  1. I think heterosexuals should be taxed for creating homosexuals. YOUR procreating (that you all apparently cherish so deeply despite the fact that this world is over populated) creates homosexuals.
  2. You say that about a lot of stuff, you basically hate everything but religions and colours of peoples skin. First off all, people who commit suicide- most of them are not in a healthy state of mind when they do it. Unless you've ever been in the state where you actually seriously thought about suicide, i think its very unfair to jump to conclusions and form beliefs. You've obviously never felt what its like to not want to live anymore, and yes theres the whole 'if you try you can get over it' but sometimes people do try, and they can't get over it but yeah some people don't try, because it seems easier to just kill themself, and i've been in both situations. I mean I don't want to die, i love being alive, but sometimes the bad out weighs the good in life, and i feel like if i'm dead, it'll just be better because i never have to hurt again. Emo and suicide have nothing in common, just as cutting and suicide are not the same. People don't cut because they want to die, some cut because they don't want to die and it relieves the stress momentarily enough to realize they still hurt physically not just emotionally. Others cut for attention (i'll fully admit that many poser emo kids cut because they think it is cool.) And some cut, because they like the pain and like to bleed. Emo is a kind of music, yes...it's also a form of wardobe and a state of feeling... but not all emo kids are cutters. And many emo kids, are pretty awesome people if you meet the real ones. Emo is pretty young, Its funny because in junior high i was called punk and gothic, and then all of a sudden sophomore year i was called emo, despite the fact that i didn't change the way i acted or how i dressed... but i'm not emo, or punk or gothic... yeah i used to cut, i've cut since junior high long before emo was fully established, and when i did it no one else did, so it has nothing to do with how i dress, what i listen to, it just matters how you handle stress. I am a self mutilator when i get stressed, and its taken me a long time to control it, but i'd still be one if i was more 'prep' or 'jock' or 'band geek'... labels are stupid and so are stereotypes.
  3. I have never been in anime, or anything remotely similar to anime! I wsas never even into Dragonball z or pokemon. I know its wrong to judge people for what they like, but i dont get how people can get so into it that they get basically obsessed and freaky about it. They let it consume it, its not even that interesting, from what i have seen/read. Its a very nerdy/geeky/bizarre thing to let take control of your life. And i really hate seeing little white 13 year old bi girls/boys obsessing over it - it isn't something to be proud of.
  4. I think, as others have stated it depends on the girl. I think that make up, when used right is good for enhancing certain features of a persons face. But I don't get the whole layering make up thing, and i hate when people put TOO much face cover up on, to cover up pimples/acne, maybe because acne doesn't bother me, but i rather see acne then crusted over make up covering up acne, besides- let your face breath! I also hate when people have too thick of eyeliner. But i guess to answer the original question, i think all girls look better with make up, (even if its just a little, that is all natural looking and just makes the girl look more defined in the face) but i think that some girls, look decent enough with out it.
  5. I have mixed feelings. One thing i am not mixed about however, is my respect for someone like him saying he is willing to go to war. That takes courage (takes courage for anyone, regardless of their political/social status but someone in his shoes, that is very admirable). I think it'd be good to send him in, since what makes him any different to go to war? but a point was brought up about how the 'enemy' could use him going to iraq against the british. But i mean, why is it that people would be so concerned about saving his life, when theres others who go in, and no one seems to be in a hurry to get them out when they are in trouble (if that makes sense?). I hate how the world today values certain peoples lives over others, it isn't fair.
  6. I don't believe being Agnostic means you accept there is a higher power. It really means you don't deny one, but you can't prove whether one exists or not, so in most cases you don't worship a higher power. At least for me thats how it is, i usually actually deny a higher power, but because i have been known to pray occasionally, i cannot say i 100% believe there is no higher power.
  7. You had one bad experience at one restaurant, that doesn't mean all taco bells have cockroaches. I for one would never go to that taco bell ever again, but it wouldn't stop me from going to all taco bells. I wouldn't have been happy with getting a refund and free food, i probably would have sued and if i didn't i would have called the health department, because thats just disgusting, and it means they aren't sanitary.
  8. Perhaps not all Satanists worship the devil, but they at least believe in the devil, unlike Atheists who don't believe in the devil at all.
  9. How can you LIKE girls? They look so saggy, regardless if they work out or not. Atleast when guys work out, you can actually tell and they aren't curvy or dumpy looking. People like you are the reason why so many gay and lesbian teens commit suicide. Maybe that doesn't matter to you, but it matters to their friends and their family. No one should have to die because they are gay [or straight, or bi]. If you actually feel that a certain group of people should die, you must have a lot more problems than any single person who happens to be gay has. I could get mad at you, and believe me i pretty much hate you and have no respect for you or your opinions, but in reality you aren't worth the time to sit here and write out a long post about how ignorant and inhumane you are, but it wont change your opinion and it wont change how i feel about you, so seriously why bother? One thing, learn english or learn how to type better. Its always funny to see the bashers' posts because they are so poorly thrown together, that it just looks like a massive slop of unintelligent hatrid. Oh by the way, love the fact that you hate homosexuals, and yet are a fan of Anime, because you know Anime is so NOT gay.
  10. I think it depends on the person. I have friends who constantly spell words wrong like awesome, they spell it awsome, and i always tell them it isn't awsome, it is awesome and they never listen to me, i have seen them spell it like that in aim chat and then also on papers, i also have a friend who constantly spells know, no. I want to scream at her everytime she does it, especially because i read the words no and know differently in a sentence, because they mean different things, so i of course get very confused when i read it as no (no thank you) when its supposed to me know (i know.) But i can't really tell if thats due to aim slang, or because she's just plain stupid. I know people who type 2 instead of to/too a lot in writing that isn't on the internet, and of course i see a lot of bois and gurls... but for me personally i understand the difference. For example on message boards i usually don't use aim slang, i spell out all the words and use my best grammar and spelling, even on msn and aim i tend to spell out the whole word, because honestly it doesn't take forever to spell out because instead of becuz, you know? The only time i really go heavy with abbreviations is text messages, because they take awhile to get out, so its just easier and less time consuming to spell thought thot, and wednesday weds, and of course two/too/to 2. I think it does happen that people let their aim/text talk merge into writing where they need to be more professional, but for me it doesn't.
  11. Do straight guys even consider lesbians as being homosexual? They are people you know, and they aren't lesbian to make heterosexual guys happy, most of them anyway (i'm not speaking of the stupid wannabe lesbian/bi girls in high school/early 20s). It's so ridiculous what straight guys think about gays and their rights and then go back to make some stupid statement about how lesbians are sexy. Do you not realize how stupid you sound? Lesbians and Gay men are the same, two women and two men can't make a baby, so how can you use that as an argument like that, and then say but you think lesbians are okay?
  12. Wow what such ignorance. Whoever told you atheists worship the devil is ridiculous and ignorant. Atheists do not worship the devil, satanists do. Atheists don't believe in god, or religion so obviously they wouldn't believe in the devil either. That is one common misconception that completely pisses me off when it comes to atheism and what people think about it. But yeah back to the point of the thread i guess. I think some people are afraid of calling themselves atheists especially since a lot of people seem to be against it. Its like everyone who believes in a god or gods looks down upon those who don't and thats a LOT of people to have hate you. So yeah no one wants to admit they are atheists because people will think you are a bad person, its so stupid. I don't think that people who say they have no religion or who say they dont have a god are atheist. Sometimes it just means they haven't found the right religion for them. It doesn't mean they are atheist because they dont say they dont believe in god, they just say they dont worship one. If anything it could be considered being agnostic. But agnostic isn't a word a lot of people are familiar with so they don't use it to express their religion.
  13. Oh, I have a quick solution, don't smoke and you will never have to deal with stale cigarettes again! But you will probably just get angry with me for saying that, despite it's truth. Anyway I can't say I have dealt with that, because when I used to smoke I smoked just plain cigarettes that were manufacturedly rolled and I bought them from places that didn't sell older or dry cigarettes. But maybe you should try a whole different brand? Maybe you can find a brand similar that doesn't go dry as fast.
  14. I hate lists that point out whats good in guys and whats good in women, whats bad in guys and whats bad in women...but eh.I don't find it THAT funny because i've read it so many times. But i do enjoy this one:28. If another guy shows up at the party in the same outfit, you just might become lifelong friends.
  15. Well, i always check movies before i watch them to see what kind of scenes they have. They can always just stand up and walk out for the scene. I always hate animals getting murdered in movies, and i close my eyes at those scenes, or walk away/fast forward. Rape scenes adding emotion to a movie, doesn't really make sense compared to credits in a movie...so um what?
  16. I don't mind rape scenes. I mean I am not drawn to them, and I don't exactly enjoy them but they don't bother me. I know they are fake, and I know the actors are mature enough to handle it, just like 'normal' sex scenes. I think a rape seen, done right can act a lot of emotional impact to the story and there for should be left in. I know a lot of people have gotten offended by the Rape scene in The Rules Of Attraction, but I didn't. Rape isn't funny, but that scene wasn't exactly supposed to be taken in all seriousness. It's a lot like in the book actually. Plus the scene had a bit of a point, Lauren wanted to remain a virgin, and she managed to remain one until the end, when she was raped. (The beginning, is the end...). Then there is the rape in Boys Don't Cry. It does make me sad, because that movie is based on true events (which is why it also needed to be in there.) and it makes me sad because it happens to quite a few Female to Male transsexuals, they get raped by men. Which makes the whole thing so much more sad, but just because it's sad doesn't mean it needs to be taken out you know?My point is, rape doesn't bother me in movies, and I think if it bothers you, you can easily fast forward, or look away.
  17. Is that real? I looked her up online, and found only one source of information, which happened to be this exact post. I didn't find anything else at all. If it is real, thats insane.
  18. I see this happen a lot. Now i have a couple theories on why. But i'll get to them in a second, my friend has a brother and he is constantly doing stupid/bad things, and yet he gets away with them. Now my friend does something, or the same thing and she gets in trouble. Now, i wouldn't consider this sexist exactly, because heres where it becomes a little more clear as to why this occurs: It's quite obvious that my friends mom didn't want a second baby, (it's been said by people who knew her before she conceived my friend, and even she has lightly admitted to it.) as her husband did, so it was a silent agreement that the mom would take care of the son, and the dad would take care of the daughter. What this means, is they will handle how they get treated when they get in trouble, now my friends mom is really easy going about how things get ran, where as her dad is more stern, so basically my friend, who happens to be the second child, just got the crap deal, and i don't think it would have mattered if she was a girl or a boy. At the same time, i find it common in both parents, to favor one gender over the other. I think it has to do with being the only person in their life, like the main opposite gendered person. So naturally a lot of dads feel threatened when their daughter brings home another guy, just as a mom feels threatened when her son brings home a girl. They both feel their spotlight is being taken away, however they tend to not feel like the same about their kids who are of the same gender. Which is why you see so many dads being okay their sons going off and dating a bunch of chicks, many would see that as being sexist, but seriously moms do the SAME thing when it comes to their daughters, maybe they aren't encouraging it like you see fathers, but they aren't saying anything, which means they support it. Now i don't want to make you feel worthless by saying this, but it just is another thought about the situation. Parents do not love their children equally, they may love them in different ways for different reasons, but i can honestly say i don't feel that they love their children equally. There may be something that prevents your mom from thinking higher of you, maybe you remind her of herself when she was younger, or a part of her that she doesn't like about herself. Maybe theres things you do she doesn't agree with. What i'm trying to say is maybe she just doesn't love you as much as your brother, regardless of his gender. There is an another possibility, maybe she doesn't expect much from you, she assumes you don't need the same comfort and spoiling as your brother. Parents can be really stupid sometimes, and they assume because a child doesn't show their craving for support, spoiling, or any other kind of need, that they don't want it. Maybe you should just confront her about it. In my family theres there is only 2 boys and then 4 sisters, my mother has ALWAYS treated us all differently. For example, i cannot honestly remember a time that my mother treated me like a worthy human being. I don't know if it was because she always knew i was gay, or because she didn't like my father...she just never treated me as nicely as she treated my other siblings. She also hardly treated my brother very well either, nor my second youngest sister. It is horrible, and it sucks but what can you do about it? People aren't perfect, and neither are parents. Maybe you should confront your mom. Do something most people are afraid to do. Because honestly i think almost every sibling, has dealt with something like that. Whether they felt too smothered, because their parents never give any attention to the other sibling (it happens, some siblings HATE seeing their other sibling not get enough attention, then theres some who don't even notice.) Or because they aren't getting enough attention. Theres so many issues with not being an only child, but at least we all can relate?
  19. Wow, I'm going to be a trend follower and bring up the whole 'no offense meant' thing. Once was enough, Now i wont be able to say that without repeating it 50 times in my head. It makes you sound like you really aren't being sincere, throwing it out there doesn't make it any less offensive, nor does it make you seem like you are being sincere, after all it just looks like you want to make sure you don't get in trouble... no offense meant. I don't really have a problem with the Administrators or the Moderators, this board has a LOT of members therefore needs some rules to be strictly enforced. To my memory i haven't really gotten in trouble, I've had some threads moved (which annoyed me, but mostly on my part because i felt like a dork for putting it in the wrong place to begin with...), so maybe thats why I don't get all twisted about the rules, people who tend to get in trouble a lot try to blame the rule makers/followers/enforcers...even if its the person who broke the rules fault. As for placing topics in the wrong place, that is your fault and you shouldn't be mad at the mods for moving it, or becoming a bit annoyed with it, especially if you do it frequently. Besides your threads will have more replies if it is in the correct place. They also prefer you not make so many typos and grammatical errors probably because its a waste of credits, and makes it difficult for people to read and understand what you are trying to say.
  20. You know eventually she is going to get tired of it fast, so i would personally ease up about it. I don't find it really as funny as apparently you do, but i do find it very interesting, and i am glad it was treatable.
  21. Theres like three people who have mentioned they agree with the parents, be that as it may what they did was wrong. Giving away dogs while someone is gone is completely wrong, especially without telling them. Do you know how awful it feels to have something horrible/drastic happen when you are away? ESPECIALLY if you are away having fun only to come back, or be called in the middle of it and hear bad news. My ex got rid of my cat without me being there and without asking my permission and it hurt, especially because i never got to say goodbye. You tend to lose trust and respect for people like that. The situation wouldn't be as bad had they waited till the Original Poster got back so they could discuss it with them and so they could say goodbye. I think what sucks most, is knowing when you get back you wont be able to see them, it also sucks when you don't know they were gotten rid of and you spend half the time you are away wanting to go back to them, only to find out you can't. So agree with the parents if you like, but just consider how cruel it is in the end to do something like this to someone.
  22. I don't like lying, the only time i lie is when someone is on that i don't like, or don't trust and they want to talk, i'll say 'oh...sorry i was just leaving...' but i do that in a way offline too so... Same with when i put my away sign on msn, i'm usually not really away, so in a sense that is lying. I started using the net for chats and boards when i was older so its not like i had to lie about my age, and as for location i just say california, i never get out my city, or at least try not to. I hate when people pressure me into telling them something, thats usually when i stop talking to them, because WHY is it so important to know my city and school- and last name? It isn't. Usually my lies are just about why i was offline (i say i was busy, but really i was just avoiding that person).
  23. You shouldn't use an inhaler unless your doctor gives you one. Even if you use an inhaler, don't use someone else's especially if its not the same kind. Even if it is the same kind, its not okay to use someone else's. But all that aside:I have been using an inhaler for a long time because i have Asthma. I am supposed to use it twice, every 6 hours. Its actually NOT okay to use it more then that. When they show the stereotypical kids and people in movies, and the person is inhaling constantly through out the film, it's not correct and you could have a heart reaction. But once again, all that aside:I have never been addicted to it, honestly i don't even take it all the time, even though i should, and am actually supposed to. I like the taste, i'll admit that but i don't use it more then my doctor says. The only time i have used it wrongfully is when i was wanting a high, and didn't have anything- so i just took a bunch of puffs, but all it did was make me dizzy and my heartbeat fast. But yeah, don't use an inhaler unless it is your OWN, and your doctor prescribed it. Your girl wasn't very smart letting you use it.
  24. Is it okay for women to love women? Because you have said nothing about women loving women. All you said was that god created men to love women, not men. So are you saying it is okay for a woman to love another woman? Because that'd be unfair and pointless to state. You will never know how we feel, you will never know if the feelings we have towards other men are same as straight men feel for women, or straight women feel for men... just as we will never know if straight loving is the same. It is the same, as we do love...but if the love is measured the same we don't know...you have to be gay or straight to know. I don't believe god created people and if a god did, i doubt they'd care whether or not two guys or two girls got together, because theres still enough heterosexuals out there to make up the difference. Your statement is weak, you say your sorry for what you said. So if you are sorry you must have some doubt in your opinion? Or some fear that you may be wrong and have no proof, so you quickly say sorry just in case all chaos breaks lose right? What you said is not the truth, just because you said it or because 'god' said it. Its inconclusive because its just an opinion. If you tell me the sky is green and white, am i supposed to just take it if you add 'it's the truth' after it? Its not true...so why state that it is true when it isn't? You should never say your OPINION is true.
