I think it means that Church business remains the business of the Church and the affairs of the government remains just that of the government. Here in the Philippines during the time of the Spanish occupation (1521-1898) there is a thing called the Union of Church and State wherein the Governor-General has religious powers and can therefore practice religious privileges and he can mandate certain policies using the Church as a way to make the people submit to the government. Today of course is totally different. The Church still has a say on the government but religious functions aren't given to the leaders of the state only to the religious leaders. The government as well can't mandate the Church to do as what the leaders have instructed. That's why they on't always agree on certain issues. An example is the use of contraceptives as a means of birth control which is being encouraged by the state but is abhored by the Church. Is this a school assignment?

One of my favorite movies is The Royal Tenenbaums. I like the whole 70's themed costumes and music so I guess it is my best film soundtrack ever. My favorite artists there are The Ramones (Judy is a punk) and Paul Simon(Me and Julio down by the schoolyard). It's great fun to listen to.

If you're going to learn web development I suggest you start off with learning basic HTML since html is the main foundation of all other web scripts. From HTML you can then try to learn JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) since these two will help you in manipulating the HTML codes to make your site look and act like what you have planned. JavaScript is a client-side scripting language only, meaning the script gets interpreted by the visitor's browser only. Dealing with server-side scripting language is the next logical step since its very probable that you'll deal with online databases. The scripting language I can recommend is PHP. I'm also a novice in PHP but I find it to be very useful and not that difficult if one has HTML background. With a server-side scripting language, a database management system is also important. I recommend using MySQL since it works hand in hand with PHP. MySQL uses the basic sql statements in querying data in the databases. Hope this helps! Hope this helps.

I had a cjb account before and I think it works by entering your site (your real address/url ) and cjb.net cloaks your real address and replaces it with any domain name you like. For example my Xisto url is http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and I want to cloak it to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ using cjb, all I do is enter my site url in cjb.net and provide the domain name I like, in this case popculturejunkie. I'm from the Philippines and I had never been out of the country. I have lots of money I'll travel somewhere in Europe with my family. I like Italy and France because I think they have great history, culture and food!

there's only one pc in our house and most of the time I'm the only one who uses it. My brother when he was still studying shared it with me but now it's all mine. It's nothing impressive, just a generic PC with normal accessories.

I don't think I'd plan on having a tattoo. For one thing, I don't have an attitude to match with it. I don't even have any piercings besides the ones in both my ears when I was little. I just feel like with my luck, I'd end up hating the design that I thought would look cool before having it.

I have a 15" monitor and when I bought it I had it on an 800 x 600 resolution. Now I set it to 1024 x 768 because I think my screen looks better. When I try setting it back to 800 x 600, everything looks a bit off and weird somehow. My eyes had adjusted to the higher resolution so I'm sticking to it.

I don't hate smokers, only those who smoke to fit in or because they think it's cool. I think I actually need a cigarette right now. I don't smoke smoke but I feel like ruining my life and since they say a stick of cigarette takes off 3 days of your life then I really need one.

I'm no good in making sigs (as you can see in my last attempt) but I think they're pretty good. Sig 1 I like because you've used a few animations. I think the text is a bit off but over-all, I think it's nice. Sig 2 is simple but it's okay. I don't like too flashy ones anyways.

Exercise? I think I'm nearly fat so I do need a lot of not just stretching but sweating. I'm very lazy though, I live near our university campus but I still commute! Talk about lazy! Well anyways I plan on waking up early now so that I could walk to school. It would save me money and I know that walking on sunshine brings color to my cheeks so...

I usually eat a lot but when I'm blue I eat even more! I rely on comfort food to make me feel better and that usually works! Also, I try to go to the mall or I just walk to clear my head and be enlightened. Music is good too!

I think google and most search engines rankings depend on location and frequency of the searched words. a) Location. If you search for 'Rocket Science', the pages with the words 'Rocket Science' on top of the page like a header, for example, gets displayed on top or is ranked higher in the search results. Frequency. If a page displays the searched words frequently then it is likely to be ranked higher in the search results.Of course putting meta tags still helps and being linked by other sites is a bonus also.

I kinda like Frontpage since it's easy to use if you know any other MS Office products. I started out using it and up to now I still do my layouts there since I find doing the tables and cells in Frontpage easier compared to Dreamweaver. Once I'm done with the layout I add the behaviors and other javascripts using Dreamweaver. Personally, I think these two softwares work best together. They don't need to be compared.

I'm so lazy and I haven't cleaned up my desktop in weeks! In my desktop there's a text files with a nacho cheese sauce recipe and lyrics of Kelly Clarkson's 'Behind these hazel eyes', a picture I saved probably from the internet, a background picture from a 'One tree hill' website and a bunch of other files that clutter my desktop. How does your desktop compare with mine?

Apparently the Philippines is the texting (sending SMS on mobile phones) capital of the world. I don't think I'm a texting addict but I do send a good number of text messages everyday. I usually forward cute, inspiring and funny messages to my friends and family and most of the time these messages are typed this way It just makes the message more interesting but I don't do it on formal emails or urgent messages.

I like the one in http://solidhelium.com/ better just because I thought the lighter shade of blue complements the background color. It's so nice and clean! I wish I can make professional-looknig websites like that one! Kudos to whoever did it!

I think there is already a site where you can submit sample templates to the site for visitors to view. If someone likes it for their own use, they'll contact you and pay you to do their website/s. I forgot the name of the site but I'll try to ask my friend about it and I'll post it if I already know. (Is this a WINK smiley?)If you're thinking of starting a site like the one I mentioned, I agree with what the others said to charge a relatively cheaper price. Starting your own site might be a bit of a drag since you have to worry about modes of payment, secured transactions and all those pesky things. So you might have your work cut out for you.
