are you sure you just havent CHMODed the the file whatever one it is?make sure everything is set to the right permission.i dont think we have permission to edit the php.ini file as far as i no, but theres always the .htaccess file.

i hardly know the basics of php and i dont no anything about mysql besides how to set up a database and that.i cant help you with your problem.im not saying you HAVE to use xampp, i just like it better (ive used both). but if your actually making a server then your meant to install the real things separately.

readme, instead of double and triple posting, your meant to edit your post. you should try xampp, its got apache, mysql, php, phpmyadmin, openssl and an smtp server and a few other things in one. its from apachefriends.org, let me just find the site... https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html im gathering youll want to choose the windows one? click the windows link and download the full one, not the lite edition.

yeah your still !ASTAHOSTED (lol)it probably doesnt work too well.i reckon a computing hosted group would be a good idea. its still a xisto site so that shouldnt be a bother. and its only 1 more group, i go on another forum with about 20 groups (most of them are paid subscription though)

it would still probably work out quicker just to install apache, mysql, php and phpmyadmin than to go hosting it on a host. if you are using a host to try out all your php scripts then you will have to spend the time uploading them. if u just had them on your computer then all you would have to do is save the script to the htdocs folder and go to localhost/wotever.php

the american dollar was almost worth 1 australian dollar a few weeks ago. it was meant to reach 1 australian dollar by the end of the year but now its going back down i was buying a vbulletin at the end of the year and i want it as cheap as possible, lol.

its not the... best thing ive ever seen. some people might like it but its not my taste. i really dont like dark backgrounds so thats probably why it doesnt do much for me.i think its needs a few other colours and a bit more to it. u couldve just made a small thing and make sure its set to tile when u put it as your background. smaller size and does the same thing.all in all its ok, i just wouldnt use it for my background.

yeah i never thought if xbox live (probably cos i didnt no u used it and ive never used it and i never think about it)youd wanna hope u get a free month or something if youve paid for it.i thought that it just made you an account and then like you just download stuff that u buy off of that so if u use another xbox or get a new one u could just download it again.

i used to use awardspace before i moved to Xisto.ive never really liked it much but it didnt have ads and was reasonable so i used it. i dont like the "zetta" control panel thing. Xisto is so much better.oh and u can make the files and change them on ur computer and then upload them... theres an upload button believe it or not.also, everything u have to pay for except the basic stuff. every new update u have to pay for. also, different servers have different things, so u have to try ur luck to get the best server.another thing, the file manager. theres no like up a directory button or anything. and when u upload something it goes back to the main directory.

gmail doesnt work on wii's anymore since they updated it. my brother has a wii and since gmail updated last week, the only time he can get on it is when it says the connection is slow and it gives you the option of viewing it in basic html.gmail works fine on my computer though without problems.

when i have troubles with tables the very first thing i do is make sure i have the cellpadding and cellspacing and both on 0. that always fixes any table problems i have, lol. oh and other problems i have i have to use colspan and valign.for your problem though im not sure.

lol its another one of them crappy hosts from that same company that just goes making thousands of different hosting companies that offer the same things and the designs are pretty much the same but with different colours. and someone always comes on this forum advertising all the new ones that they make.and they all use layeredpanel because they are all the same. they wouldnt even have enough money for cpanel.

its only a thousand dollars though, so u cant do much with it.i my self would use it towards a new computer. i really want a good and expensive computer, lol.y would u spend a thousand dollars on caffeine and biscuits? lol

lol wot a stupid site.they support what people dont like using pretty much... if i went on a site and firefox wasnt allowed then id consider it as a bad site and wouldnt waste my time on it at all.i think alot of people these days are waking up to firefox, whoever made that site needs to. more and more people are using firefox i have found and eventually no one is going to be able to go on their site because they are obviously dumb.how could they possibly block a browser and even worse, blocking a whole operating system. i think the dumby who made that site needs to wake up and smell the roses.

well if its just a phpbb mod then it would work on Xisto.also its just a mod, u dont generally recomend mods for php scripts, u just use them. they wouldnt have them if they didnt work.

i did vote for invision power board but now if i could change my vote id choose vbulletin. i much rather vbulletin now. im buying a vbulletin license at the end of next year or the start of next year.i really hate the new invision power board theme, the black one. the default vbulletin theme is probably worse but it looks heaps easier to make a theme for vbulletin. before i buy a vbulletin im gonna make a theme and make a demo account. i dont really want to buy one without being able to make like the 20 themes i have in mind, lol.

yeah maybe you could make your own sigs. i would never ask someone to design a signature, avatar, website design or anything. when it comes to graphics i make my own. i mainly work with pixel art anyway so unless you wanted something pixelly then i cant help you in the first place. im ok at other things though, but best at pixel art. oh and instead of the gimp, use paint.NET, its the only graphics program i use, and i have photoshop. i think i wasted my money on photoshop, i never use it. you could also give us an idea of what you want, not just wot u want written on it or wotever.

the only programming i no is little bits of basic, pascal and c++.i dont count these as programming but i also no html and css pretty good. im trying to learn php at the moment.i really cant be bothered with actual programming, i rather web languages.

you could wait? it will happen eventually, it takes a few days or so normally.oh and its not hard to get hosting here. just follow the rules, have enough hosting credit and apply. it seems like most people get approved now. when i applied, alot of people were getting denied and i worried that i would (but i didnt). now most people get approved, just give the admins some time.

definately yahoo! ive been using it for a while and i love it! everything gmail has, yahoo have made it better.go with yahoo. thats my opinion.

i was expecting it do like wot msn messenger does when you nudge someone.wait dont worry, it works well in internet explorer. its not that brilliant in firefox but anyway.
