Unlike most forums, Xisto depends on hosting credits. If you decide to take a year off, make sure you have 365 hosting credits or more or else your account will be suspended when you come back. So you can take as many days off as you want, but just make sure you have above 4 when you decide to do so, or your account will be suspended.

Okay, I'm going to give you a mini-tutorial on PHP using the little question mark thing that you're asking. Ready? 1. Create a file named testphp.php 2. Open testphp.php and copy and paste the following: <?php $myname = $_GET["name"]; echo "Hello, " . $myname . "!\n\nEnjoying your first PHP page?";?>3. Save testphp.php4. Upload testphp.php onto your cpanel. I'd put it inside your public_html folder but no deeper than that. 5. Now, in your browser, go you http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/, and you should see .Remember to change yourdomain in the URL above to yourdomain You can even change "ohmybosh" in the URL to some other name, and see the effect. Cool, huh?

You can join the Flickr community. I've never used it, but I've seen what it can do, and it's awesome. All the photos there are Flash, just like you want it, too! Good luck!

Don't worry about your account. If you are going to be idle for half a month like you said, and you have 30 credits, then you will only have 15 when you come back, so your account will still be safe. If you have lower than 4 hosting credit days, then your account will be suspended, and if you have lower than negative 30 hosting credit days, then your account will be terminated, and all your files will be gone.In other words, you're safe.

Mp3 Players? Creative Zen? Ipod? I river? O_O
snlildude87 replied to Donegal's topic in Science and Technology
I'd recommend getting an iRiver. If you don't mind carrying an extra ounce or so, the iRiver is a much better choice than the cliche iPod because the former is much more user friendly - or rather, the GUI is so much better than the iPod's. The iRiver has a color interface, and many more options such as recording, and storing data files, so besides being a music player, the iRiver can also be a storage medium. Get the iRiver. -
Johnny's Random Facts: #1 Part 1 of my interesting facts

Umm, I just think that they should help the people who attempt suicide. I mean, why would a person try to kill themself? The answer to that is most likely "because they're depressed." Well, if we can get them passed that depressed stage, there would no need to have to kill failed suicide attempters.... -
New Custom Bbcodes For This Board
snlildude87 replied to miCRoSCoPiC^eaRthLinG's topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
Well, the only one you guys can't use is the note thing, but there is a feature in Invision Power Board where you could store your notes: http://forums.xisto.com/index.php?&app=core&module=global§ion=login&do=form Scroll down to "Your personal note pad", and you should see a little text box to store anything you wish there. Have fun! -
Haha, you have a lot of catching up to do.Oh, and what Nils said, Xisto now has better packages that require less hosting credits - 20 MB of space and 500 MB of bandwidth for 10 hosting credits and 150 MB of space and 5 GB of bandwidth for only 30 hosting credits.Anyways, have fun with the better Xisto!

You got warned on the 27th. You can see who warned you, when they warned you, and what they warned you for by clicking on the percentage of your warn, or in your case, 10%. It says that you did not quote something... Whenever I give someone a warn, I always PM them to let them know that they are getting warned, so they way, they won't be as surprised when they see their level raised, but the depends on the person - whether they want to warn or not.

Silver Ps2 Limited Edition omg another ps2
snlildude87 replied to Raptrex's topic in Computer Gaming
Haha, at first, I thought this thread was about a silver PSP, but it turned out to be a silver PS2. I guess the former wouldn't be a bad move by Sony if they decide to make one, eh?About the PS2, doesn't it kinda look like a spray painted PS2? -
You could try http://ocremix.org/. It has all the game songs remixed, so you'll find some awesome songs there - no voices or anything. Just music the way to want it. I recommend the Tetris music. Simply awesome.

.tk domains, in my opinion, are really bad. They are unprofessional because everyone knows that only amateurs use them to redirect or mask their site to give visitors the impression that they have a domain name. I'd recommend spending 10 dollars a year (the most) and getting a .com, .info, .org, .net, or .travel. After the year is over, spend another 10 bucks and renew it. If you think about it, it's not that expensive since the average kid gets more than 10 bucks for his birthday and special holidays such as Christmas. resicuatro.mariocircuit.com is way too long. I would probably never remember it, but that's just me.

Johnny's Random Facts: #1 Part 1 of my interesting facts
snlildude87 replied to Johnny's topic in General Discussion
I've heard the one about the Superman in Seinfeld before, but I don't watch it enough to have any proof. Want random facts? My site displays random facts from a list of 1000+ facts! ( http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ ) Refresh to get more. -
I know exactly how you guys feel. One day, I was staying up finishing my outline for my paper (2 pages). I neglected to save because I thought to myself, "Hey, I could never accidently exit out of this, right?" Wrong. The next thing I knew, I had a million windows, out and my taskbar was filled up, so I started exiting out of programs. Guess what? I exited my outline, and it was midnight! I had to stay up to write the darn thing again. I guess this is partly my fault because I did not want to save, but I also learned something else from this - bring back my keylogger. That thing helps so much because you could easily retrace your steps!
