Without seeing what is really present in your hard-drive, I wouldn?t know how to begin to clean up what was damaged. However, see if you can restore to the day(s) before you enter the website. If you are using Windows XP any version, Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> System Restore This process is self-explanitory. Follow the steps and you should be able to go back to the state of your computer before spyware, or whatever you have, was installed. Now this is IF your computer has System Restore turned on and hopefully it made some kind of restore point. Good luck.

Could you tell us more about your computer? How old is it? Either you put it together or a brand name of your computer? What are the specifications (it doesn?t matter but it?s nice to know)? And when was the first time it started to happen?But for now, I?m guessing that your hard-drive is ready to go. When Windows cannot load necessary files to start your GUI Windows, it?s either the files are corrupted, or perhaps your recent installation of a hardware (or sometimes a software with proprietary driver) will cause it to restart. Let us know more and maybe some expert can reply it back to you.

Oh man?I cannot believe what I saw. Listen everybody; I like freebies just like the next person. But this pirated Star Wars III went over the line! Yesterday, I saw this infamous pirated Star Wars III and I think I know how THE copy was made. By-the-way, I turned the copy in along with the person who had in the possession, who made several copies and selling them, to the proper authorities. I don?t like being a snitch but this was outrageous.The possible scenario would have been this. This pirated copy had what?s called the IC edit time line. This is what directors and editors use to splice films in the old ways. It appears (usually) at the bottom of the screen running the entire width. This is also used to time the sound dubbing and adding music scores. The unfinished movie with this time line would be projected on to a huge screen and the entire orchestra would be placed in the same room, watching and playing back the soundtrack according to the time stamp.Well, the only way the pirated copy had this time stamp would have been during the film development/transfer process. After shooting the movie and finish editing, it needs to be in the medium of film reels otherwise your local movie theatre cannot project it on to the silver screen. I am going to assume that some intern/scumbag decided to take the opportunity during the color proofing process to dub the entire movie. That is just wrong! Lukas sends his most valuable possession (probably a part of his considerable savings) to this film development company and some scum-of-the-earth decided to make a copy?Grrrrr! I hope they catch that person/people!

I seem to recall reading about the new XP powertoy Windows Media bouns pack that allowed Windows Media Player to import/export the playlist. I will have to do some research on that. But in the mean time, try searching for yourself. I believe it was called the "winter" bonus package for Media Player 9+. If Windows Media Player is not an option, Winamp Player can export your entire playlist as HTML. Once you have that HTML you can then import that into your Excel.Cheers.

After all, we have topics similar to hating school, people in general and jobs, I believe that your topic was bit more complex than the intended audience. I saw a member the other day that had 50% warn. I believe NilsC said if it reaches 100% you are out automatically, terminated without notice, hosting deleted and banned. We, moderators, were told to place warns on members with proper links and reasons to why a moderator is placing the warn. If you feel that it was unjust, you can always ask the mod who gave you the warning for rebuttal. I personally give out warnings if a veteran member posts referral links (which everyone should've known by now that TOS has changed), cuss words, double or triple posts (within 1 minute apart), slander, plagiarizing, spamming...etc. It takes little than few minutes to go over our TOS. There's no excuse that "I didn't know" will fit your action.Please remember that we're not here to baby-sit. We all have to help each other. We'll keep the bad guys out and you guys play hard. Okay?

This is true. Actually Windows XP does that now. But it?s minus the all the actual data but it records what was running at the time of the crash. However, according to an inside source, Microsoft has to pay hundreds of hours of man power to sit there and sniff through the error record to find maybe one faulty line error. Therefore, as a personal PC data record, and unless you want to pay extra for Microsoft to figure out only your problem, Microsoft would never look at an error data coming from a personal computer. Microsoft will, however, look at the data error from DuPont, IBM, banks and other establishments that is willing to fork over millions of dollars to unpack the error data and recompile it line by line to see what went on.It is scary that this error data dump is getting smarter and smarter that it can flash-backup the state of your PC. Humm, I am bit confused. So which way is better: getting a sub-domain and parking your purchased domain or linking Xisto directly to your purchased domain? I can see the benefit of having yourname.trap17.com because now you will have 2 url addresses. But is that all there is to it? I have, let's say, http://www.thedomain.com/. When I create a sub-domain named "other", it would be other.thedomain.com? But doing it cragllo's way, it would be other.cragllo.trap17.com and other.sponk.co.uk? Do I have this and understand it right?

I have DSL (fiber optic) and TRAP 17 forum loads slower than any other forums out there. And yes, the shoutbox loads first, then ads and followed by the rest of forum. Is it because forum database is loading/refreshing? My status bar shows "3 items (http://....). Anyway, yes, do whatever you have to do to keep this forum up to provide free hosting! I just hope that the forum loads faster.
