Everyone here is bashing the people from the United States government who edit their own pages. While I do not think this was the best thing to do I think that they had some justification. If someone were to create a web page saying the bad things you have done wouldn't you want the page changed? It is fully possible that this representative did not think the information was true and if he thought it was not he did what every person who knows something about a topic on Wikipedia would do and that is edit it.

I never realized that bunjie cords were so dangerous. I am going to use safetly goggles whenever I need to use them to secure something . That really stinks that that happened, especially considering you are going to need to study for finals thats gonna be tough but I think you'll manage as long as your other eye works. I hope it does not cause serious damage to your eye. It seems like something like that has a one in one billion chance of actually happening I guess that you were just unlucky.

I also hate Hotmail and for some odd reason everyone I know talks about how great it is. I signed up for an account awile ago and it was far from being a good e-mail provider. The first thing that I do not like about it is those ad taglines that get sent out with your message. Secondly, they start out by giving you very little space by todays standard (I think its 25mb or something like that). If you live in the United States you can get up to 250mb, which is far behind the 1gb that even Yahoo offers. The ads in your inbox are really annoying. They really need to improve it a lot to be able to compete with other providers.

I just can not understand why friends betray each other like that. I can not tell you how many times people have taken advantage of me by not returning something that they borrowed, stealing something from me, blaming me for really bad things they have done, and just being plain mean. Some people are just like that but after a performance like that you should not be that kid's friend. Staying away from him might be the best thing to do.

I really hate those self serve things at stores. They take forever to use, they always think you did not put an item in the bag, you always need to contact the person who is there to look over all of them because of some type of problem. They are just pointless considering you could get your items scanned in half the time if you just go through a normal line.

This idea sounds pretty good as long as Google keeps all of their software and services free. I think it is pretty cool that instead of your computer wasting electricity on your wasted processor capability you can actually help someone with discovering something on the computer. If I were to do this I would like to be recognized in some way though, I am not just going to give away my CPU capability without getting any credit for it.

There are a lot of things that I personally do not like about the internet so you can not ask me to just pick one. I think that hands down viruses, hackers, spyware, and all that kind of stuff are some of the worst things on the internet. They are the only things on the internet that have the potential to destory files on the computer or steal your privacy. Pop-up ads are probably the second most annoying thing on the internet. Normal ads are possible to avoid, but pop-ads are not possible to avoid. A lot of the time they flash and say that you won something when it is actually a scam so they are completely pointless in addition to the fact that they are annoying.

There are quite a few teachers who do things like that and I do not understand why they run their classrooms the way they do. My art teacher is kind of like this but not as extreme. One quarter I got a B on my report card for art. I asked the art teacher why I got a B on my report card because I met the requirements on every project I did and I still got a B. I think some teachers do not grade fairly for no reason at all and that is the way it will always be and there will be nothing any of us can really do about it.

Well for me money is both a good and bad thing. Money is good because it keeps a roof over my head, food in the fridge, a car in the garage, and the ability to buy the things I want. Without money unless you can barter for all of your bills and stuff. Money is a bad thing because if you have too much of it you are greedy and you are looked down upon. If you do not have enough money you will not be able to buy anything and your quality of life will decrease.

That guy should have known that something like that could happen. If something has the ability to restart/stop someones heart you should not be using it to play a practical joke on someone. I don't see why people do stuff that is obviously dangerous. If people would just stop and think before they act we would be a lot better off.

I think that it is fine that people vent here. That is what this specific forum is for anyway. It is best for people to express their problems rather than keep them to themselves because it is proven that it is best if you can express yourself. You say that they could combine their complaints but that would make topics be only 1/3 on topic most of the time. If you do not like people complaining so much just do not visit this forum.

I always thought that you were not allowed to modify your Xbox. I did not modify mine in any way. It seems that if something is not meant to be on your system and you put it on it may cause instability or something like that. In my opinion people should leave their video game systems as they bought them.

I now what you are saying about getting colds from vaccines. A few years ago I had to get two or three vaccinations in one day because the law requires it to enter the grade I was going into at that time. I felt pretty lousy for a day or two. My friend was throwing up all over the place. Getting sick just is not fun no matter what you are sick with or how bad it is.

Well in most cases it is not that your parents do not listen to you or care about you it is the fact they think they know what is best for you and will not listen to your view on what is best for you because they already have a mindset that they think should not be changed. Why parents are like this I do not know. Sometimes they may be wrong but what are you going to do? Just deal with it for a few more years and you'll be fine.

Uploading zip files is very easy. I personally, use ftp to upload files and I would recommend you use it because it is easy. All you have to do is connect to your site using a FTP client and then upload the file to the directory you want. Make sure the file name of the zip matches the file name of your hyperlink. If you have problems after doing that and making sure the link matches with the file that would surprise me.

I do not think that this person who called you that was really being racist. By the sound of you two just dislike each other and she found something to pick on you about. I mean if someone on the street who you barly know came up to you and called you that its a big deal but someone you know who just likes to pick fights shouldn't be a big deal.

I think that you can have a war against terrorism. Many of the terrorists belong to a certain group of fighters. You can fight terrorism by attacking those groups of fighters like you would any other army. Of course they most likely will not surrender like a normal army would but at least America is showing people that we will not stand by and be attacked. I agree with that point of view.

Well now there is some sort of adsence program where if you go to the extreme of it only people with Firefox can access your site. Maby the site you like to visit is pro IE so they want all of their users to switch back to IE. I do not see why people would block anyone to access their site but whatever.

That could be very bad. Microsoft should have reviewed the code that Word created before they added this feature. Most people probably do not even know you can make web sites in Word so it is not that big of a deal. I am hoping that Microsoft takes this seriously and makes a patch or something for those who choose to use Word as their web authoring software.

Well before you upload any file to your website you would have to see if the company that created it allows that. You should search around where you got the games from and read the license agreement (it might be called something different) if they were to give you any rights they would most likely post it on their site. Remember if they do not clearly give you the rights to redistribute the games you should not. I personally would not host mobile phone games on a site when you could just link to the site where you found them that might be the best solution. If you are allowed to redistribute those mobile phone games then you should check the terms of service to make sure Xisto allows is as well.

That is really rough. My cousins were in the same situation for a while but they are now living with their dad who is a saint compared to her mom. I do not understand how come there are so many people who have such terrible parents just because the parents drink. Why do people even start drinking in the first place when they know things like this can happen? Do not worry this will blow over soon stuff like that always gets better eventually.

I would have to agree with you. People sware too much now, especially at my school. Most of the people sware because it makes them feel cool or big, but sometimes they just do it because they can not find an intelligent word to get their point across. Many of the people who use these words don't even know what they mean. Unless you know what something means you should not say it.

What you are saying about your mom taking out her anger at your dad on you is something that parents commonly put their kids through. Last summer we had my cousins over a lot (something like every other weekend). Well, my younger cousin was annoying me all the time and every one else who was around. My mom was fed up with it and when I did basically nothing she exploded on me because she didn't want to yell at my cousin. That kind of stuff happens.

I know what you are talking about when it comes to lending people money. I used to lend people money at school all the time and they always gave it back and I maby got an extra dollar sometimes since I went out of my way to lend them the money. Then my one friend asked me to borrow a dollar I gave it to him and he said he would give it back to me the next day. It was the next day and he had no dollar and I reminded him and he said I would get it tomorrow. I never got the dollar. You have to learn never to lend people money because you never know if you will get it back no matter how hard it is to say no.

I have thought about how much our language is changing too. Why do people start talking differently do they want to be cool or something? I think that people should just talked like they always have so we can understand things written in books and typed on the internet in twenty years because they way people are starting to talk different.
