mmm although i do want to try vista my computer is heabily outdated. i think its about four years old now... i should invest in a new one bvefore the offical release. i think i'll try linux aswell with my new computer. seems to be alot more stable than microsoft based operating systems.

actually, they didnt get sued to make the dual shock 3. wat happened was that the company who created the technology behind the rumble in the controllers, immersion if i remember correctly, sued sony and microsoft for using it in their controllers. microsoft baught the rights to it along with shares to the company whilst sony faught back and lost. for this, they had to stop production of ps2s and a number of games. they're only able to continue selling these products under some sort of arrangement.. thus sony had to pay 90million dollars to immersion for losing the suit and on top of that, ratehr than buying the rights to it now they're flashing their asses on them by not including it in the ps3 at all. they stole the rumble and tilt... cant sony come up with anythig for themselves? not taht i care... i love playstation lol.

hmm.. i guess this will have to be refined alot more before we see it being used anywhere comercially. the idea is great and it looks awesome. reminds me of the screen they had in the atrix to operate zion however u spell it. ;o neway, i've always wondered when technology like this would actually become reality as it seems so surreal that such things can actually exist. a 3d touchscreen... pretty dam cool if u ask me, i still love the way this thing projects data. hope to see more of it in the future.

hmmm... i'm usually very cautious with online information and shopping. i have bought off not so legit sites and still had no problems. i got wat i purchased and teh bill came up fine... i guess i just got lucky though. my cousin was scammed 40k off his credit card. i'd die if that happened to me, but they're dam rich so it wasnt such a bigggy. i tend to stick with trust worthy sites, and this one being the sims should be fine. i doubt they'd say u won a prize and not give it. this is a very well known company with a reputation to keep to fans. its not like they cant afford to give a free phone away, nor would they risk getting their asses sued over such a small ordeal. although the user hasnt responded, i'm quite confident he got his prize, might've taken abit over a week though. my online purchases always take atleast two weeks to come in, one time it even took 3 months.. i was actually thinking they scammed ME lol.

it doesnt seem unbelievable... although very strange. if they have th idea and are planning to make it, i'm sure they've already asked all the questions in this topic and gone to measures to solve these problems. they're not stupid enought to make an elevator that is unsafe. with the atmosphere thing, this is my idea of the elevator; not just a box that goes up and down, but a tunnel of somesort in which the box goes through to a safe height before and after hitting the atmosphere. i have no idea whether or not that would work but thats how i initially saw this elevator to be when i was told about it.whether it is to be made or not, they will put alot of thought into it. i thik the idea is somwhat cool. it really lightens wat technology is goin to be like in the near future.

i dont get this whole 3d menu thing. how do the windows cascade in 3d? and how can u see more with them being 3d. can somebody please post a screen shot or something... its really ocnfusing me. ;[

dont they have cars pwoered by water? isnt that good enough? i think that a water powered car is dam amazing. electric cars are coming in aswell, in about 15 years i wouldn't be surpirsed if alot of people switched. oil prices are getting ridiculously high and ever increasing. people are going to think twice about what cars to buy now.

that thing looks like a deep friend tasmanian devil. and really fake lol. all these stories are really funny, wild creatures or aliens zapping the life out of cows and stuff. i find it really amusing. this guy was really poor in comparision to others i've seen. tehre are so many variations of what the thing looks like, hard to tell whos telling the truth, rather if any of it is the truth. i dont believe it, the site u directed us to was so stupid... didnt have any professionality watsoever. looked like garbage, i could put a site together better than them. ;]

as little as i know about space, i love it. i find it to be so interesting along with deep water creatures. i guess its because of my curiosity, i love things which cant be fully explained or proven. its interesting to ehear theories and stories about this kind of stuff. blackholes are really freaky. imagine there was a massive blackhole millions of lights years away which was slowly sucking us in without us knowing lol. thats the kind of crazy stuff i think about when i get my head into it. blockholes are just really peculiar.

how ever u see it, better ot worse... the thing is, religion does exist. u cant help that, i mean if it never existed people might be thinking hey wouldnt it be good if we had religions so we could live better lifes? religions are just there, humans werent born scientific geniuses.. we needed to believe things came from someplace or something and i guess we wouldve been alot more believeable to such existences. it was enivitable. there are hundreds of religions, this just goes to show how humans generally thought back then. anyway, getting to the point, i too would probably say the world would be better without religion. i myself arnt religious is anyway. my parents are buddhist, but i've grown up not believing in things which have scientic evidence.. just clicks in my head more. religious do cause feuds here and there but they also create a lot of happiness and joy at the same time. we cant just think about the negatives of religion.

wat are prime numbers used for anyway? i remember hearing they were sed by the government to encrpypt data or something so whenever a new one was found they paid th e person heaps of money for it. how are they special i mean? i just dont get what they really are... i did them in primary school but they were never used in anything. hmmm... well anyway, i want one of those prime number posters. they're pretty dandy.

i had the same problem a while ago. that wa before my PSU blew out in my face and i got it replaced. my pcs been fine since then, never freezes, never have to unplug the power cord or anythng. i'm think ur problem is related to ur power supply aswell, u should get it checked out or rpelaced. it might not have be because ur lacking the power needed for ur pc as someone said, because i had a 450w PSU before and now its only a 400w and works fine. who know, computers can be a real mystery.

i'm using avg anti-virus... cause its free and i'm poor hhaa. it works great, nice and easy and little irritatioon from po-ups and balloons etc u get with norton. mcafee was oka aswell, but avg is just easier. i have to admit, the gui for avg is not up to scratch, but hey it does the job and thats all that matters when it comes down to it. i also use ad-aware for all the stpud spyware which runs thorugh my pc. before using it i had so much soyware it wasnt funny... my pc lagged like hell sometimes. really bad. with these two installed though my pc is running pretty welll, just gotta replace those two fans which died over summer lol.

i was using the one which came with my anti-virus to begin with. avg firewall. but then it got annoying when i had to un/block programs so i just stuck with the sp2 firewall program. its alot easier to manage and works a charm. even my norton one was worse now that i look back. they all had pop-ups and all this random mumbo jumbo which really annoyed me. sp2s firewall thing is just easier and simple.

wow this sounds really interesting. i've never heard of it.i guess its only good for cuts which dont have tension onf them, as in they're not being pulled and are very relzexed. like ur back or something. i wonder why i've never even heard of it... and i wonder even more whysomething like this is not being used anymore. it might've had side-effects of somesort but who know... any more information of it would be cool.

lol, i'm with you. i have no clue when it comes to photography. if it takes a pic and looks nice i'm fine with it. i only ask that they are easy to use and produce good pictures. i only take pics for personal use like parties and stuff so i dot need some flashy cam with awesome quality, jsut something thats captures the moment. ;]

i've never really been into solar power. i used to have a power power watch.. it wasnt very effective. died alot of times and had to leave it to charge while i was out. that was a long time ago now. the solar power they have these days must be alot more advanced and stable, its a good alternative from all these batteries we're consuming in this technological era and it would be a good boost in our efforts to saving this planet. i mean, we dont have that many natruall resources left and at the rate of consumption we're currently running at its just going to get worse and worse. if we dont take action, this world is gonna be really screwed up for our children and their children. oh yeh, i still prefer batteries btw. ;]

hmmm.. at first i dind see what the big fuss with ipods was... and i still dont. sure they're good auality and look good, but its not like ur gonna be staring at it all day. its a piece of hardware which sits in ur pocket the majority of the time, the appearance wont really matter when u get used to it. even so, the good points to ipod are that they can store *BLEEP* loads of data, more to which others can, and they're also a bit mroe compact from observation. i would say i wouldnt want one, but its not an urge or anysort. i just think they're a nifty piece of hardware.

hmmm... ive used quite a few clients myself. right now i'm using bitcomet only because its really easy to handle and its ok on the cpu load. i must agree with the people who said bittornado is faster, i think it is aswell but i cant stand having multiple client windows open. azureus lagged like hell, and i din like teh way it operated. ABC was ok, but bitcomet is basically an advanced version of that so i switched. overall, i just use bitcomet cause of the reasons stated earlier. ;]

i used to play RO alot back in the day. its really addictive and fun... i could never fully quit playing. if i stopped i'd go back and play a few months later haha. comparing to ff11 is pretty hard. the game is alot older so u cant expect as much graphics wise but even so, i think ro has really nice graphics. the character sprites are really cute and teh mix of a 3d enviroment gives teh gave a really unique depth. its worth a try and i think u can play for free for over a trial period anyway so may aswell give it a go.

i prefer just to turn my pc off. otherwise its left on constantly. i remember one time i didnt turn it off for about 4 months straight. i ended up with 3 dead fans lol. i'm never doin taht again... but yeh. turning off saves more power and i dont mind the wait when my pc is loading up. its pretty fast anyway.

well i own 3 doamins already. i dont think i'm ready for another just yet haha.. domains dont cost all that much anyway. if your that much of a fan then spend a good $15 and buy a domain. its not that much and its pretty much worth every dollar.

when did this update get implemented? i've never seen any messages like that and my friends all have pirated versions... my windows came with the pc so i dont have much to worry about but my mates on the other hand... gg haha. i'm sure there willl be some sort of illegal fix for this anyway.

yeh i had my usb drive go through the washer aswell. it came out fine with all files intact and everything. most usb drives whould be fairly water resistent, but i'm not saying you should go ahead and take my word for it hahaa. my teachers got spilt in coffee and worked fine aswell. i think its because they're made mostly of circuit boards and chips rather than laser read ware like cds. but hey, i've dropped cds in water and they worked fine anyway haha.

there seems to be alot of tension between HD-DVD and Blur-ray disks. HD-DVDs store around 20GB if i remember correctly. alot of businesses are going to be affected by the outcome of which disk is to become dominant. sony's playstation 3, which uses blu-ray technology, may crumble if HD-DVD becomes the new standard. microsoft have already stated that they will make some sort of HD-DVD reading attachment for the xbox 360 if is to become the standard. personally, i think blu-ray will be the next standard. people demand higher capacity and blu-ray disks are giving it to them.
