What about the drunken affairs women tend to call raping? They've both had a bit too much to drink, she doesnt say 'no' and the next day she files charges for rape. Does the guy really deserve the death penalty? Um, no. I don't think in general rape should be the death penalty, but I do think there should be stronger jail laws about it. So many rapists and molesters especially pedophiles, get off so easily and are released back into the public. One thing that bothers me, is so many people get in trouble for talking to/touching a 'child' lets say the child is 16...okay, by 16 you should fricking know that talking to a 40 year old man, or having sex with him isn't right. So I think both are equally at fault when it comes to circumstances where a 16 year old is having relations with a 40 year old. Ive been in chatrooms where guys PM girls, and they are like 'eww eww get out of my PM' and stuff, and then they go and PM some guy who is the same age as the guy who just PM'd them, and flirt all up with him. They really aren't as innocent as people think. I think my opinion is worthwhile, concidering i was abused[/bi] when I was younger, but I have for the most part gotten over it, and I rather put it behind me, then make such a huge ordeal of it. No one deserves to die, to me the death penalty, is just an easy way out, to not deal with over crowded jails, but if they got rid of all the stuff they have in there, and just kept them in the cell with the bed, a toilet , and some books , got rid of the weight rooms, forced them to do a lot of work in the jail...then probably many wouldn't even come back. [Many do crimes to just go back to jail, because they can't function.] Or atleast people will not want to be put in jail, because honestly jail to me seems prettt decent, you may have to worry about getting beat to a bloody pulp by the guy in your next cell over, but...other then that whats so bad about someone basically babying you around, giving you meals letting you do recreational stuff....jail is like a bad parent, 'You are on time out, but you can watch TV' ... its stupid.

I'm sure the american indians didnt like being forced to learn english, but hey it was pushed on them. Just like spanish is being pushed on us, especially in southern california. You just have to deal with it, because its happening, and sadly probably nothing [because the government gets a great deal of economic support from low paid, working non english speaking immigrants]will be done about it. English isn't my first langauge but I think I do pretty well, there are things I get mixed up on so I try to keep most my words pretty simple. But on a random note, people always hate when i ask why people say things like "sicker than a dog" ive never understood that, and people tell me "because dogs are sick" but i dont think thats really why, its just that if im going to say something id rather know what it actually means, where it came from. I know it means you are very sick, but why does it mean that?I have a hard time explaining my emotions sometimes because of the lack of good words in the english vocabulary, atleast powerful words. I don't speak my 'native' tongue very well anymore, not that I probably did anyway. That is the downside of learning english at a semi young age [8], is i for some reason couldn't grasp onto both, and when everyone around me is talking in english even my family, it just kind of gets sucked out I guess. So often times im stuck inbetween knowing how to word things, and then also not knowing, like there will be no connection between two words, or a phrase and i wont know how to finish it, and then i get stuck because i cant remember/dont know how to say it in any language. Anyway though, I think if you plan on living in the US, you should learn english it makes everyone elses life easier. But if you are staying, not living here...you shouldnt have to- though its easier if you learn it, so you can communicate with the majority of the people. I have no respect for those who refuse to not learn english. Its often times those who speak spanish, because the others are so eager to learn english [like my family] and our homes are farther away, so we cant just go back if something major happens. I remember once i was watching the real world, and the one guy was talking to a french waiter in english, and he didnt know what he was saying, and he got all pissed off of. But i sat there thinking, you are in HIS country, you should have tried to learn french [in fact they were supposed to], just like if he came to the US youd want him to learn english.

Well ill ignore the fact that I dont think any female is hot, so this thought is for the most part not biased. The make up does make the girls prettier, because professionals apply it on them, and know what to do to make them look prettier. But if an average person uses the make up, they probably wont achieve the same effect, not because they are ugly...but because they are not professionals applying it on. Plus it is advirtising, I mean are you going to buy a product that was put on by a house wife, and the girl in the commercial is a simple 30+ house wife? Probably not. Its not technically false, just misleading and sneaky, but there isnt any lies to it, they just arent using everyday, apply their own make up women.

I still am living with him, but ive decided to stay with my boyfriend for awhile. Its easier to live with my uncle because my school isnt far away and i want to take it slow with my boyfriend, because ive learned moving in with someone you have feelings for [not family] doesnt always turn out well. Its mostly just hard because my uncle is home 24/7 because he hurt himself, so its like I hardly get a break from him. Before when he was at work, tension between us wasnt too bad because we didnt see eachother all the time, now its like the only time i dont see him is if im at my boyfriends, or at school.

Im glad in america they dont show nudity on regular TV. I think nudity is stupid in movies. 1. i hate when i go to see a movie, and all of a sudden a breast is flashed, i find it gross [i dont like the female body] and unneeded. Especially when it is so obviously done, for a sexual reason. Though i guess i am kind of biased because if they showed a naked male [an attractive one] i'd probably not mind it. But for the purpose of the argument, nudity in shows or movies is just really stupid, and just goes to show you, everyones minds are on sex. Though if done artistically, i dont really mind nudity of any kind, or if its obviously not sexual. Like the suicide scene in the rules of attraction, she is naked...but its not sexual, she killed herself in a bathtub, so she was naked. But i dont think any nudity should be on the TV at any time, too much of a chance of kids seeing it.

I dont think its too early. Hundreds, thousands of events occur frequently...and movies are made about them. No one normally seems to care. Oh wait, but its because what those events happened out of America? Its been 5 years, people need to start moving on honestly. I personally, and many think im cold hearted was not effected by september 11th, i took it as just a tragedy that we, like many other countries have and will...need to move on from. The event is still pretty fresh in our minds, and perhaps the writers wanted to give praise to the 'heros' of 9/11 before they all died. Because if you do a war/distaster movie like 20 or 40 years after the event, chances are a lot of those people who were directly involved will be older, or dead. Plus those who are young, may have just had kids and probably its nice for them to have a video they can show their kids, and be like i was there, i helped those people etc... The story is still fresh for them, so they can still express the freshest ideas on what happened, after years....things become blurred and stories exist that arent real, or you leave out amazing stories, because its been so long. But people aren't thinking like that, instead they are just thinking about how horrible this event was and how angry they are that people are making money over it, okay it was horrible but stuff like this happens in OTHER countries ALL the time. America isnt perfect, and people need to get over their high and mighty opinions, and their pride. Its okay to be prideful of your country, but everyone from every country needs to understand, their country is NOT perfect, and bad things will and can happen. But no, i dont think its too soon. Wow, so its not okay for them to make a movie about something that happened, but its quite alright for you to wish harm on them? Who is really the 'bad' guy? My eyes are looking towards you. Its rude to sit there and state, what happened was such a horrible thing, then basically wish the same onto someone else.

Um, where are your parents? Why hasnt anyone asked this? My mother may have not been the best to me, but I went to elementary school, and she made sure of it. High school, maybe even Junior High i can understand how they would let someone fall through, but 5th grade? I stopped going regurely in Junior high, just life was more fun for me i preferred the party life to the school life, and i had a lot of problems with my home life and i just wanted to be out of the house, and away from people at school. The thing i hate is that they let me do it, i mean i didnt start going back regurely until probably my sophmore year. They should have held me back each year, because i never did work and I hardly ever went to school. But I live in SoCal and is over populated, they tend to just let kids go, because they have others to worry about. But i never actually quit school. I dont know, how you will be able to get back onto school. Im guessing home schooling, or ILP...but you have to learn stuff from junior high im sure, not just highschool so that might be difficult. As for the statement above about there never being a good reason to leave school - 1. Im sick, and sometimes i cant even get to school i hurt so bad, but i still go- but if i didnt would you really hold it against me? I can think of many other reasons why one wouldn't finish school, and it not be bad. And, its a lie that you cant get a good paying job without school, sure its hard to advance at jobs, but money is money.

If there wasnt PE people would become even more obese then they already are and no kid would get any form of exercize. Its only for two years, and you can do a sport instead, but honestly PE isnt even that bad. Granted, i skipped it [and all other classes] most the time, and never dressed out...but its because i hate sports, if it was just running i wouldn't care. The problem with letting kids choose all their classes is, sometimes kids dont know what they want to be...and sometimes what you want to be, you realize you dont want to be. Like 5 years from now, you may not want to be a forensic scientist, but you will only have training in that...so you will have to go into school AGAIN for all the courses you didnt take. Algebra 2 by 8th grade? That is ridiculous. Plus its quite unfair. For example my mother never finished highschool, so when i started doing algebra she never knew the answers. Alot of times, the kids who are good at math, their parents help them at home, or have some kind of idea. God if you teach algebra 2 by 8th grade, almost every student would be failing. Itd mean you'd have to start algebra in 6th grade, 7th grade geometry etc...and honestly most kids wouldnt be able to understand it. Plus giving students too much of a choice is risky, because they will choose what probably isnt best for them. I just don't think its a good idea honestly. You need all the classes they give you, whether you like them or not so you have a better understanding of the world. Its kinda like, okay so you can do a bunch of calculus problems, but you cant form a sentence, because you didnt choose english- to me, you have no intelligence, to me someone who can do simple math and form a decent sentence, has more intelligence then someone who is only good at one thing.

Aint is not a damn word. Im sorry but i seriously lose respect for people who use it, its so very annoying. It should be atleast "There is no way..." Back to the original topic: You say you were on vacation, so where were you all taking a shower in? Maybe he didnt feel comfortable taking a shower in the place/places you all took showers in. I know personally i prefer to shower in my own shower, and will normally avoid taking showers at other peoples house, or especially hotels or camps. Plus he is 10, and i think 10 years old is about the average time for kids to not want to take a shower. Because probably around 6-8 is when kids start to take baths/showers on their own without the help of their parents. So then by 10, its like hey...i dont have to take a long shower, or i can just stand in there, and pretend to take a shower... but the timing/pretending time isnt all that accurate. Its about Maturity too, so i don't know. If he was like 14...i think there'd be a problem but kids [like under 11] are lazy and don't really know better i guess.

So to start off, i am thankful i am living with him for virtually free but sometimes...he can be so frustrating. He recently hurt himself, but he acts like its the end of the world and he makes me do stuff for him, which is okay sometimes but if im laying down in the middle of the day, obviously trying to sleep he needs to realize its not because im lazy its because i dont feel well. He may be hurting, but so am I, he isnt the only one who is sick and when i choose to lay down, it means i really am sick. [i avoid laying down/sleeping like the plague] He whines constantly about his bills, and stuff...he pays rent cheap and buys stuff from the dollar tree, where does his money go? Oh yes, beer and cigarettes. And he scares me constantly, and he finds it to be the funniest thing in the world. I dont find it funny, because it hurts my heart and makes it jump, it feels like my heart is going to explode. And i tried to tell him that and he 1. got pissed off at me 2. just still was like whatever, and i know he will keep doing it until my heart really does explode. He accuses me of not going to school, im 19 and still going to highschool...okay I REALIZE school is important now, and i refuse to give up now, so i wish he would get off my case, concidering he didnt even graduate junior high. He constantly asks me where i am going, and is always in my business. What pissed me off most was recently i went out with my cousin, and my bf called...what does my uncle tell him? "He went out with some guy at a party" wtf, so then my boyfriend obviously thought i was cheating on him, and i had to call my boyfriend to explain that my uncle just always "stirrs the pot" [as my uncle puts it]. Its like, im sorry you had a crappy life, but dont mess up MINE. So now, i will probably be living with my boyfriend for awhile- which is good and all, but its a longer ways to get to my school. I wont be back at my uncles, until my opinion on him has cooled off and until he has the internet again- because why? Oh yeah he didnt pay his bills, for fricking months...he has the money why does he spend it on crap stuff?

Babies crying, dont really bother me all too much. I mean, the parents deserve to be able to go places, and babies do cry...and parents dont always know when, they will or when they wont. I think past a certain time of them crying they should take their kid out. But WE who do not have kids shouldnt have to leave, we paid for our ticket, and we paid to see the movie, where as you who have children paid for your ticket and paid to watch a movie with a baby, who you would have to watch and shouldnt ruin it for the rest of us.What does make me mad, is KIDS who scream and cry, at a certain age im sorry but if your child is 5 years old, and crying like a baby you need to disipline him or her a lot better. I hate going out to eat, and seeing a crying 5 year old, just because they didnt get a damn brownie or something. Or a kid kicking the back of my seat in a restuarent booth. I mean if your child is like three its more understandable, but if the kid is supposed to be in school, it isn't understandable at all.This kinda has to do with it, i HATE with a passion when women go out and breast feed their kid in public. I think its rude and gross. If you have to do that, do it before you go out somewhere, or bring a bottle because honestly a lot of people dont want to turn to see half your breasts hanging out. You can argue that is natural, and people shouldnt be ashamed/embarassed by it...but you know what sex is 'natural', peeing is 'natural' but you dont see anyone [in their right mind] going out in public and doing either of those, right where anyone adult or child can see them.

Let me ask you, if he wasn't white would you be so annoyed? Im just sick of everything starting off with this "white azz guy" this "black dude" or this "total *BLEEP*" like in the end does it really matter what they were, who they were, why they were there? Perhaps it had nothing to do with your race, and you just simply looked suspicious. I used to shoplift a lot, but i never got caught, i doubt it was because i am white, because i am also very "emo" looking, so it would be "typical" for me to steal, so obviosly stereotypes, dont always make people notice you, and he probably didnt say it for your race. I get its annoying to be said you are doing something, you aren't...but seriously.

Maybe you should get that checked out? I mean i didn't really read it all, because i have better things to do then read about somebody's bowel issues. But seriously, if you have so many problems you should change your diet, or see a doctor, or just chill out and deal with it. I highly doubt its as bad as giving birth to a baby, or atleast as painful, its not like you are having a watermelon out of your bum, and if you are....then thats tragic.

Personally i am not a believer in god really so obviously im not going to tell you its god. I have, ALWAYS gotten chills, in the sun, in the rain, in the breeze...i get these random goosebumps and chills. I don't ever think its a sign from god, because normally thet start with an irritation in my ears, and follow allong to my neck and shoulders, then i shiver. I have goosebumps a lot, because i am cold a lot. Unless god is telling me to stop breathing, i doubt he is talking to me. You were probably cold, but didn't realize it, or had things on your mind that you didnt realize were making you emotional.

It doesnt matter how many guys/girls you sleep with, once you make that leap to sex you create risks whether its your first, fifth, 10th, or 100th time having sex. So for everyone saying, you shouldn't sleep around you will get an STD, chances are...the STD anyone recieves will be one from the first person they sleep with, or a few after. Sure if you sleep around more, the risk is greater, but the risk is ALWAYS there. I've personally been givin such a hard time for the lifestyle of sleeping around, which i hardly do now. But its like i will say something, and someone, will some how in their mind connect it with me sleeping around, and tell me "well you slept around". And it kind of sucks, because i know i did, and i know i cheated but its all in my PAST, and i regret some of the choices i made, but they have been made, and now i have to choose to just stay forward in my life. I don't look down upon anyone who sleeps around. I wish they wouldn't only for their safety but other than that, its their life and as long as they are trying to be as safe as possible let them do whatever makes them fulfilled.

I used to not really care about country music, i didnt hate it, or like it but since i had to spend two years going back and forth listening to country music because the person who gave me a ride ONLY listened to that type of music, and only ONE country station. So it was the same songs every day, basically at the same hour, and i was crammed in a crappy smelly car. So now i hate it with a passion, everytime i hear it , i seriously want to carve my ears out.

A problem i haven't brought up, but yeah...i will now. When i see a word, such as "know" spelled as "no" it really confuses me because i dont go by the sound of the word when i am reading, i go by how its spelled, so when someone spells it wrong [same with their, there, they're, and two, to, too] i get really confused.

Yes, everyone does make spelling mistakes, but changing the way something is spelled completley is childish and annoying. If it is a simple typo, i would expect someone to one hardly notice it because it is probably common [like Razer/Razor] or two actually TAKE THE EFFORT and edit it, and fix it. But people are lazy, and Its okay to make one or two typos in your post, but if the whole thing is full of typos, shouldn't you go back and edit it, so you don't look like an idiot? Though, i personally think i rather see "I typ like this, becaus I'm New and cant type well" then "I tipe lyke dis cuz im nu n cnt tipe well" that to me just says you are trying to hard, to reach some goal that i don't even understand. I don't even get how it would be easier to type like the second example. Although, in my opinion it was probably older 'internet people' who taught newbies to type like this. So who is really to blame? Besides, i honestly see more regulars type like this, i see newbies have bad spelling [errors, not out of the way different spellings] then regulars, which is understandable...but as for boi, gurl, nu, lyke etc....its normally regulars.

I am in this RPG at another message board, and the rules state you have to type up to [of course more is WANTED] four lines if text, before hitting submit, and you have to use proper spelling and grammar. Well, one person seems to think he doesn't have to go by the rules. He changes everything from "know" into "no", "says" into "sais", "boy" into "boi" and so on, and then continues to type one line of text. I have brought this up to him in IM before, and as a result he called me a control freak, and a punk **bottom**.[not directly to me in IM, he called me this in someone elses IM box] True that that particular typing bothers me a GREAT deal, I mostly correct him, so he will learn how to type better, especially when in the rules it states you have to type a certain way. I don't understand why people think it is okay to type like this, Would they type/spell/write like that on an essay? If they do, I pity them and their grade.

People make honest mistakes, do you think someone who has HIV, or gets it...thinks "hey, i think i am going to have sex today, hopefully i will come down with something that will make my life a living hell", they don't and if they do getting HIV, is the least of my concerns for them. People can Get HIV, at anytime, from any person, no matter how many times they have sex. Its like the game on computers, where you click the squares, and try to avoid the bomb, you may end up clicking the bomb the first time around, or maybe never...or in the middle of the game.

I think she only gave it back, because she realized i infact DID have it long before her. Plus a moderater had proof that i did have it before. So she probably got scared.

As far as I know Elton John does NOT have HIV or AIDS. I believe he did date/is someone who had/has it but I don't think he himself has it. Just because the persons stats are "normal" doesn't mean they do not have itt. So maybe it appears their HIV is "gone" but if they were testedwith it once before, and came out positive, and then are tested again..and it comes out negative, chances are the test just missed it. There are ways to normalize your stats, but its normally if you catch it in time, so you can maintain in, and possibly undo harm it has done already, but really all there is, is being able to maintain it to where it is, at the first time you are diagnosed. I would, if i was healthier

I am not saying all scientists need to work on one thing. I meant that scientists who are working on finding a cure for something, should work together instead of apart. Like everyone trying to find a cure for HIV/AIDS should stay in touch more, instead of isolating themselves. Yes, i am a vegetarian. On the stem cell research, a fetus is NOT meant to be used for science. It may not be a fully developed person, but it has rights too. If animals, could verbally speak to us, i highly doubt they'd say to us "I really enjoy all this food you give me, while i have this lovely ear growing on my face" yeah...seriously i dont think so. Well, depending on the person...i guess one could help maintain good health , but eventually the HIV virus, will come and well..get you. Trust me though, i know alot about HIV/AIDS, and i know how it works, and the symptoms. You can be tested positive for full blown AIDS, without being tested positive for HIV. You might never be tested, until after it has progressed into AIDS. Also sometimes, you are tested for HIV and it doesn't show up, but you might still have it, so its best to be tested every six months. A lot of medical books state that it takes up to eight years to get AIDS, that is not true, perhaps the average is eight years, but in some cases it just takes a year, or a few years. It honestly depends on the person.

The virus isn't the same in Africa, as it is here [america] or even anywhere else. Its actually a different type, of the same virus. I believe, that the one here, is more deadly then the one in africa, but we have more resources then they do, and its a lot of kids who have it there, so it appears more deadly, and more people die from it there, then they do here. There are many conspiracies on HIV. There are also a lot of govermental cover ups, but obviously they wont admit or bring up these things. The book and the band plays on, brings up a lot of things from both Africa, the gay community, and politics that all have to do with AIDS. The movie, just mainly showed the scientific views of the book. By the way though yes africans are "black", the african americans , are really no longer apart of africa, they are american and many are mixed with either/or both cacausion blood, and/or american indian blood. So america probably didnt have much to do with the AIDS epidemic in africa. Honestly, until people :: cough the goverment cough :: start opening up about some information, the truth may never be found.

I would, like them to find a cure for AIDS. But i am also against stem cell research, and animal testing. Which makes me kind of bad, because i am so into science, and i want to support science, but another part of me, is like saying that is so wrong . I just don't think any one beings (animals, humans, fetuses), are more important then the other, i mean you kill like how many lab rats a day to end up with nothing, for several months, to several years. I do hate one thing also, is the fact that instead of scientists working together, they are working by themselves trying to find the cure faster, when really they should all work together. Im atleast glad, that when being told you have HIV, it is no longer a death sentence.
