Overclocking is not as bad, difficult, or hard as most people make it seem. All you'll need is a calculator really. If you have an aftermarket board, just go into the bios and adjust the multiplier and the frequency. Multiply these together and this is total frequency of the processor. After you get it to the desired speed try to boot windows and run processor intensive tasks over an extended amount of time to see if it is a stable clock. If it works then you can up the ante until you find the maximum frequency. You can also increase the voltage in the chip on most aftermarket motherboards to help stabilize the processor if it keeps crashing. Really this is just a matter of trial and error so don't be discouraged. Also a few things to remember: Every single processor is different (even if it the same model), this means that some will reach higher frequencies than others. AMDs reach higher frequencies, but Intels run cooler, so if you have some serious cooling then save some money and go with AMD. Windows Parental Control be Gone...The Problem With Vista's Parental ControlsFolks, one clean way of simply disabling that function is that most people didn't bother thinking of looking at it from a "service" point of view, as in the "Administrative Tools"-"Services" point of view:-) If you're not the administrator of the computer in question though, tough luck. </p><p>Simply go to "Administrative Tools"-"Services" then find "Windows Live Parental Control". Right-click on it and go to "Properties" and at the section "Startup Type" --choose "Disabled". Next go to the tab above named "Recovery" and for all three levels, choose "Take no Action" and voila! </p><p>You may also find in the list of services one that's called simply "Parental Control". Simply do the same thing all over. Once you'll restart your computer, when your startup programs will be loading after your initial Windows Vista login, you will see an error message saying you may not be able to access Internet. BUT YOU ACTUALLY CAN :-) because the service has not only been disabled, but it also has been set as "TAKE NO ACTION", so Windows can't interfere.</p><p>How did I find this out! Well, although I am a control Freak as to what services I want active/inactive in my computer (it DOES have drawbacks sometimes being a control freak, but it also has Benefits! Hehe!) I just thought of it by a fluke random thought actually by double-checking which services were active and found out what I wrote just here. Attempting to boot from an installation DVD hangs on boot. You took out the boot.Iso file, so I can't burn a bootable CD and install from a DVD image on a USB diskdrive (the fastest method of past Fedora installs). Are you trying to kill Fedora and Get us to use Ubuntu? If so, you have a damned good head start on it! Replying to iGuestI used to have the same issue and the problem was with the cookies filtering option being configured at the router/firewall. As you might already now, GMAIL, FACEBOOK etc, use cookies when you enter their sites, so if they are being filtered the sites keeps redirecting until they just log's the user off.Try it or check for it and let me know.Hope this solves you issue..-reply by Ianluis

I hear YouBurn Iso To Hd?Replying to bakr_2k5Replying to bakr_2k5Somebody else is also tired of too much hussle over making iso image to work from somewhere else than bootable cd/dvd.I have looked for software witch would format usb pen drive/hdd so that when I start pc with it, it would display simple menu of the contents of one subfolder in it where I could select one iso image. Then the software would create a fake cd/dvd drive from it but alas... No software like that seems to exist yet.Think about it: no more carrying a case full of cd's and dvd's. Only one usb hdd with all the os installation disk images and utility cd's.

I think vice city is the best gta ever because every aspect of the game shines in its own right. The story is appealing and very well told. While some people may think it's short they obviously haven't completed the wealth of side missions and business opportunities it has to offer. Combined, they have delivered a greatly compelling and exiting gaming experience that san andreas could only dream of delivering. The characters are all layered (Umberto, any one?) and each play an indispensable role in making the whole that is vice city I have spent well half a decade playing this awesome game that constantly surprises me an sucks me in further every time. The sunny weather of palm tree infested haven quickly saved me from what was the dark, grim and rainy reality of GTA III's Liberty City (albeit somewhat improved in LCS). To this day, the thought of riding through Prawn Island on my PCJ-600 with the radio tuned in on Lazlow, while my MP5 spray's lead at the poor man that made the mistake of cutting me off while the sun sets on the horizon still sends shivers down my spine. I will admit however, that due to the misconceptions of Windows Vista, Windows 7 will make Vista go the way of Windows ME (which was a terrible operating system).Now for those who actually know Windows Vista and still hate it (for whatever reason) will hate Windows 7 because 7 is based off the same kernel as Windows Vista. There are a few different features (I haven't used it yet) but for the most part 7 is Windows Vista with less system resources.Now with all that out of the way, I will admit that Vista slows down operations by 5-10%, but for me, that's where the negativity ends. I don’t get how people can complain about the UAC features after SP1. UAC only asks for permission from ADMIN LEVEL actions. If you are constantly doing something that requires ADMIN LEVEL permissions than I have to wonder what you are doing. Even with that, you are asked to take 2 seconds out of your time to click OK. This was put into Windows Vista (and 7) to prevent malware from performing actions on your PC (not to prevent malware itself). If you really hate the UAC you can make it so that it is enabled for your entire session or (worse) turn it off entirely. Another feature that I have found extremely useful which I'll quote Wiki on is: Instant Search (also known as search as you type) : Windows Vista features a new way of searching called Instant Search, which is significantly faster and more in-depth (content-based) than the search features found in any of the previous versions of Windows.[20For those who utilize IPv6, you should love Windows Vista. once a cheaterAbout Coming Back With A CheaterWell, ive been in this situation only not too long ago. Only I chose to forgive my man. For months we both have been recovering step by step and doing OK. Not the easiest thing to do, but we were managing it. Until someone decided to start messing with his head over the phone by telling him that I was a women scorned and is out to reak havick on him. SO NOT TRUE... We have just had the worse 4days of hell. He should have trusted in me and believed in me, but his head space was so messed up, and was so rought with anger that we were accusing each other of such mad stuff, that I fineally packed up his stuff and put it all in the shed, so he could stay there until we could get to the bottom of this God awful mess we were yet facing again... We now have a lead on who it may be, and all along I was telling him it was the other women doing this, but as yet no proof on her, but my gut instinct tells me she;s behind it all, just so we would fight so badly and argue so fircely, that we would break up. So, for now, he is away working for a few days. Time apart will be good for us both. I wrote him a letter, telling him how he has made me feel, and hopefully it may bring him around. It would be so easy to just walk away right now, but we do love each other very much, but with people interfering all the time, its going to make our process of working things out, that much longer to do. So...If you love your man/lady, so much, work on it. Don,t let anyone/anything get in your way. Fight for what you want, and keep the faith alive, talk to eachother, don't keep secrets anymore from one another and go slowly, step by step, and you should overcome any obstacle you both may face in the future...I am hopeful that our story will work out in the long run. Not everyone is always the cheater time and time again. In my case, there are just far too many people without a life of their own, so they feel compelled to interfer with ours. Hi, I had the exact same problem with a magic gate memory card I purchased from ebay (shipped from Hong Kong to Australia). It looked exactly like a genuine Sony memory stick pro duo, but it turns out it was a fake. I purchased a genuine one from a store, that worked with no problems.Sorry that you have had this same problem, it's best to be conservative when buying memory cards online and stick to trusted sellers, even if it costs a litttle more as getting duped ends up costing more in the long run
