And as a college student, it revolts me how their voice is the same, they all wear those UGGly shoes, ripped up bell bottoms and tattered/frayed polo shirts. It's so bland, and so insecure how the masses of our youth try so hard to look the same. There is absolutely NO attempt to be creative fashionably- The Prep look is a subconscious uniform of insecurity. It's disgusting and incredibly shallow. When I came into college, I was so excited for diversity and meeting different characters...But I was sorely disappointed when I discovered that a large percentage of the student body is part of the Prep fad/cult. Sign holding sucks!My Job Sucks!Okay, you think your job sucks? Listen to mine.I am a 5?6/120 lb female (keep this in mind as your reading).About a week ago I got a job as a sign holder. So my first day was yesterday. I have to stand on a busy street corner by myself for 3 hrs a day. I figured since it was only 3 hrs how bad can it be, right? Yeah, think again.So the first hour goes by and no problem, til I look at my aching hand.. My hand was rubbed raw bleeding all over me and the sign! Thank God I had put band aids in my car that day. But this all means that I will have to wear gloves just to keep my hands in tact, when I live in Florida! How stupid am I going to look during the summer time?Then, the second hour just gets worse. The sign is 7ft tall and weighs over 10 lbs. The breeze begins to pick up and the sign is getting heavier to hold. My job wants me to smile and wave at people while holding this ginormous sign. It?s enough for me to try and put all my weight up against this sign just to keep it from falling right on top of me and people in their cars getting a laugh out of it.Well today I woke up with an extreme back ache and all groggy. My boss wants me to work two shifts of 6 hours tomorrow! I don?t think so.I think if I had a sign the size of a poster board that you could hold up with two hands and flash a nice smile, would be so much easier.So if you think that you may want to be a sign holder because it is $10 an hour here in FL, think again. Norton anti-virus corporate on server, and client on all windows pc- Server installed as domain controller, and all windows-based pc managed by group policy under domain.- Truecafe provides billing for computer usage / printing / extra services / snacks & drinks purchased- no access to start menu , all applications are launched from truecafe client software- auto-Logon on xp machine to windows domain controller, and auto virus detection on startup- autoplay disable on all machines- user document folder shared on all machines, and links available on server desktopWhen a customer arrives, the computer is always on , with power saving mode for the screen, I only need to give a temporary login for access the pc. They are informed that any memory stick or devices will have to be given for scanning before it can be used. Once the stick is scanned on a stand alone pc connected to the net on a different ip subnet, then the device is given back to be used... But they do not have access to windows explorer, therefore if their file has been created from word or excel, they will need to open up the corresponding application to be able to access the memory stick !It's tricky, because even at the time of opening the file ,they do not see any drive letters, which therefore has to be typed as X: and Y: for cd-rom and memory stick respectively (note drive letter was also changed). - This step was taken to avoid issues whereas a person will try to use a device without having his stick or cd being scanned first.So far, I have been running for the last 9 month, and no virus infected pc !I suggest you this line - Limit all access to any station, and personalize all pcs to your standard before allowing access to it.Hope I can help you guys a bit Cheers,Sebastien

Most viruses today can and will function in safe mode, can not be deleted because it's a protected process, and are hidden within critical executables. My function is too create havoc on corporate network infrastructures, in order to solicit my services of remedy.My advice to someone in regards to antivirus software. Don't waste any money on anti virus. There are a few decent and fairly accurate "Free" antivirus suites out there. My overall favorite, because of performance and accuracy is; AVG free edition 8.0. It's doesn't slow down the computer as much as NORTON, McAFEE or some of the other premium suites. For EVERY DAY BROWSING having a grayed out scroll bar is a better solution than no scroll bar. -I've had people testing websites ask me why the layout keeps jumping around from page to page. What their really seeing is the shift cause by having a scroll bar on longer pages... And no scroll bar on shorter pages. (People always feel stupid when you tell them it is due to the scroll bar...) -In IE your layout never shifts. Which means if you switch from a short page to a long page the navigation stays in precisely the same location. (Most good site designs have large enough navigation to make this small shift irrelevant, but not all.) I'm 17, no licence yet, and I think it should be changed to 18. It gives them more time to perpare for the real world ahead. People that are going out on the road are 16 or younger. Some places have the minimum driving age at 14! They just became a teen and you want them to get killed on the road? It's just too young! Anyone 18 or lower driving will increase the teen deaths. They do say the number one killer in teens is reckless driving. It should be changed to 18 because the person will have time to mature, and understand life and the road a whole lot more than they would at 14 or so. I'm waiting until I'm actually 19 or so to get my licenece. I'm afraid to get behind the wheel. And I'm gonna do it when I'm absolutely ready to do it.-reply by Miranda

O.K. If you have played it, tryed all the skills and a quest, and gotten off tutorial island, and played for more then 5 hours, THEN you can say reasonably that in YOUR opinion that you don't find the game tasteful, every single reasonable runescaper can except that. But really, don't call runescape gay, as there is nothing homosexual about it. I laugh when all people say about the game is: "runescape sucks" or "runescape is gay" when 90% of the posters really haven't even played the game because they want to seem "cool" over a bunch of pixels. Now in the main question it was posted: "I don't know why I just really hate the online rpg runescape, it makes me so angry when people at my school don't shut up about runescape. What is so great about runescape." WOW... That was just... Have you TRIED the game? have you gotten OFF tutorial island? Personally I have played now for a bit over 3 years, though quit for about 3-6 months because I got scammed, yes I JOINED the runescape haters, I said: what's the point? Then a friend of mine who still played said: The point is to HAVE FUN, like every other game he asked me to try again, so I did. Through deaths, etc I have lost over 4 mil so far on this account, but I now have 26 mil in cash+ items and will soon have 40 mil. The point of the game is to have fun, and the great thing about it is you can play it quick for 10 minutes each day, or you can play it for hours, yes the range of things to do on the game is HUGE, and though I myself have claimed boredom on the game, that arguement has no substance as a paying member you can go to a house party, go kill dragons, fletch, turn bananas into gold, turn bones into bananas, smelt armor for yourself, cut logs, train range, do a quest, play one of tons of mini-games, oh and that's just what I do personally the most, there's still ALOT more then what I have named, there are nearly 250 quests, there ARE 24 skills, there are over TWELVE mini-games, and that's just the base of the mountain that is runescape. As for free players, well, there's over 9 million accounts, most are 10-13 year olds who play at school who are rather bad at the game, but once you get down to the members base you'll run into 1 million subscribers that are usually a good deal smarter. Kids at my school talk about it alot too, and it gets annoying too, it will really ruin runescape for you if you pay attention to them before trying it first. I hope you actually try it, if you don't... Your loss, good job following the crowd.
