It's taking way too long for afordable EVs to arrive from well-known manufactutes. The major automakers always seem to be promising that the cars are coming out in "20XX" (where XX = one or two years ahead of the current date, and ratcheting it up all the time). A lot of people are opting to try their own electric car conversion but there are many issues that people run into while attempting it. I'm into self defence myself and I would choose a kubaton any day over a stupid piece of string tied onto a bunch of keys to act like a flail. Think about it? If somebody was standing very close or was to grab you from behind how the heck are you going to be able to swing a bunch of keys around! To hit someone with a weapon like that they have to be at arms length away, And that wont come easy in confined areas. As for Mace/ Pepper spray/ Aerosol cans. Most women carry them around in there handbag! The problem is THERE NOT INSTANTLY TO HAND .When the sh##t hits the fan who wants to wast thirty seconds hunting around in the bottom of a handbag! Besides sometimes evan your handbag is not at hand. If you do somehow manage to get your hands on the aerosol before you get hurt or evan killed the chances are that you wont be holding it spraying towards the attacker anyhow. Also what if he has sunglasses on. what I would personally recommend is to carry a strong pen around in a pocket that is easily accessible. Always carry it on the same side as your strong hand. I'm right handed so I always cary my pen in the pocket of my right hand trousers. Get into the habit of having it there always. After a while it will become hard to leave the house without It... You will feel as if something is missing If you do! Hold the pen in your strong hand in a natural griping position the same way as you would hold a tennis racket or a small stick. Now place your thumb over the pen as if you were giving a thumbs up sine but with the pen in your hand as-well. The point of the pen should be sticking out past your thumb by about one inch. The but end or the blunt end should also be sticking out of the bottom of your fist. Now you can attack with a thumping action as-well as a pointing action with your thumb. Aim for the eyes and cheeks. A strong Pen can be a devastating weapon if used correctly. Also a pen is legal to cary around with you and it can be very useful in day to day life. You can also use the pen to wright down number plates and attackers descriptions when there still fresh in your mind.

Nero 8 - clicking sound in soundtrackNero ProblemsI'm using Nero 8 Ultra Edition. When putting together a program to be burned to DVD (video/slides & soundtrack), I drop the sound files (WAV & MP3) into the soundtrack in their proper order. The sound files are CD-quality, and play beautifully in Real Player, Windows Media Player, or in my sound editing applications, but once they are placed in a Nero presentation, there is an annoying "ticking" or "clicking" sound superimposed over the audio. Dream Of Mirror Online is a really nice game with good graphics I also adore how the people in the game look. I recomend that if u are gonna play this game is to look for a teacher as soon as u get on there are usually alot of players that are willing to teach new people. The pvp system is interesting too, there are lots of different ways to pvp in the game but it can get very annoying after some time and the people who play alot like to brag =/. The leveling is pretty fast from 0-30. I recomend getting some one to get you into the well and kill globs there til u get to 15 or 16. Also the item mall is very nice it has lots of costumes and game items like Exp+ and higher monster drops each have there own ammount of days like 3, 10, 30, and 90! also they have hour badges. The pets in the game are also loveable (too loveable for some people -.-) I can say that the 1st pet that u would want is a Lily , Ruby, or Sapphier (I wanted a lily of course ^^ >.>). The pets fight for you and even help u in pvp. The game masters are constently comeing up with new events and even show up in normal gameplay. The GMs also assign game sages that help the players in the game and even make events of their own anybody can become a GS its all about reconization from the GMs. This game is something I would really recomend so atlest give it a try.-reply by DOMO player

There are uses...Css Scrollbars In Firefox?Actually, I'm working on a browser based game and the ugly grey scrollbar doesn't do the rest of the design any favors; being able to edit that adds to the asthetics of the interface. True, an "off" button, as with most any features, is a good thing and will let those who absolutely do not want anyone messing with their GUI to preserve their settings. But, the rest of design space shouldn't have to suffer. Allow opt-out or opt-in and give those of us who want the control to have it.

My iPod's just started skipping songs at random points through tracks, hasnt done this before and the files arent corrupt or have any imbedded viruses in them, checked all of that, I have a 120gb ipod classic, I think its the HDD, possibly faulty? if not that then faulty OS software on the ipod to **** it up if its been of shuffle too much! it really is pissing me off as I've only had it about a month. if it carrys on then I'm just taking it back to the apple store,... question..How To Make A Counter Strike 1.6 Dedicated Server I made the server successfully and when I added it to 'favorites' with the IP adress, it appeared.. but the problem which occured is that it says that, "this server is using a newer protocol (48) than your client (47). You should check your client for updates." I guess this server is made for Counter Strike Source instead of Counter Strike Condition Zero. =( Any Help??
