  1. Actually, I think that I've posted here before, but that was when I didn't know or forgotten my real favourite movie. It's the "The Illusionist". It's really good... about magic and things, but it's actually just science and logic and mechanical things, but the whole thing was just an illusion because it was really just a way for the magician guy to get his girl, the princess...It's a really good movie... I reccommend you to watch it...
  2. Yeah well, I must say that I can live without my cellphone for a day, but I don't think I'll survive after the day. I mean, I don't use my phone a lot, but I have to call my parents constantly to tell them where I am. And if I don't they'll probably, actually, make that WILL... they WILL get angry and worried and I'll have to explain why I didn't call them.ANd saying that I forgot or that I wanted to experiment whether I can live without my cellphone for twenty four hours won't be a good enough excuse to keep my head on my shoulders...
  3. Well, I must say that I'm not all that surprised if all the moderators of the forums are like, old. In most new communities, or not so new, the moderators are always the ones that are some of the oldest members around. Like I said, I onced joined in a dead forum that hasn't been active for a while, and after that, the admin of the place made me a mod and I went on a quest to find some active members, which I did. And after a year, it's pretty successful, though I quit being an admin (yes, I was promoted to an admin), due to my busy life and my studies, and let other new moderators and admins take over. I still go there every so often just to take a look at how it's going, though I don't post there anymore. So if the moderators and admins here are people from ages ago that posted here a few years ago, I'm not surprised if this is how it works, because this is how it works in most communities.
  4. Hahaha.... sorry, I think it's just me. I was typing what I was thinking and didn't really look back, I suppose. In general, I was like, "No comment", meaning I didn't really have anything against it and I thought it was generally good in general, but then I looked again and I thought that the text could change a bit, though changing the text is a breeze compared to changing the whole image in it self... Anyhow, Like your comments... they're more professional than mine.
  5. That's what I think too... I mean, how many members do you find introducing themselves as a "criminal" and giving us tips on how to be one? Now many, I think... maybe it's just you. Introductory posts are used to tell the community that you've just joined them and has just arrived and needs help in whatever this community is all about (or not, if you are a pro). IT is also used for first impressions of you from the community, and if you know what the general society thinks about criminals, then you would (or should) know what WE in general will think about criminals too... And you've just succeeded wonderfully without fail to give us a negative impression... with that criminal post of yours.
  6. Well, I consider my posts as NOT SPAM, and by that, I mean like, good quality posts that either contribute to the thread or the post before mine, open up new questions RELATING to the thread itself, especially in philosophical questions and answers and threads, or just giving my two cents worth in the forums just as I'm doing right now... But I think you're right. We should concentrate on the quality of the posts, not the actual number of characters in the post itself!!! But I don't think that a robot that can differentiate a good quality post with bad quality ones, as they'll probably look the same to the poor robot. Aww.... We can wait until this techonology has been invented... But for now, just enjoy the sites and all the trees. You never know when this technology will be developed, assuming that it will in the first place. I really don't think that this is right. On my first forum posts, I got like, one dollar immediately, but now, I have to post lots and lots and lots of times before I get even one dollar. Does that mean that the longer a member you are the longer it takes to get one dollar??? Oh my god... that means that when I get like, a few years older I'll be posting like, non-stop and still get nowhere near the new cost fee for my website, because even if the fee doesn't change, I'll still need to post a lot to keep up with my hosting fees that get harder to post every single day and earn money. That is what I said in the previous post to the reply in the previous quote... and yeah, I agree with you. Thank god they changed the v2 system to the new one, and we don't exactly know whether we get less myCENTS or not, and I don't have to worry about that anymore!!!
  7. I'm a sig maker myself, though not a very brilliant one, as I've only started a couple of months ago, but I thought I would like to give some comments on the nine signatures... just positive criticism, so you can improve on your sig making skills, and I can improve on my criticising skills and knwo what to look for in my own sigs and what to improve and avoid and learn.1) It's pretty good, I like it very much, but it wouldn't actually work on a dark background, especially black because the white would contrast with it a bit too much and it will probably blind (well, not blind, but stands out a lot) people that look at it on the forums.2) It like this one too... there's really nothing wrong with it apart from having the same problem as number one sig.3) No comment. That one's very good.... maybe change the text font or size a little? I can read it, and I don't have glasses, but that doesn't mean everyone can read it too... good job, well done!!!4) No comment. This one's really good, though the graphics not to my taste... but it's just my personal opinion. Everyone can have a say at how they feel about it.5) Very good... no comment either. Just the text, maybe.... .....6) This one is the one that actually caught my eye and made my want to reply... firstly, that is way too bright, especially if you were to use it in a black and dark coloured forum. You'll have no problem blinding people, like you nearly did with it here on me... I think you saturarized your colours a teeny weeny bit too much. Try making it softer and maybe more natural... Not artificial like what you've done with it.7) That ones good. I'm not concerned about the bright blue bit in the middle at all... It fits in with the rest of the graphics... Just change the size of the text a bit bigger than it is now... That's my only concern...***This is for the first poster of the thread.
  8. Nice, I never really know that they can remove the strip without damaging the card... I didn't even know that they could remove the strip in the first place. But anyway, thanks for the information and the great tip. I personally don't have a credit card myself (I'm old enough to have one, but I just don't need one and I don't know how to use one - these things will come to me naturally as I learn the skills and as I need to learn how to use it), but when I do I'll keep that in mind. By the way, would you make the whole card itself "void" and useless if you stuck anything and everything (well, maybe not everything) on the card? I mean, wouldn't the scanning things that you use won't be able to detect it and make the whole card useless? Possibly even getting your card stuck in the machine because the card is extra thicker with the extra width of the tape itself stuck on the card.......
  9. Oh my god... I come back from ONE day of my stupid internet connection problem to find out that I have completely missed an introduction thread that already have ten replies.... I am such a failing welcomer... Hope you don't mind my very late replies.... I'm glad you came from Hong Kong... I used to live there myself!!!! (In New Territories) It's really good with a nice place for late night shopping and people stay up to like, 1 am in the morning shopping, and all the shops are still open! Anyway, just in case you didn't get what the previous members were posting about, here my instructions for getting starting on Trap 17. 1) Signup at Xisto's Support and Billing System, so you can have your own Client Area with the same email that you have used here when you signed up here. 2) Post at least five posts. 3) Wait 4) When you myCENTS thing is up (down under your name), you can start earning myCENTS to host your website!!! The good thing about this System is that Xisto does not require you to give in your credit card or bank account information, so it is completely secure. Once your registration order has been processed, you can get started! You will be able to see a myCENTS thing under your name on the forums of Xisto, like what most of the members and posters here have (I have one under my name too, so you can see what I mean). This means that you can start the first steps to free hosting. The bigger and longer and more helpful the thread is, the more you earn. Spamming is NOT tolerated in this forums, and people will spam to get more myCENTS (well, maybe a little toleration, but that's only because the people here are nice). Grammar will also help you earn myCENTS. So, basically, it is a free service would otherwise be NOT free (paid) that only requires you to post here every so often. And it doesn't have to be a lot. Just once or twice a day would be fine, just a decent post with a decent number of characters. Anyhow, feel free to browse around and learn more about this site. It is an easy way to learn more money while learning to build your own site!!!
  10. I thought that you could sell any domain names for everyone!!! I mean, people out there actually do invest in domain names, and selling it for a high price when someone wants to buy it. Why not sell it when you buy it through Xisto and/or Xisto? Personally I think it should be the same, and buying it from Xisto/Xisto should be the same as buying it from other domain selling sites, like GoDaddy.com and name.com.(Their prices are the same, but in Xisto we can pay it through myCENTS instead of real money.)I mean, OK... so you've bought the domain name. Can't you just host it with myCENTS, like real money, and then sell it out if someone wants to buy it?You should be able to. I don't see any reason why it should be any different from other domain selling sites.
  11. Yeah... never seen galexcd on this forum before, though I must say that he must've contibuted alot to this site if this is the case. Anyway, I trust Opaque's judgement and congratulate him for reading our posts on our discussions of getting new moderators and acting swiftly!!! I nearly didn't see this post, you know... Wow... really? Nice... Yeah. Well, obviously the one hundred posting limit before you a eligible don't really apply anymore. I for one have only been here for a few weeks and already make over two hundred posts, and I don't think I'm in anyway near the ideal moderator, especially on this forum, and I have limited and no understanding of how web sites work and how to build and make them. One thousand posts are good too, though I don't know if that is right... I mean, lots of members are posting quite a lot in the forums, so it won't be long before another member crosses that benchmark too... Anyhow...
  12. Bing is in no way next to Google, in my opinion. This is because most people have never ever heard about Bing before, and Google is the number one search engine used in the whole wide world. But Google is just cautious and tries to prevent any competitors in their way.The latest news from Google is that they are trying to compile the world's biggest digital book library, and it seems like all teh other search sites are jealous and are trying to attempt to change Googles plans and trying to find ways to delay this. I don't think it'll work though. Google is big and strong... and it will have to require some tough search engine parties to stop Google in its tracks.Anyhow, happy searching (whether you google or bing it!)
  13. Really? I thought that Google Adsense doesn't really help you pay for anything at all. I mean, if you read their Term of Service, you can see that they did not disclose the percentage that you earn per click, meaning that you actually earn a little, maybe just one percent of what the Google company earn per click, maybe even less. Those if lots and lots and lots of people do click it, then it might be a different matter. But it still depends on the traffic that your site gets and the number of people out of that that actually do click on a link.
  14. I haven't read any books in a while, due to my busy life... I sue to remember reading lots and lots of books everyday, up to three thick books per day when I was in primary school, but I don't have that privilege of freedom and time anymore...The last book I read was, I suppose, Animal Farm, by George Orwell. I'm sure most of you have read it or seen the name of it somewhere before... It's pretty interesting and I was doing that for English. Just a "Fairy tale" on Politics (some fairy tale!!!), and it doesn't have the usual "And they lived happily ever after" ending in most fairy tale books...But it's still good, and you can see that it isn't for the average three year old child either, I must say.
  15. Hmmm.... I really don't know then. I know that you're right and that you DO have a point, but sometimes posting in Xisto DO get tiresome (now don't ban me for this!!!)... and I really don't know what to write or type.I was thinking of starting an online banking amount and I figured that if I could somehow get enough money in it, I could earn some money off the interest and pay off the hosting there. I'm saying this because while Xisto is the best myCENTS / US Dollars money making site, I can only use it for webhosting, which is fine and enough for me, but I really don't think that I can catch up with all this posting and earn as much as I get older and have more work to do. I really think that I don't, but I still need to find ways to help me host without posting as much, or posting at all... and the only thing that came into my mind is making money online, and so, I found out this new world of PTC (Paid to Click) website networks that I know would take a lot of my time... but since I don't have a job and I'm not allowed to get one, that was my only hope of hosting without only depending on posting...What do you think? Do you have any advice for me?
  16. Hahaha... oops, sorry.I must say though, that wasn't the first impression I got from your post. The first impression I got was... AWWWWWWW.........That is just sad...Though I really don't know why someone religious, especially when you met her in church, would cheat on people, actually more than five guys at the same time!!! (the three guys plus the two that she wrote about in her blog, plus many more... people that you probably don't know about and never will).God... I wish I would never meet someone like that. I plan to meet someone in university. I suppose that the best way... though you never know. Love at first site can come from anywhere, everywhere, and anytime in the world. Just cross your fingers and hope you get lucky and find the right person and partner next time!!!Learn from your mistakes!!!
  17. Yeah.... well... Unfortunately I am currently underage in working in my country, so I cannot get a job, though I would like one. And I mean... it IS a waste of time, but not if you just forget it and click it once in a while when you remember it. Most people in my age group waste THEIR time on socialising online networks like Facebook, mySpace, Bebo and the such, and fortunately, I don't have an account on them, and so I can actually use my time to do more productive stuff like post at Xisto... By the way, I forgot to mention.... I often get these "404 Bad Requests" at Xisto, and my computer not able to connect with the server or get a response from the server. It's only on Xisto that I get this problem. Is anyone else getting it? And meanwhile while I wait for the Xisto page to load, I can click and forget... and earn money doing it too!!! Unless there are more money making online ways that pay better and require less effort out there. Not that I know anything of it... Please do tell me if you find a site like that though.
  18. 'ello willmark, What's with all the criminals thing? I'm not sure if Xisto allows criminals in here... well, not criminals that hack anyway... Glad to see you here. I'm sure you will find that Xisto.com has a lot of friendly members... I'm not sure if you're here to build your first website though, or just here to do some criminal activities... But if you want to earn myCENTS anyway and possibly host a website (not for criminal purposes like hacking, please, as it breaks Xisto's term of service) 1) Signup at Xisto's Support and Billing System, so you can have your own Client Area with the same email that you have used here when you signed up here. 2) Post at least five posts. 3) Wait 4) When you myCENTS thing is up (down under your name), you can start earning myCENTS to host your website!!! 19. I must say I have absolutely no experience of cars... but my family uses Toyota's cars... it's one that's similar to Picnic, but unfortunately I forgot the series of the car... (stupid me!!! It's my families car!!!) I don't know though... I think the only reason I remember the word "Picnic" is because it is much much more easier to remember than my family car's series. It starts with C though. However, I am quite sorry to inform you that all the cars that my family buys are quite big, for example, they are all seven seaters, so this will not suit your needs... My parents believe that the bigger a car, the safer it is... and we can also car pull lots and lots of people, often squeezing in up to nine people without feeling cramped at all. Just a recommendation if you mother wants to buy big cars...
  20. Don't join Bux.to!!! Bux.to is a SCAM!!! I've done my research... and it's rather sad, because most Paid to Click new members finding PTC sites often find Bux.to first. Well, I did, and I'm sure lots of people did too. This is a email that has been given to people that want payment: (It's a bit long, and I've quoted it incase I broke some rule on Xisto that I didn't know about) Also, these are some points that make Bux.to a scam... well, to me anyway...: Bux.to is a PTC site that has been accused of stealing another PTC sites script. But that's not the shady thing I'm going to be talking about here. Some people have been paid, but let me tell you what Bux.to loves to do. They loooove to sell unreferred referrals to you. Since everyone gets paid for referring members and at the same time struggle to refer lots of people, they will use this to their advantage. The last I checked, you can buy about 500 referrals for the price of $459.00 from Bux.to. They're alot more focused on this rather than providing enough ads for their members to click (They're a PTC site!). Unpaid Members There's alot of complaints about this site not paying up to it's loyal members. Yes, I know you will not be paid if fraud is detected but I don't believe that's the case here. I think they're extremely money hungry. Especially with the big referral business and the many unpaid members they got going on here. So are they a scam? In my eyes, yes. There's too many people not being paid. Often, people say that you won't earn cash from Bux.to, but you can convert the "money" that you so-earned into ads to scam more people!!!
  21. Yeah? Yeah well, I'm trying out different Paid to Click sites, and only ones that many people online from many different sites say that it's not a scam. I'm sure that there are real, legitimate Paid to Click and other real online making websites, you just have to find the find the right one for you. However, so far, the best virtual money online making site I must say, is Xisto... it takes like, two good quality posts to get one dollar, while it might take you a few months to make one dollar on those paid to click sites... But I mean, they don't take a LOT of your time, if you don't get toooo addicted to them. You just click, and forget. Then after a while, when you remember, you click back and close the window, and then click another ad... If you wait for the timer to go down to zero, then you will waste a lot of your time. But if you're like me, clicking every once I wait for other websites to load, you earn insignificant money, but it's still money after all... Just want to earn passive money though, where people do the work for you after you set everything up and you just enjoy... maybe looking at your passive money making place, wherever and whatever that is, as I don't know any, once a month or two. Now, that would be ideal...
  22. Hello Spurious,Refferred by Opaque!!! I wish I had that honor to be invited by an admin of a forum!!!You're a lucky one!!!Glad to see you here. I'm sure you will find that Xisto.com has a lot of friendly members willing to help you as you build your website. As you can see, I am quite new to this site too, but I know the basics of how to get started.Like The Simpleton, or kasperooney said, you can read the link to tell you what to do. But if you still don't understand it, here is my version...1) Signup at Xisto's Support and Billing System, so you can have your own Client Area with the same email that you have used here when you signed up here.2) Post at least five posts.3) Wait4) When you myCENTS thing is up (down under your name), you can start earning myCENTS to host your website!!!The good thing about this System is that Xisto does not require you to give in your credit card or bank account information, so it is completely secure.Once your registration order has been processed, you can get started! You will be able to see a myCENTS thing under your name on the forums of Xisto, like what most of the members and posters here have (I have one under my name too, so you can see what I mean). Spamming is NOT tolerated in this forums, and people will spam to get more myCENTS (well, maybe a little toleration, but that's only because the people here are nice - and you have Opaque, of course!!!).Grammar will also help you earn myCENTS.So, basically, it is a free service would otherwise be NOT free (paid) that only requires you to post here every so often. And it doesn't have to be a lot. Just once or twice a day would be fine, just a decent post with a decent number of characters.
  23. Hello Maude, You volunteer as a legacy computer tech at a non profit? And you know nothing about web hosting, I got here by looking for information about an emachine BIOS problem.I likes the post and comments, so I register. Then I suppose you didn't come here to host a site... and you still joined!!! Congratulations!!! I would like to read your fiction works sometime too, I have a passion for them. Just a thought... Did you know that Xisto actually supports free web hosting? So by signing up, you can actually host a site for free!!! I don't know, thought I would point that out as website hosting isn't your main reason of joining. I'm glad you joined anyway though!!! I'm sure you will find that Xisto.com has a lot of friendly members willing to help you in all areas... though I wouldn't count on myself if I was you on machine BIOS problems... I'm not that good at computers myself, and I'm still learning. However, if you decide to host a website, or just want to earn myCENTS for the sake of it (you won't be able to take it out on Paypal though, just use it in Xisto for web domain hosting and web hosting), these are a few simple instructions... 1) Signup at Xisto's Support and Billing System, so you can have your own Client Area with the same email that you have used here when you signed up here. 2) Post at least five posts. 3) Wait for like, less than twelve hours should be sufficient. 4) When you myCENTS thing is up (down under your name), you can start earning myCENTS to host your website, if you ever decide to get one!!!! You will be able to see a myCENTS thing under your name on the forums of Xisto if you are successful, like what most of the members and posters here have (I have one under my name too, so you can see what I mean). I don't know... even if you aren't looking for free web hosting sites, I think it is quite satisfiying seeing numbers go up, especially numbers that represent real money (US dollars in this case), so I strongly suggest that you sign up to Xisto. Also... you never know when you might need the money to host a completely free website, if you are ever going to get one!!! Cheers, Nameless_ Anyhow, feel free to browse around and learn more about this site. It is an easy way to learn more money while learning to build your own site!!!
  24. Hello ben123456733,What's with all the numbers in your name???I'm suprised you've managed to remember all that... I'm sure I can't. Haha...Glad to see you here. 25. I must say I don't really know about that.... I sometimes made many several lengthy posts on different topics and the most I get out of it is $3, for quite a few of those posts. If this is the case then we should change the line "the bigger and the longer you post, the more you make" into "the bigger and longer you post, the more you make unless you cross the $1 limit of post earning"..... And that mean that more than half of my posts could be half as short and I'd still make as much money as I'm earning right now.... Awwwww.....
