they will walk you through on how to install it, or even help you out with troubleshooting issues with it. As far as I know no other companies offer that kind of support.Sony is great in terms of looks, but I am not sure how good their service is.

What Is Vps Web Hosting? Virtual Private Server and Hosting
rpgsearcherz replied to iXeta's topic in Web Hosting Support
Would you guys recommend a VPS for things like Teamspeak, game servers, etc. or would you say that a dedicated server is pretty much a must-have for doing those? That is what I am planning on doing but I'm not sure if a VPS or dedicated server would be the most efficient. Dedicateds just cost so much.. -
Something That I Think Should Be Changed
rpgsearcherz replied to TheDisturbedOne's topic in Web Hosting Support
Well it also depends on if you are using a normal account or merchant.Normal incurs no fee at all but cannot accept credit card payments.Marchant can take credit cards but *every* payment has a fee. -
Apple Makes Everything Safari Pros and Cons of Safari Web Browser
rpgsearcherz replied to CyrusX's topic in The Internet
Well so far I haven't had any issues with IE...Very few sites even require more...So I guess it really depends on what you're speaking of.I've tried Firefox and a few other browsers but I've always found IE to be the most efficient of them. -
I've actually never even heard of this before...I'll have to go check it out sometime, if nothing else to learn about it, :)So is it just for editing things, posting things, both, or?Because if it's only one or the other, what would make it better than, say...Photobucket?(It has both options)

Actually I go through the same things a lot now...Mine is mostly because it's a feeling of like..."Where am I? What am I doing?"Mine mostly stems from school, bad choices in school in the past, etc. That stuff is following me now and it's hard to look back and see that it's me who screwed up.Either way, to answer your question, what makes me "happy" is just relaxing, usually while driving. Something about driving near a lake or just cruising randomly makes me feel better.Aside from that, playing games helps a lot too(usually MMORPG's) because it allows you to converse with other people in an anonymous yet friendly environment.

Interesting story there...A good thing about it though is that at least she didn't lie. You have to at least give her credit for that. She could have easily dragged both of you along making you think you were the "only one" when you weren't.Either way, it doesn't seem like you really got that deep into the relationship to begin with so that's another good thing.

I would love to hear about this too...I did get into flash for a short period but my biggest issue was creating graphics(I'm not a very imaginative person)...But after so long away from it I'm getting to where I'd really like to learn both Flash and Photoshop. If I find anything of real use I'll post here. I've found many different websites that have tutorials but most of them end up being crappy.

Review My Site? At www.chantellepaige.org
rpgsearcherz replied to gisellebebegirl's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I have a few issues with the site...First of all, there is too much on the main page...It just seems extremely cluttered to me. The layout itself is decent but when you first visit the site it's very overwhelming. The text has issues too. The gray is just too close to the background and causes it to blend in a little, making it harder to read. The nav bar...Eh, it just doesn't look right..I guess it's the fact that each link isn't really separated, it's just one long bar.Aside from that, it's fine, -
Apple Makes Everything Safari Pros and Cons of Safari Web Browser
rpgsearcherz replied to CyrusX's topic in The Internet
I really don't see the point of new browsers. I am perfectly fine with IE.Let's take on the claim that most browsers say...Which is that they are faster than before...How could they possibly be "faster"? Well they cache the information, thereby cluttering up your HDD and slowing down the read speed. So then it's really not faster at all, is it?I know that IE does that as well, but it doesn't work as hard to completely memorize(save) every site that you visit. And at today's internet speeds(do people even use dialup now?) I don't think it should be much of an issue. So overall, I would need a *real* reason to change browsers, not just a "better look" or "faster speed." -
If you give him one then I want my Enzo...Well actually I would take a Viper if you'd give me one of those,

Heh, interesting theory up there above me...Manipulating time? Well I don't think that it's possible as you say, however it is possible in the sense that not everyone understands time the same. For example, my understanding is that people thousands of years ago lived just as long as we did, but due to their time/calendar being different from ours that's how we come up with the conclusion that they were alive 800-900 years. So it really depends on how you look at it. In all honesty there is no going forward or backwards, we are stuck in the present.

New Movie "get Smart" I think is goni to be a ncie movie
rpgsearcherz replied to jjuuaann1's topic in General Discussion
I found the remake of it to be funnier than the original...I can't think of the exact name of it but it has a lot of the same people and stuff, but was created as a great comedy.Sadly I watched that one before the original, so that may be why my view is skewed more towards it, -
Fta Satellite -first Time! anyone else have this hobbie?
rpgsearcherz replied to Watermonkey's topic in Home & Garden
This seems like the card writers you can buy now...Like where you program your own card for PPV and whatnot.Wondering how legal these satellites are though, as they are technically stealing channels. To me it seems to be the same as going and downloading the alpha copy of Windows by hacking their server, as yes it's there but no it's not meant for you to go in and download.I could be wrong on that though(the satellite legality, not the Windows) -
The only Devil May Cry game that I ever played was the second one on the PS2...And that was horrible. It was not bad in terms of the game storyline or the graphics, but more in the ease of it. I remember you would just run out into a group of enemies and just keep attacking, and you were pretty much guaranteed to live. There was no real challenge.Did that change with the third or fourth one? I personally never tried them because the second one was that bad to me.I just like games where you have to try, learn, and formulate plans to execute.

I'm going to break down and say that time travel in it's movie-given state is fake. There is no way anyone would ever be able to effectively go back to something that has already happened, physcially. This does *not* mean that there is no possible way that they can create a way that you can go back into the past mentally. Maybe, remembering what happened when you were 2 or something. This is more psychology based though, but everything that you have seen is permanently stored in your brain. The reason that we 'forget' things is because we are not linking them together effectively. The reason that "time travel" would not work is because it would mean that there are more than one dimension running simultaneously, and the person going back in time would somehow have control over what happens to *you* as well. This means that you could just be driving down the road one day and someone disappear out of their car or something, just because something changed in the past. It does make for great movies and books, but in the honest look at it, it is not, and could not ever happen.

I found it pretty confusing to get around too...In fact the last time that I reformatted my PC I went to Xisto.com to get to the forums and if I remember right I had to scroll over each link until I finally read one that had to do with forums in the bottom...There was no real "Click here to visit the forums!" or anything link there.

Man, this really makes me wish I had a lot more money, :)I noticed that somehow you forgot the $2.4 mil Ferrari Enzo...My understanding has always been that the Enzo is the #1 car in terms of luxury and all.
