I did a really quick search on google and noticed all the info is there. I don't want to waste space here copying and pasting all the links. Reason being that it wasn't just one software program or just one post production company that worked on the movie. Here's an example http://www.massivesoftware.com/ is what was used to the huge battle scenes. But there are much much more. Hope this helps.round

I don't like either. Haven't upgraded to mac os x so both aren't really working for me right now. Tried to listen into air america and my old version of media player, and real player don't work. It's kinda of a pain because there's no way to get a feed going at home. round

i use fetch really one of the best for the mac. although since i upgraded it's started corrupting image files which it's never done before. Something to do with making sure that the file format is really set before uploading and downloading. Before I was just able to set it on auto and everything was ok. Not sure if anyone else has started having the same problem. round

Well one of the best ways to figure out what an html editor does, and what it can do for you is to download a demo version of any of the ones that were mentioned above to see which one you like best. I mean they all get the job done, but you may find one that you can work with best. Dreamweaver is the one that most accepted. It's the one that i've had to work with on the job. I've worked in web design for over 6yrs now. working inhouse with design companies and web companies and the accepted standard is dreamweaver. But it's not the easiest out there right now. Also this depends on how much time and effort your willing to put into it. No matter what people say to be a good designer, would mean that you have an interest in design. Not everyone out is a good designer. round

i believe the problem is that your rotating a picture which is probably 72 dpi. If you rotate one that's at 150 or 300 or even higher the quality is much better. shame though because that also means that you would have to create your images at a much hight dpi.round.

most of the bands you mentions used to be good and haven't put out anything good in years. Green day isn't the best but they're all right in concert. At least the like to tour and have fun, not so much about money like the stones. round

thanks for the help. I finally figured out what was going on. For some reason it, the server, didn't like the file format. Not sure how it got changed but when i just copied the includes and files into a file that was working everything just disappeard. Strange but true. round.

I just noticed that some moderators have been here less time, then let's say - me - and have even less posting then let's say - me -. How does that work. I'm not saying all of them but some do. I always though that to be a moderator you would have to here awhile and actually be real active member of this community.

When i added php included to a page, it produced this really really weird garbage text befor and after the table i have on the page. I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else. Not sure what's producing the gargabe, i mean it's only a couple of characters, and i've gone through everything and can't find anything. The other thing is that i can, and have gotten rid of it by getting rid of the text befor the php include code which isn't a solution becasue i want to keep the meta's and title on the page.this is what the garbage looks likethanks for the help. round

Signature Problem this one is a new one
round replied to round's topic in Websites and Web Designing
my god this place really makes me laugh. I mean especially the posting right above. Most people's sig's have really nothing to do with their posting either. The link is just that, a link to my site. No promotion here, and i have better ways of generating traffic than just adding it to a couple of posting i make here(posting i make only to maintain space here).round -
Did you ever manage to fix your problem? the link above isn't working so i'm assuming that you haven't uploaded your index page or that you just named it something else. Getting a webpage up and running is really the easiest thing in the world get working.round.trap17.com

I've just recently been told by some moderator that i should stop putting a text link to my site, hosted here becasue i could give my extra posting credits and that i should use a signature instead. Has anyone here ever had that told to them. It was a pretty message though but one line written all in red saying that i should not ignor this message.Oh look not going to sign this one at all. I don't want to get in trouble. This that kills me though is that so many people are spamming here now. I've made several complains about people posting online gaming links telling everyone how easy it is to make money playing online. crazy.

What You Like? What would you like to see...
round replied to tuddy's topic in Science and Technology
Being a web designer, i'm not exactly sure what you mean about coming a long way with website design. It just seems like there's much more or nothing out there right now. tons useless websites, huge ones running really slow scripts. And the large companies don't print anything anymore or give you anything anymore, they just ask you to go to website and float around there until you find the right driver for whatever it is that you bought. Now what would i invent? Well things to block or erase stuff. Like my tv for example. I would like to be able to block tv shows completely, so that they never show up on the guide at all. You know only have what you want to see come up when you flip throught the channels. whatever anyway i have to get back to work http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ -
Oh by the way Elle, Paulina, Cyndi, Christie Turlington, Stephamie Seymour, Linda, Evangalista, Naoni Campbell are all smokers and have been for years. I think the only one of the bunch which had to stop is christie cause some breathing problems. But the thing is that they're all top models and have perfect skin. Smoking has nothing to do with skin stuff, genetics has.

Email Clients Which One Do You Trust For Security?
round replied to Anndi's topic in Security issues & Exploits
i'm not sure but i haven't really needed any added security. I working on a mac and there aren't any viruses out there for us. But i'm assuming here that the worry is viruses. I would say, if you have the cash, then by a mac round -
actually i think the more accepted format in my opinion is php, javascript and flash. The rest is really just not worth the bother. XML is only reasonable for pulling dynamic objects into flash, seems like the easiest way to do it, but not for web design. I still believe the html has it's place on the web especially when your dealing with very very small sites. The larger the site the more painful it is, changing menu's on a hundred pages bla bla bla. Anyway have a great time here, i did, but i think i'm on my way out... round

My New Template made it in photoshop
round replied to DjLuki's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
i'm not sure but your templates are really just one template. the colors are the, which are bad by the way. Play around alittle more and the layout is the same for both tempales. Why not try something much more interesting like move the links to the other side. Just a thought. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ -
my god all this crazy talk in the forms lately! i would rather no one had these damn things. they're not a good thing, and they've proved themselves to be very very unstable for like ever now. I would ask why would anyone want to waste that kind of money on such programs. They could move ahead and spend much more money one even more dangerous weapons. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

i really hate non smokers who like to go on rants about smokers, talking about all the dangers associated with smoking. Last time i checked smoking was not a death sentence. Your more likely to get cancer if you smoke but it's really no garantee. Oh but wait car exhast will kill in a not so sealed room, and also pollutes the whole world not just your own little one. I guess we all have to put with other peoples vices. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

I'm not sure what you mean. but there are some really great and easy to install and configure php scripts that you could use. I would suggest that you do a quick search on google.

Which One Is Better As A Secure Os?
round replied to RemoteConnection's topic in Security issues & Exploits
I really believe that the more popular the os the more likely it is to be hit by hackers. I mean no one really hits the mac os but then again it costs a ton for the mac. so it's not likely that kids really can afford to buy one. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ -
