  1. You can't view the shoutbox because you used a cuss word. However, I think you have served your punishment, and therefore, I think that you should be unbanned, but I do not know how to do that.Try to contact an admin, and see if they could help you be unbanned from the shoutbox.
  2. I know what you're talking about. The new Adidas shoes will set you back 250 USD, and in my opinion, I think it's worth it. These shoes have a built in processor (about 40 mhz) which can measure how fast you run, how far you run, and cool stuff like that. I forgot the name of it though... Read about it here: https://www.engadget.com/2005/03/22/adidas-1-review/
  3. Awesome! I'm gonna save that pic because I'm trying to collect all the google images. I started since the summer olympics.
  4. Flash games for your cell phone?! They must be about 100px by 100px or less. Plus, you have the slow loading times because most cell phone today have connections less than 56K or dialup....Of course, the speed and quality of these flash games will soon increase.
  5. You would have to look into PHP sessions. That should help you a bit on your search. Since I have no clue about PHP sessions, maybe google can point you into the right direction.
  6. This thread does not have anything to do with its title. All you're doing is posting about the features of high end web developement and graphic softwares....
  7. Australians and Americans are nothing alike. First of all, the two countries are half way around the world of each other. Also, the similar taste in food, movies, and business are the same thing for almost every country. Think about it. Baseball was Americans' sport. It was America's pasttime, but now, almost every country plays baseball. An example of a country is Cuba.Second, you see fast food restaurants everywhere. One time, I went to Vietnam, and I saw all fast food restaurants that I have seen in the United States - McDonald, Burger King, Wendy's. This is because businesses need a large audience in order to make money, and I don't blame them for going to other countries to sell their things. The only similarity I can think of between America and Australia are the language - both countries speak English....
  8. After downloading a windows update, it has crashed my computer 0 (zero times). That's because my computer has a fast processor on Windows XP. And on the poll topic, you should have made a better question, or a clearer question, in my opinion, because you asked if windows has crashed one's computer...not how many times one's computer has crashed due to a windows update. And then in the choices, you listed the many Windows Operating Systems, so the people who have viewed this page have no clue what this poll is on, therefore, they leave. I have not had a windows crash on Windows XP.
  9. Actually, Google Webaccelerator is spyware. Check it out: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
  10. A noob, or n00b, or newbie is a person who is new to something, such as a game, a forum, or something else on the Internet. They tend to ask questions that have been answered thousands of times already.
  11. I'm closing this thread because the problem seemed to be solved. Make a new thread if a new problem arises.

  13. Spanish teachers. I believe one of them was born in Latin America, but two of them were born in the US, but all three have masters degree in the field. By the way, I did not get a chance to ask them today because we had a Spanish writing final. beeseven, I did not write "est?s", but I wrote "esta", and I specifically said that I did not put the accent marks in any of the words that needed accent marks. So, "esta" (which is what I have) should be "est?". Just to repeat, I did not put accent marks on any of the words that needed accent marks, but just to appease you, I'll do it right now.
  14. You could try ebaumsworld.com....Also, you could try making your own funny videos because there are a lot of similar videos floating around the web, so you could get loads of visitors if you offer original content.
  15. Hmm, when you said you got a 404 error...is it like the standard 404 error that you see on Apache servers? If so, then you have successfully set up an Apache server on your computer or else you would receive a message saying that localhost could not be found (or something similar)... If you get the message above, then try entering in "localhost" in your browser's address bar, and tell me if it works.
  16. You don't have to worry about that. Considering the program is from Google and all, you can be sure that it will not contain spyware. First, I think it should have an End User License Agreement that you have to read. If a program has spyware, it has to say that it has spyware or else the program is illegal. Second, there are tons of anti-spyware applications out there that can easily get rid of the spyware if Google decides to put it in their applications. In other words, don't worry about spyware.
  17. I don't think the site exists anymore because I tried going to it on my school's computer, but it doesn't work - some sort of DNS error or something....
  18. Thanks. Did you Start on my Apache by clicking on xampp-control.exe in c:\apachefriends\xampp? Did you save testphp.php in your c:\apachefriends\xampp\htdocs folder? Did you enter in LOCALHOST/testphp.php in your browser's address bar? Your welcome.
  19. When installing it, did you read the End User License Agreement (EULA)? Because when I installed KaZaA, I decided to stop and read it because someone came to my school and told us (he said it would be pretty interesting), and also, someone actually got real money because he read it.Anyway, as I was reading the EULA, I found some pretty interesting stuff that came with KaZaA, so I deleted the install application from my computer and got myself a better peer-to-peer application.
  20. That's an awesome flash file! However, I saw a photo album that was simpler, but cooler than that. "necessary" (and no, dictionaries or spell checkers were not involved) Yeah, cPanel has loads of stuff that can make a novice look like a good webmaster because of all the scripts and preloaded programs in cPanel. I wouldn't recommend making a Flash album because most users probably do not have flash installed on their computer, and they probably don't want to go through the hassle of installing it. Also, flash takes quite a long time to load, and if you have tons of images in your gallery, that just makes your visitors leave especially if they have a slow connection. Also, as opposed to a regular image gallery, you can't save the pictures with Flash, and worst of all, the entire flash movie has to load in order for one to see it. Notice from snlildude87: Fixed my grammar. Stupid subject-verb agreement
  21. Same here. I guess that's because I try to be as sociable as possible (and funny), so people will like me...Also, it's because my school has strict policies on fights and bullying, too, and I'm also guessing that Nate lives in Europe (possible the Britain?) where the policy is different...
  22. One person agrees with me. Yay. I did not conjugate estar wrong because I mentioned that I did not put the accent marks on some of the verbs (I don't know the ASCII numeric value for the accents, and I accidently deleted my Microsoft Character Map ). Thanks for your reply. Edit: Fixed my grammar.
