yeah but it only happens to you for 1 day. its been a week for me now.gotalk/aapt wouldnt even want to help anyway, they are useless. all they ever tell me to do whenever i have a problem is to do a spyware scan :l

what he said, there isn't just THE control panel, the host would usually buy one. different control panels have different ports/addresses.the only reason you used like domain.com/cpanel or domain.com:2082 is because the host had cpanel.just check to see what it is and get the address of it from your host.

ive been sitting here with the live support open for over 7 minutes and "stanley" still hasnt said a word or answered anything ive written.i hope something can be done, id really like to work on my site. i dont want to buy hosting yet.

ping and tracert both time out.i tried it a few days ago.the worst part is, friends can get on them. I have to use a proxy if i want to go on them.i havent been able to do much on my site lately either. its really annoying.

i think netscape has gona down hill anyway.i really liked version 8 or 8.1 or something, it looked really nice. but the newest version is exactly the same as firefox but with different buttons and tabs are always open like internet explorer. i dont no anyone who uses netscape so i dont think it will be much of a loss.

Well its been about a week now since i havent been able to access anything hosted on the gamma server (including the gamma.xisto.com address) and its starting to annoy me. my brother "co-owns" a site hosted here and he hasnt been able to go on it or anything so he told me to ask about it.So it was when i was uploading EZ Publish (via ftp) to my site it happened. after like 500 files it lost connection and wouldnt connect. later on i found that i couldnt get on my site or cpanel either. i then went on my best friends site hosted here and couldnt access it so i went on other sites hosted here and couldnt get on them either.I don't no whether to bother submitting a ticket because i no it wont get replied to. is my IP banned or something? its not my computer because my brother cant get on anything astahosted on his wii either.ive played around in pc cillin but i cant find anything, and ive approved all the sites but cant get on them.so if any admin reads this, is there anything wrong with it? something that needs to be fixed on your end?

http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ thats wot i use. i have the album art for all my songs because the ipod touch looks weird without it. ive also got the young modern cover if u wanted me to email it to u, lol. just make sure they actually ARE right. theres a program called fixtunes (http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/) that corrects all the tags and can get album art for most songs.

can i just say something?one answer i can give u to this question is this, not centos! its meant to be professional isnt it? i hate it! maybe for a server but no one could seriously want to use it just for their computer. its disgusting. and every version seems to get worse. do they downgrade their version of kde and gnome in each version? it still looks like fedora 1.

you have no idea... its an ip ban for a reason, not a shockwave ban. u can reinstall windows but as long as youve got the same ip you'll still be banned. its stored on their servers, not youre copy of shockwave. and to the person who wrote the topic, can u just call your isp and get your ip changed?

theres only 1 game i really play and thats online anyway (habbo)although they say it doesnt work on linux but it works on ubuntu, not sure about other distros. i tried on centos but it was too slow to finish loading google so i didnt bother.cant u just use wine to play windows games?

so basically im gathering i might as well get a wireless router?should i get a wireless router or just an access point? i think they would do the same thing but an access point is pretty much for wi-fi? lol mcdonalds have access points that u can pay to use!ok the wireless router is cheaper anyway and by the looks of it you already need a router. although my modem is a wired router as far as i no, it says ADSL Router on the front.sorry im not the greatest with this stuff, im a software person, not a hardware person.

Well i bought an ipod touch today and i was hoping that my brothers nintendo adapter would work with it. it turns out it doesnt but i know how to hack it and make it work but he wont let me. so anyway, i was looking for a wireless adapter. would this one work with it? i dont want to buy it and have it not work. the ipod touch can take 802.11b and 802.11g and this one can handle both so im assuming it works? its $60 AU at office works, $10 over my price range but anyway i dont care. there is this $50 internal one that probably would be better but its internal and i dont trust myself... lol.

one of my old friends that im now not friends with anymore told me how to do this. but he said that it was an icon and just to change the icon. he made it red and had it say stop.im not gonna try to do this cos i dont wanna kill my computer, trust me, even doing everything to prevent it dying, it will still cark it. lol.

sounds good although how much would a usb drive cost? usb 2.0 1 gb jump drives are like $20, how much would usb 3.0 bump them up by?it will be really good though having a really fast jump drive, i cant wait until it comes out. i hope they dont cost too much though.by the way, 500th post
