Yeah I agree. I think Xisto's theme is better than Xisto but I guess it is good to keep them different.Plus is it just me or does Xisto's theme to wide (I have to sideways scroll)?

What you say is true, Xisto is the best free host I have ever found, but you do realize this guy in not active and hasn't posted in almost 4 years right?

I believe the new credit version three is better than the old version like everyone else but this feature will really be missed. The thing is since myCent are deposited into myearning you really couldn't transfer many myCent at a time anyway. So even if this could be done it wouldn't be the same and I don't think they would ever let us transfer money from one xisto account to another.

Like many have stated we eat it because one it tastes good, two it is cheap, and three so we don't have to cook lol. If pizza was expensive it won't be that popular and of course if it didn't taste good no one would eat it.

I don't believe so and they have good reasons for that because if they didn't do that people could do stuff like pay for a month of hosting and then cancel the order will 1 day left and get all there credits back. That wouldn't be fair would it?

Switching anything makes it feel new and different. If you do the same thing every day it gets boring and you lose motivation fast. So mix it up a bit. Reward long days with short days, go different routes, or like you did different times. Anything to lose the repetition. I love easy group runs as long as the people are around my speed. When you talk while you run you forget about the pain and end up running faster than you think. Running is mind over matter and if you distract your mind while pacing off of others you'll run there pace without a problem. Give it a shot. Like I said before anything to mix it up. If you find out you like running with a group only do it once a week as a reward for running that week. If you do it to much even that can get boring. Try running for 30 mintues but go as slow as you want one day and then the next day do the interval things you were talking about. Also if your goal is to run the mile in under 7 minutes running should be more important then lifting weights. So your week could look like this: Monday: Run for 30 minutes but go as slow as you want. Tuesday: Run fast for 5 minutes, Walk for 2-3, Run fast for 5, and do that as long as you want. Wednesday: Weights, and a easy jog. Thursday: Run a 7 minute mile pace for as long as you can to get a feel for that pace. You might not be able to keep the pace for long but thats ok. Week by week you should be able to keep this pace longer and sooner or later hopefully a entire mile. Friday: Weights, easy jog Saturday: Do some cross training like swimming or biking. Sunday: Rest you earned it. I hope this is what you were looking for. If you have any other questions just ask.

I always thought this was a load of crap. There are so many things wrong just with the Mayan calendar theory. I'll just list a few I can think of. First off the Mayans have to stop somewhere when writing their calendar. Do you think they are going to write for ever? There was no point in continuing the calendar even as far as they did. Another thing that is wrong, which was pointed out above, was the fact that they didn't have time zones in Mayan civilization so how would they now it was going to end December 2012 at 11:11 GMT?These are just some of the things that don't make sence but there are more. I'm not saying it is impossible that the world will end then because the world has to end sometime but how could any one predict that.

Jackalopes are my favorite animal. Lol just kidding, I would probably have to say the mountain lion is my favorite animal. I don't know why but is has been my favorite for as long as I remember. They hunt solo and have the highest percentage of sucessful kills per attemps. Don't ask me why I know that lol.

Nothing. You just get more space and stuff. It is a lot cheaper than before because then you had to buy the small package and pay for extra stuff that you needed. Now it is in a package already and it is cheaper then buying it seperate. So basically the difference is it is cheaper for people that need more stuff.

Because we are not using credit system v2.0 we are now using mycent or credit system v3.0. But just in case that was a typo and you did do everything right you probably just have to wait for the xisto people accept your hosting request. If this takes more than a few days submit a ticket. I have looked at tons of free hosts and this is by far the greatest so congrates on finding it. If you are looking for a portal I like mambo/joomla the best. I like joomla better because it is newer but it doesn't work with smf so I use mambo. They are both basically the same though. You already took care of your mycents account, thats good. So all I have to say is have a nice time at Xisto.
