virus folder lockedProblem Deleting Empty Folder In Win XPokay so this is the deal. I have my computer (the oneimon right now) and its slowing down and f-ing up in all sorts of ways, plus most of my files I had to delete because of infection, me and my mum thought we got rid of the infection but I've come to realise that these were the sub infected folders, I finally have believebly found the loctation of the virus, I believe its a false file, (C:system Volume Information)for manually searching for it, it cannot be found, and when I go to the search it says "access denined, file is locked" or something along the lines. I do have complete admin access and I have gone to the admin account to try to access it. I just need help on how to get rid of it. We have tried formating but unfortunatly this is a dell computer, a friend fixed it up and we need that disk to reformate it, all other disks are locked out or something, my mum tried not me so I don't really know. so if you have any ideas to help I would be very very greatful. -reply by Bree

Computer wonNvidia Display Driver ProblemHi, I hope someone can help. I just bought a NVidia 8600 GT 256MB PCI-E video card. I removed the old card that came factory on my Dell Dimension 5100, but when I plug the computer in it acts like there is an error. The fan on the new NVidia card starts blowing, but the computer reads errors on the front panel like there is a memory error of some kind. It simply won't recognize it. I went to NVidia's site and downloaded the latest drivers and put them in a folder in my C Drive. I then tried to run the NVidia setup program, but it gives me an error that says setup will end because there is no hardware compatible with the drivers. Well, duh. I can't see to install the stuff after the new card is in because the computer won't run the new card because presumably the driver is not installed. But I cannot install the driver because the card is not in. Arrrgh! Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I really want to get this card up and working, as my old one, I think, is going out and causing my system to really run hot when any graphic heavy program or website is up. Thanks! -reply by Shane

I suggest that you get to cmbt 50-60 and go kill green drags. get the anti-drag shield, and anti -fire pots, this combo will negate all of the GREEN drags fire, when you kill them ONLY PICK UP THE BONES you will make twice as much, than picking up both the bones and the hides. if you are below lvl 50 I would reccomend a cannon. -reply by Robert

GMX.com stay away!Gmx MailI went to GMX.Com (Gestapo Mail Xchange) on the horrible and yet consistently misleading advice of an ?About.Com? staff writer and I registered, got the confirmation link, went to sign in and I was blocked from ever entering. I was told my account had been blocked - no reason given. After going to the forums and trying to find out why my new account has been blocked I found out that it?s common practice for GMX.Com to do what they call ?Security sweeps? and block random users suspected of being spammers. Also, after writing to the the company my secondary e-mail address I used as a password verification/recovery was spammed beyond belief. After begging them to delete the ?never? used account I received an email asking for copies of my personal information, drivers license, student I.D. And so on. The Email had a copy of my original complaint & concerns about not being able to log in as well as my login name.
