Review the History of Instant replay on the wikipedia here , particularly the section on Ice Hockey (NHL). Only a Goal is reviewed to determine that it entered the net fully and was not an "illegal goal". ie: not kicked or directed in via a high stick. Similarly, in Baseball, use of the instant replay to decide whether the ball is fair or foul and did it actually cross the fence to be a Home run would be equal to the rules for instant replay used in Hockey. Al NHL games are videos and reviewed for infractions occuring which are missed by the Referees, but only "major" penalties are acted upon. A 2 minute tripping call (or similar) can not be called. Although it does slow the game somewhat, I think the guidelines used in Hockey are fair to both teams.

I would make that as one Table only and avoid breaking it into two tables.Add an album Table alb_idalb_namealb_release datealb_descriptionAnd a track or song Table to add the tracks for each album. Keeping the tracks separate from the album allows for flexability in the number of tracks on the album.track Tabletrack_idtrack_alb_id (link back to album)track_titletrack_descriptionSomething along those lines should work nicely for you.

Maybe you could select one small book, one medium book and another large book to provide "sample" postage pricing for shipping.And then display the sizes/weights of each item on its description so the customers will know approximately what to expect for the item they are considering.

What do you have for a Database design so far? Without any coding or SQL information, it will be difficult to guess the changes you need to make.I would use three tables. Band, Album, Songs.Each band can have several Albums, and each Album can have a flexible number of Songs.The Bio information can be placed into the Band Table.

It seems that the DB Server is having issues lately.It may be related to the same problem that Opaque is currently working on with the SQL being "full".Stay tuned. Let the Server Admins do their thing.

Ubuntu 8.04 handled my Laptop 1280 x 768 screen size out of the box. Never an issue.
