Well GTA 4 came out like 1 moth ago, is really cool the city is like in New York. Well the cupacabra is now for eating cows,dogs,and all of those farm animals. I think the cuppacabra is fake, because i was watching a TV show about this people that said that a thing like the chuppacabra was eating their animals and and the end of the show it was a tiger (i forgot the name) that kill animals because he was marking his teritory. And farm people make up a lot of stuff so it could be just a tiger or a fake story.I think that is fake because people use it to scare children like they tell them "dont go out at night or the chupacabra will eat you"
