that outer line isn't a border. its the divide between ur picture and the photshop interface. look at ur avatar carefully, it has a white outline around it.

Yes i know i know, the white background looks crap. the white background will stay until i can (or anybody else =P) be stuffed fixing it.

I've never really done any pixel animation, but I've used Adobe Image Ready abit and it seems pretty cool and powerful.If you're only going to be doing pixel animation it should do fine, I made my current avatar with it from scratch. XD
