It's not bad I just think that you should keep all your background colors bright - the sun may be better a bit lighter in color. Another aspect would be having the background gray and black while the foreground is bright.

Just don't overdo the tags! And be sure to validate your site's tags before you stick them in!

Well, I don't see why it exists in the first place, but if its enforced strictly enough, then sites would be forced to move or shut down. It helps those of us who have problems with spelling or punctuation who often visit sites they didn't intend to visit. But having a legal seperation and no reason to hide your trade would only increase the amount of sites that carry this on. Personally, I don't know why people look over things like that. Slavering over a human body and all - it's just what we all have anyway.

I think it would be better as a hover-car. Otherwise, it's as bad as any of the other contraptions that combine every technology existing into a compact package. For a car to fly very far and use that much energy, it would need to be bigger, with larger engines. The fuel would need to be fuel efficient or we'd have a larger pollution problem in not too long. Added to that, there would have to be limits to how high the car could however to avoid it slamming into buildings or anything else. They'd need specialized highways or some form of construction. This might be a great idea for our army or for the police to negotiate rugged terrain or catch runaway criminals. But they wouldn't be able to travel very far without becoming bulky. And that's all I can come up with right now.

True, the makeup is really heavy, and the tears look unnatural but not bad :/ - you still need to make smaller images or link it off the site so it won't make the page load slowly...or slower.

You can change it from your browser. If you're using Firefox, either the scroll wheel on your mouse (if you have a wheel mouse) or Ctrl + + will increase the size. Ctrl -- will reduce it. On Internet Explorer, you can go through the toolbars to change the size - both of these will affect the layout.

My dad works with NASA and they still use FORTRAN, Basic, C, and some other primordial languages. Then again, he has to learn Java, ASP, Perl, and Visual Basic on top of those.

We don't have <i>the</i> most advanced weapons in the world. And personally, China has a lot more manpower and a government that can force drafts because of it. Besides, where would we fight? If we went overseas, we'd have to face the wrath of South Asia. If they came over here, they would likely get swarmed by Britain, France, and maybe some other places. Everyone knows a battle on the homefront is the hardest.

Frames together are all minced to pieces by different browsers. PHP includes are the way to go and they're really easy to put in your document. Added to that, they don't take up much space at all. Even if you're bad at HTML or PHP, you can figure it out.

I barely touch paint anymore. Fireworks and Photoshop are the only tools of my trade. I mean, paint barely cuts it for anything. Things made in paint are sloppy and low quality, most of the time. Ten years ago, it was a breakthrough.

Spiffy...although I like playing the game in real life. It gives you an air of competition...and it's cheat proof. Neither slow internet nor opponents you don't even know can screw with your game. And best of all is feeling each move before you make it which is quite awesome.

I personally like Flash but I'm inept at making animations. I made a camel once in 7th grade or so and that was the end of it. Also because I'm an intense perfectionist and I always end up doing something to the file before I save it...AKA deleting frames.

Well, now that I know that side of it, I agree. It is low. After all, it's not like you were aiming at him (at least I hope you weren't :/). I do know a couple of people like the guy you're talking about and I've found that if you treat them with a bit of kindness instead of indifference, you're much better off.
