It sucks nowNeopets.com *old* Players!Eventually it will be a stupid pay site. I remember I played the first year it came out. It was alot better then. Once it progressed a little, now Viacom got into it, everything became ugly and kiddie-like, stupid clothes for your ugly pets, the new homes you need to pay for furniture to make it nice...If it becomes a pay site I will protest. I will never use it again and join the other countless ripoff sites. Neopets wasn't the first virtual pets site but claims it is. It actually worked, and for iGuest:I had that same problem, I had one LAN that was connected and an other one that wasn't connected, I selected both of them and than bridged it, and it worked, so try that and see if it works. Even thought it worked, I came up with alot of problems, like if I were to close my laptop so it would go to sleep or hibernate, my xbox live wouldn't work, than after that, my wireless router had limited connectivity to my laptop and it barely worked, so I just unbridged my connection and kept it the same, I could just use a switch and make my xbox live worked, I just tried so I could maybe help other people. Replying to rwperkinsjr They tell you that the prepaid customer doesn't have the same warranty as a customer with a monthly plan, and then you have the nerve to tell others that Alltel doesn't stand behind the phone? They would if your cheap *bottom* would pay for a plan instead of buying minutes when you need them. Continualy mine coal ore, there is always huge demand for this commodity because of its freuqent use in smithing. However, mind you if you want to be getting money fast you ashould really mine coal at 60 when you can get into guild. Until the go to al-kharid mine and you should see 2 gold rocks and 2 iron rocks opposite each other. Mine the iron rocks for exp and every while when you they respawn mine the gold rocks, this is a good money exp combo.

LAN Broadcast controlTracing Broadcast StormsWe have several hundred nodes (1000+) in our LAN. No VLAN's implemented yet. We have to manage some how without it. Often we recieve directed broadcast or broadcsat storm which chokes whole network, most of the times the Core Switch & routers stopped responding. We do use sniffers, iRIS, netflow, solarwinds for analyzing that particular incident by Top 10 Users or finding top traffic generator machine.We use the broadcast storm control command in Cisco switches but ginving right packet per second size is difficult as some time single machine either having virus or make session to outside world machine with limited packet size that is legitimate as given in storm control command but due to excess of traffic works enough to choke the link.Need any quick fix to the problem.
