Speed up uTorrent... I've always tried these things and they never did what they were suposed to. So, I left it how it is and about port forwarding, yeah someone can hack you by these ports and your router forwards them. The only ports I forward is MTA San Andreas's ones and still my server doesn't appear on the list. Weird.

Alright Sky. Thanks but, it may be my router that's not letting me broadcast the game to the Internet so I'll try Port Forwarding if the *BLEEP*ing ISP Admin hasn't blocked the Port settings. And I only have 1 PC that's connected directly to the Router so, it seems I'll have to try using a virtual VPN, as MTA Support has suggested me that so I don't get much lag. And no, I'd never ever run a MTA Server in a Wireless PC

I've been looking for ages a way to host my server in the Internet and not just LAN. As I have a website, I wanted to do a MTA Server to see if I would get more activity and well... A server where people can play. I can configure it, admin it, install resources, all that, but I can't find a clue on how to host it here (example).Any help?

If you don't have a good PC, of course it'll run slowly. And you just can't the amount of RAM you want as it'll take RAM from you and may freeze the computer like it has happened to me. My PC has 3GB of RAM, Windows 7 uses 1.5GB and I put more 1.5GB and my PC just froze out of RAM, just like when GTAIV starts to stutter and run out of memory.

Still, IMO Mods are chosen by helping abilities and in almost every forum makes polls to know who should be promoted or not. For me it's been faster but Firefox 3.0 was more stable. I've been upgrading thru all versions and I seem to see a leak in all of the 3.5 edition that's up with website authentication. Sometimes if I start to type something, it seems it automatically clicks Submit but I don't even click any shortcut. Well, but it'll be a hassle to change everything. To change my computer, etc icons, just right click your desktop, Propreties, Desktop, Settings (or icons, idk I don't use XP anymore) and then you can download or make an icon pack, put the images on the folder/place and start replacing. I just warn you, changing everything manually will be a waste of time.

I was having the same problem months ago on a Thompson Speedtouch (My current router too), but well I just spoke to my ISP and they said the signal in my area was rubbish. But they could increase the bandwidth so it's now faster.Convince your dad to talk to the ISP.
