i use paint.net for everything!its so much better than photoshop!i have photoshop cs2 and fireworks mx but i never use them, paint.net is the best graphics program in my opinion.i mainly work on pixel art so paint would be good but you cant make transparent gifs in it.

i have no experience with phpnuke sorry.im trying to work my way around joomla and making a template for it at the moment.later though i want to start making some modules and components like a radio (shoutcast) panel.ill have a play around with phpnuke maybe tomorrow, ill have a see for u.

i reckon it will actually cause some problems unless they put a filter on (although some people would no how to remove it).cos i can see when ur sitting behind someone, youll be looking at their porn or they'll be playing games.its probably going to wreck the school, no one would learn anything or do anything because they would be playing games like they already do but thats only in a class where they are on the computers.

lol we have photoshop 7 at schools, its worse than CS2!i cant stand photoshop at all, any version. i prefer paint.NET over photoshop.why are people (mainly the new people) digging up all of these old topics from 2005?

well they probably dont delete things because they probably like to keep an archive.theres nothing to worry about, its not like theyre actually going to read all of your deleted emails, they probably have an actual reason.i wouldnt usually go round finding out all these things about google anyway, its a search engine, just let it... do wotever it does.

maybe it has to lock it up during the scan so nothing changes while its doing it?but if it hasnt happened to anyone else then that probably isnt the cause.ive never used/heard of rootkit revealer so i cant help u much sorry

someone wrote about an icon creator a while ago called greenfish. u could search around for that and download it. i never downloaded it but it sounded ok.

i dont have frontpage at home and dont intend on ever having it, but at school we had to create a personal site in frontpage.so i decided id play with the publishing thing! i just connected with my Xisto hosting account. i didnt bother uploading it though cos it was a crap website. lol.yeah so anyway i could do it without a tutorial

IE7 looks newer and nicer than IE 6, thats the best part.well internet explorer 7 supports transparent png's where internet explorer 6 makes them look disgusting.i actually dont like internet explorer at all, i suggest firefox and opera, theyre both nice.

ftp is just another way to upload things.it isnt faster than the file manager (well for me anyway) and i only use it to upload big things (like a cms or a forum)i recomend core ftp anyway if your gonna use ftp, ive been using it for years!

i was playing with drupal yesterday comparing it to joomla.id much rather joomla and their forum modules are way better than the drupal forum.one thing i like about drupal is the default template, i love it! i cant belive they wasted such a good design that youre not exactly gonna see on anyone website. yet the actual drupal website is horrible, lol.

well it looks like it doest what u want to me.just a thing, with the links, put a space between the address and a target, like this <a href="http://www.s3schools.com/rg-erdr.php?_rpo=t; target="wahid" >http://www.w3.org/; for your last one.thats how you get something to show in an iframe. and when someone clicks on another linke it will show in the iframe providing you have it going there.also, what about a main page/home page in the iframe for when you first go on the site?do that like this <iframe src="http://www.sitegoeshere.com/ is this in signature design?

as far as i know, next year kevin rudd is getting every australian person in grades 9, 10, 11, 12 a laptop (yay i get one).they have wireless internet too i think!

lol i no, im never puting that email address on any other site again.its more of my... self email address that only like 3 people know about until now. i hope that google gets rid of it soon, i dont want spam on that account.yahoo doesnt do much of a job at spam filtering though, it didnt even put it in the spam folder.

thanks Xisto.im not being mean but the email address i put in the first post was one that i use for only certain things and didnt want to get it out exactly.well today i look on that email account and what do you no? spam! so i googled my email address, and this is where i ended up!i changed the email address to the one that i already get loads of spam from thanks to my web hosting application having it in there :l

paint.NET is definately worth while. i ditched photoshop for it!doesnt it work on windows 2000? oh it doesnt, lol.

i would never want to install anything with fantastico anyway to be honest. they are usually out of date.i would just download it then upload it my self. all u have to do is make a database and run the install script and your done (and enter the details it needs).

i just use paint.net for icons like i do for all my graphics.icon editors are a nice thing to have but all the free ones ive ever downloaded only ever do 32x32 pixel icons and i generally need to make favicons which are 16x16. when i found out that there was a paint.net plugin for icons and cursors i just got that and it works fine!

instead of using movable type and mytopix, theres always silver stripe (https://www.silverstripe.com/) which is a cms and forum in one. people only need to sign up to the one and u can use that openID thing u were talking about (i only found out about openID today, lol.)

one game i cant stand is neopets, sorry.its really horrible and boring. also, it seems to be more like a little kids game.im assuming u play habbo? so do i. and since ur meant to be a teenager on habbo, surely your a bit too old for neopets? no one i no thinks neopets is awesome.my little brother used to play it, lol i blocked it on him

this kind of stuff actually confuses me. if u really think about the beginning of time, life and anything along those lines, u have to wonder how it started. the "big bang" is really weird. if there was absolutely nothing (how could there actually be nothing, especially since we're talking about the whole universe, not just earth) then how could something go bang and form this forever going thing?

yeah i love clean code too, when i look at the code of sites, i hate just seeing it all on one line or just a few things on one line and like chunks and that.thats wot i like about xhtml, to actually make it valid, it has to be clean.i also think people who make sites without css should really start. i had one once, i decided to learn css after that because i had to change something on every page once but if i had a style sheet then i wouldnt of had too. i also had to put the stupid font tags for everything, lol.

i only download fonts to the computers font folder. just download a font (.ttf file) and put it in the fonts folder in your windows folder on the hard drive.i havent used the gimp ever since i got photoshop and still i never used it much. im not that good with the gimp but installing a font isnt really to do with the gimp its self.

this new one is way better then the old one even though i only saw it once when i was making my hosting account, lol.i like it how u can see other peoples credits, mainly to see how many habble has so i no when to expect some downtime from his site, since down time of that site would make alot of people unhappy.with the credit bank, u should be able to store credits but be able to take them out too, so like if u go on holidays, u can just take credits out.
