  1. good points... without reading or doing further research into details of the infringements it is quite sad to see the kind of patented features involved in this case... I wonder if Apple would've patent the home button on a phone, i won't be surprised if they did try patenting it... and that's one of points Samsung was arguing over, some of these features are ridiculously obvious and patenting them would be very unreasonable... if we look at automobiles, imagine if someone would've patent 3 wheeled motorcycle/car... this is a feature that anyone can easily come-up with, if apple was an automobile company they would've patent this 3 wheel feature And would probably sue any company from making even toys for kids with 3 wheels on them lol

  5. Apple had to sue Samsung and bid for a large penalty, because Samsung is becoming a real competition... I think Samsung knew this was coming that's probably why their Galaxy S III isn't in violation of the Apple patents If Samsung will halve it's Galaxy S III prices in US... that will really disturb the Apple US Market

i'm guessing an additional task to allow this would be open with and set the app as default but once you remove the usb that default will probably disappear...
  11. I agree Ahsaniqbal111Windows is the norm (and Mac) in todays generations... but Linux is growing in popularity as well (but stronger growth amongst techies)
  12. Windows these issues seem to be easily fixed... but because i'm still a novice in Linux it seem a bit more complicated (to me) but i do wanna try and grab hold of good Linux games for entertainment and relaxations hehe
  13. usually by default this is the only accessible part onto an idevice (ipod/iphone) hopefully there will be an easy workaround to this soon on Ubuntu 12.04...

  16. lucky car companies didn't have to go through these patenting particulars... otherwise we'd all be driving FORD cars
  17. awesome... would there ever be any theming for the forum?
  18. its funny that some of the patented features are actually allowed considering the number of people who analyses them... i guess with enough money you can patent some of the silliest features and sue others for using them (even if they came up with the idea themselves)
  19. wow... where do you live mate? sounds like an interesting neighborhood... i guess i'm a bit fortunate not to go through what you're going through, but if i ever catch someone breaking into my house or things, he will be receiving some serious whoop@ss
  20. hahaha... we all wish we could live longer and see the world change or evolve
  21. i hate to admit Apple does make some pretty good quality stuff... and their strict and high standards does drive technology standards up...
