I have to agree ESET is much better and less annoying. It pops up minimum messages and good with virus protection. I don't know if anyone found and clean viruses or spyware with MSE. If anyone did found out let me know i want to know if they can find viruses which are only found by other antivirus(specific).

It is like C with OOP concepts and ability to run on web. What i didn't like about GO:- Port for Windows is not out yet(linux/bsd/apple ports are available)- Syntax is similar to C, nothing new and effective in it(i mean if it's new from scratch they could have taken ruby or python for syntax design)- Still in development, limited scope as of nowThough it is from google so i expect it will be more powerful later as more and more people start to contribute and bug test it. But seriously, it has long way to go and i think it is released too early. They could have released with all ports in mind.

NULL script is not allowed to be hosted on xisto servers. It is one of the surest way to getting banned from xisto and in extreme cases you'll even get trouble from company whose product you're using as null script. Don't suggest people to warez,NULL script software. If they're smart enough they'll find out and as far as rules are concerned it is illegal. And can you tell me Orkut script is available as NULL ? Where on earth Google sell orkut script at first place that it is NULLed by some warez ?

I have quick question on this topic, i hope others can answer it. Recently i registered for google apps and also for google mail. And after uploading file on server my google mail for domain was started. The problem i found is that domain is like this : mail.google.com/a/domain.com and for my earlier domains for which i did setup from Xisto - Support area have it like this: mail.domain.com. Now how can i make mail.domain.com for this one ? Do i need to register subdomain for this to get it redirected to that big URL ? Or is there any way i can make subdomain path ?

From trailer i can see the scenes and special effects are good. Also there is john cusack in the movie. So with acting movie is going to be a great experience. I like his acting ever since 1408 movies hits the theater. And that is the reason i'm going to watch the movie. I don't know why you don't like disaster movies bu i found disaster movies good,provided that there is some good story plot behind. Again it's personal choice though.

As far as i know most of the illegal stuff is hosted on premium accounts. And as they're paying rapidshare is not taking that content down. In some extreme cases you can find such account getting deleted. Rapidshare is just file hosst, so in one way or the other they'll make money and there is nothing wrong with that as long as they give good services. I have seen many forums and blogs offering rapidshare 1 month or two months account for free. With some work for them ofcourse. Instead of rapidshare i have fund windows skydrive,4shared,ifileit, mihd sites much better performer than rapidshare. Rapidshare is not offering more than what these services are already offering. So why host files at rapidshare ? Instead mediashare,zidou could be profitable as they give some revenue share as well.

I have got account to google wave but i have no clue that how to invite others. I didn't find any options to invite others on google wave. If anybody knows how to invite others option if exist then let me know. I want to invite others to use wave with me. Without that i can't review this service. So anyone have any clue how to send invite to others ?

I think if this is the case then one should upgrade to win 7 instead of vista. That because any person using xp or vista is going to upgrade/fresh-install to win 7 anyway. Besides vista is too buggy and low on performance. Many softwares crash on vista. Problems with vista are more and we can just keep on listing them. I think win 7 is better choice but it's best to fresh install OS than upgrading it.

I was not aware of that 000webhosts deletes accounts with chat scripts and clan scripts. Perhaps it's too much of restriction. Or maybe they're deleting accounts which are using null scripts ? Did you used NULL scripts on your account ?

Here is one software that can let you change the wallpaper on desktop periodically. If you use another utility like webshots then chances are you'll get wallpaper that changes with season. I guess this is what you're looking for.

I think most of the moderators here do create threads. Serverph comes up with threads regularly. But he's not regular anymore. I think most of the moderators do come up with thread. And coming up with tutorial threads is not so easy. One needs to come up with research and lots of data. So it becomes difficult to come up with tutorials. If member has any problem then it's easy to post reply in tutorial way to him. But i find it hard to come up with tutorial threads.Other than tutorial threads, i find moderators come up with review threads. Saint_micheal comes up with review threads frequently. Other moderators also post review threads. Making threads requires two things one is interest in continuing discussion and second one is member interested in having discussion. Either of them can help create new threads for moderators or members.

For Pro ? I want to know what pro features are in phpbb which are not in SMF. I mean what qualifies for pro features ? And i didn't find any professional recommending or using phpbb3 for their own use. Most of novice & theme designers are into phpbb. I'm interested in finding pro features in phpbb now.

You'll not get exact clone scripts. But you can search for some scripts. I found this while surfing. You may want to search for facebook clone script string or orkut clone script string. That way you'll get many results. You can even edit buddypress and make it look like orkut. You can also use ning to be like orkut. There are many such scripts which are directly or indirectly be used as clone scripts. Check sites like scriptcopy, that will help you get some start in your search. (Personal suggestion: code on your own with php that way you'll able to patch security issues).

@Shashikant, why don't you use jar2exe ? It is one good way of using it with jar files. With jar files you can use jar2exe to convert your files to exe. There are many other installer and software that can create executable or installer for jar files. Check google.

@misstake101, You need to post 5-8 posts to start earning mycent. Mycent's will be created if your Xisto - Support billing account is linked with Xisto forums. If you've linked it properly i.e using same email address to register at forums and Xisto - Support.com/billing site. Then you'll find your mycents credited and shown into your profile box here and into your profile.P:S- You're not allowed to use affiliate links in signatures or posts. Lol, @nameless_ smiley can't be the reason to benchmark any forum. Smiley pack on smf can be used on other forums as well. So i think that is not the way to compare the forums. New SMF have better smiley and icon pack. You can check out that as well. Not all people like the new smiley pack though. I like the icon pack used in new SMF. And i have to agree with the_simpleton, it is hard to install. Though most of the hosts have the installer in them for installation of PhpBB. There are some host which still requires manual installation of the phpbb and smf. In both ways of installation, SMF is fast and easy to use.

Ah it is solved i guess. Anyway, you should use softaculous or fantastico to install drupal, joomla, and wordpress. These installers are fast and do the hardwork for you. You should only think of phpmyadmin if you don't have these installers and your cpanel is not supporting current version of drupal in softaculous or fantastico.I just checked your site "Charmaine Lo". Is that your real name ? Anyway, i'll learn more about you on your new blog. Start writing over there now.

As far as i know i find phpbb very hard for newbies. I like smf,vb,ipb much easy to operate. If you want you can try mybb,punbb if you've doubts about phpbb. I think phpbb have more security issues and found many forums getting hacked because of that. If you've other options than these two then consider some names mentioned earlier in this post by me.

I think you didn't earned 100mycents which are equal to 1$. Once you do that you'll see it is getting credited at Xisto - Support account. After getting your account credited check the billing site. 1. Yes, it's upto us to interpret what is violence. Simple FPS game that hunts duck is also violence.2. Yes, in asia you can't sell video games that have religious names/characters and sexual content. More over even in Europe/US there are some laws that stops people from making sexual content games and of content that is abusive. 3. Depends. Spending more than 4-5 hours everyday have an bad-effect on health and mind. In rany season can't help it. People stick to games as they've no options.4. Yes, earlier movies and tv series used to make people stick to sofa. But now people can differentiate between drama and reality. But now games world is new and it's hard for them to differentiate so after decade or so, some generations will get used to it as habit.

Without ads it's hard to survive. Graphics and media is surviving just because of ads. Many people have their jobs in ad/marketing and sales world. Without promotion it's hard to get your name or product across world. So ad is the only thing that can go viral. So ads are necessary. If google drops ad then they'll be into product and support function. Just like some other big-guys in software and services. But it'll be harder to make money that way. So i think ads are necessary be it for google or for bing or for yahoo.

New Curve is very cool and with few modifications in it you'll have much better theme. Themes are also easily customizable(Provided that you've some times and idea in mind). Also openID support is now fixed so i can expect some more members login in with that on my forum. Let's see i have long design plan in mind, maybe i'll start from scratch or will design from curve theme.

SMF anytime. Learning curve is easy. MODS are enough to protect from spammers and have some extra functionality. And for newbies it is easy to use the interface and there are some good themes available as well. New curve theme is easy to modify and make new images. PhpBB is very hard to use. Especially newbies will find hard to create new boards. MODS are more in number than smf & mybb. Security fixes are too many and makes a bigger issue.

Modification is not necessary atleast 3-4 months. Then i guess you need to take benefit of new theme and forum features. 1.1.10 will be there supported for 2-3 months. But then after that i guess you've to upgrade and modify forum anyway. Still there is old theme supported by new SMF. I'm in search of custom theme makers now. Any suggestions ?
