xp access through usb hard drive...bypass loginWhere Does Windows Xp Store Its Passwords ?I had a hard drive crash? virus? Anyhow it was an excuse to build a new machine. My new mother board would not accept IDE hard drives...So I bought two new serieal drives. Now to my question. My old drive was password protected on login...I have tried a IDE to serieal converter...But something in the registry is really bad and windows will not recover or reload. With the converter I have access to all my shared files and pictures...And have transfered them to the new drive. But my user files, that were under the password protected login I can not access. Is there a was to drop the password from this file so I can pull the files I need(I know the password) Mind you I can not load or log into this installation of windows , reading drive as a mass storage USB device. -question by james

Before I say anything I would like to say that I do not follow any religions. When I heard the Mayans had a calendar that was made so long ago that ended on this date it made me curious to look in to it more. When I saw a passage that was posted from the bible on the internet on one of the sites I came across, one of them made me uneasy. What was said in that post of the passage does make sense and something like that is not impossible to happen. I do not believe the religious meaning to it but when you think about it, one day the sun can harm our precious planet and it is not impossible for it to burn to crisp, or as the passage says; "DISSOLVE". Anything can happen. We cannot see the future, we can only guess or believe what we think will happen. We basically need to take care of our little planet, even though it is probably surrounded by many things in the universe that can harm it at any time. We really don't know what is out there and we cannot waste time debating over it because either way we will all have our own opinion. Take care of our Earth and maybe it will take care of us IF December 21, 2012 is doomsday for all of us. WE all need to make changes in the way we treat our planet. Maybe 12/21/2012 isn't doomsday. Maybe something that we could never imagine will happen on that day but for the best of us. hmmmm....Reservation Rewards - A Scam!Well, not to sound like a broken record in here, but I got nailed by that $12 a month bill. My bank gave me the number to RR and I called them. The guy was polite and knew what I wanted before I even finished saying it. I guess they get these calls a lot. He said I should see a refund in 3-5 days. Guess I will keep an eye out for that. But balancing my bankbooks is what caught this and reading my bills including credit card bills. I feel sort of bad for the people who got nailed for months but then again, it is their fault they didn't read or check into their own finances. Oh by the way, I was another Fandango ticket buyer who got fried. Either I will not use them again or next time I will make sure there are no hidden boxes that I am missing to uncheck. There is nothing wrong with being in turmoil when things go wrong in ones life. Being in turmoil, being sad is different then worrying. I feel Christians have this expectation of every time they pray about horrible situations in their lives that it is God's duty and obligation to help every Christian. That is not the case. Biblically that is not the case. We are not promised that God would fix everything that goes sour in our life, we are promised that he wouldn't leave us through it. Its a cute story that you shared about the book you read, but I don't want you to think that God reaches out and provides for all of his children in that way. Their are many people who serve the Lord in ways that the American church will never understand, and they are not privileged enough to have food and shelter. Does this mean they didn't love the Lord as much as those people in your book? Does that mean that God didn't love them as much?? Does that mean that the reason they weren't provided for was because they didn't have enough faith?? No, nothing a human does can deserve the love, faithfulness or help of God. There is nothing that we do to make Him need us or want us. He chooses to love us, in our sin, when we don't deserve any love, any forgiveness, any happiness, any help. Even Christ mourned and weeped after his best friend died. I challenge you to look up what mourning meant in the scriptures. Not through your bible's dictionary but through the hebrew context. Read up on what mourning meant back then, and how Christ mourned. You are absolutely right that we should have faith in God, but not that he will answer our prayers the way we expect him to. Just because he answers our prayers doesn't mean it will be answered with a yes. It's ok to be homeless, it's ok not to have anything. This is a life that God might call certain people. God tells people that these aren't things we should think about, at all. Yet we live in a society that distorts our views and opinions on people living in poverty. Although God says himself that we shouldn't want for money or have any form of love for materials and money, we acknowledge the scripture but deny it by our lifestyles. I wonder sometimes what country Christ would chose to live in. I highly doubt it would be America. We expect to much just because we are humans. All I am saying is that just because you stop worring about your situation, just because you put your faith in God that he knows all and he knows the future, it doesn't mean that anything in your life will change. You might live miserable until the day you die. In fact a lifetime of persecution, tribulation, sadness is what Christians are promised. God isn't our genie. His main purpose in life isn't to put smiles on all his children's faces. His purpose is His own. It is that he would be glorified. I have been through a lot in my life. I have seen things and had things happen to me that most people never will experience. These things bring problems to my life on a daily basis, and those problems lie much much deeper they just worrying. They affect the way I relate to people, the way I talk to people and the way I view life and my spiritual walk. Most people who lived privileged lives would hear me speak and thing that I am depressed. I am not depressed, I just know to much and have seen to much. Because of that I see things and the world much different then the regular human. I place this in God's hands, I do not fret or worry. I have come to terms that even if I spend the rest of my life in anguish and in turmoil over my past that I will never let go of the relationship I have with God. JAR problemsJava Run Without Command Line Or JdeIn my AP Computer Programming class, we were required to program a game in Java. I made a game called TechnoFrogger, which is like normal Frogger in everyway, but there is a mode that can make everything change colors, have the window move around the screen, and of course, play techno music. I've use Eclipse's export as JAR file several times, to try and get the file to work without having to run it in Eclipse SDK. I've encountered some problems. 1. I can't get the file to run off of a double click. I've looked around online and heard of using command prompt and what not to get the file to work like so, and .Bat files and whatnot, but I haven't an idea what to do with that. Or what a .Bat file even is =[ 2. I use some .Dat files in my game, which keep track of the highscores. If I delete these files, the game will run off of a double click. I'd like my game to work with the highscores, but this is all very new to me and my teacher didn't really know what to do with JAR files anyways. Any help would be appreciated. First you must understand the Slice tool. What it does? The Slice tool might be replaced with the crop tool, just right click the icon to select a new tool. When you are ready, set you guides as if you were drawing the tables of a HTML file. Then use the Slice tool to draw boxes within the guides. These boxes will become actual cells in a table. When you are happy with your boxes use the above mentioned method to save for web: ("Ctrl" + "Alt" + "Shift" + "S" or goto File >> Save for Web) Next you will adjust your image qualities and other properties and hit save. That will bring up a new window. HP All In One Printers Are Criminally BadHp- All In One Printer Is Not A Good BuyI suppose I shouldn't complain because my HP All-In-One printer came free with my Mac but it has been such a liability both to me and the environment. In addition to the fact that the printer rarely scans and frequently provides mystifying and apparently unresolvable error messages, I can't believe the amount of money I've been forced to spend on printer cartridges. Clearly this isn't a "free" printer at all. Honestly, shouldn't there be a consumer move for standardization of print cartridges? The tiny amount of ink provided in each HP cartridge, the printer software's insistance on printing alignment pages everytime you have to restart it because of software bugs, the warnings that you are "low on ink" two days after you install a cartridge all make running the HP All In One extremely expensive. Rape ScenesRape ScenesI just found this by accident, I don't no why but I really cannot watch rape scenes. This only seemed to happen to me a few years ago when I hit 18. Maybe I realised that these occurences are real and separated this from fantasy. But I cant even listen to someone getting raped. I was watching a film with my male friend (I am female) a week ago and a rape scene came on and I couldn watch it so I turned away. I was suprised at how recoiled I became and affected and he didnt flitch an eyelid. Its probably a gender thing? I think rape does need to be talked about, and the after effects need to be shown. Most people gain education now days from the TV, so what I am trying to say is yes there is a need, but very very closley policed. Like not glamourised, or if there is not a need for it. Sometimes I feel the actual rape does not need to be shown, we all know what occurs in a rape. The knowledge that someone got rape at times may be enough, I do agree though that actually visually seeing this affects you alot more. It is just a troublesome fact that some may gain ideas from watching rape scenes. But a film cannot get blamed for peoples actions, the individual who carries out these things is to blame. I for one though cannot sit through watching one, I would not stop any others from watching it though, I feel a strong message needs to be put into any film with such criminal and upsetting scenes that justify showing it.
