Hey m^e,I think you're looking at this the wrong way, people should not have to key in the information for what language they want.One way is we could use content negotiation based on users preferences, which is based entirely on the server communicating with the client (web browser) and selecting the appropriate content, based on their preference. There can be some changes to how this originally works with Apache, in which we can use server-side languages to intercept and generate the appropriate content.By the way, Header 300 would be correct if you used content negotiation like above, otherwise, you're not really giving the user/user-agent a choice.Cheers,MC

Since you made it piece by piece, then you know what has gone in the box.Say for example I had a LiteOn DVD Writer, I would visit LiteOn's website find my model (found on your DVD Drive on a sticker, maybe on top/bottom of it, so it'll need to come out so you can see it) of the DVD drive and look for updated firmware/drivers from their website. They should provide instructions on how to update the drivers or flash the drive.Same goes for the motherboard, which will provide insight to the chipset that's onboard. Find the website that makes your motherboard (Gigabyte for example), find the model/drivers for it, find who creates your chipset, go to the chipset's vendor's website and see if they provide drivers for it, if not, use the motherboard's website drivers.I only use XP's default drivers, if I can't get the vendor's drivers to work, it's usually 90% chance their driver works and works better than XP's.As for DMA being active, it's should be by default but for some strange reasons, some programs can switch it off. I think when in the properties of your DVD drive in Hardware Devices, you'll need to hunt around for DMA, it's part of a drop down menu. Sorry haven't been on XP in yonks, and my memory doesn't serve me to well unless I'm behind XP.If you still don't understand, just list your make/model of your motherboard, chipset, dvd drives... if you don't know how to get this information, you can use programs like Sisoft Sandra Lite.Cheers,MC

Well, actually it's not Firefox that's jumping, but every page itdisplays. What I can say, tho is that it stops jumping if you remove the Bookmarks toolbar. But this is just a workaround, not an actual solution. I love my bookmarks toolbar /txtmngr/images/smileys/smiley1.Gif. Have tried to reinstall it (without uninstalling first) but it seems the jump parade didn't stop. Hi guys, I have a problem with flash player 10 when using firefox three, the video (e.G. You tube) keeps jumping from a small to large frame .I've tried older version of flash but it's the same result It used to happen in the older version of firefox as well..I have uninstalled flash using the correct uninstaller from flash, I tried reinstalling several times but to know avail. If you like the freedom of democracy so much, why not look into libertarianism? It is a political philosophy in which the only purpose of the state is to ensure that nobody's rights are infringed. A person's success only comes by hardwork and luck. Libertarianism gives everybody total freedom as long as it does not infringe on anybody else's rights. An example is if a guy wants to make a public speech on something against the government, the government cannot take any action as it is his right to have freedom of speech. Also, it solves the problem of corrupt governments as in libertarianism, there should not be a person of absolute power. However, libertarianism is not pratical in the modern world. In my opinion, humans when left alone will turn savage (reference to The Lord of The Flies by William Golding). Also, there is no fix definition of individual rights. Thus, there will be many misconceptions of individual rights and the state will be in chaos. In theory, democracy gives the people the right to overthrow the government when they feel disatisfied with the government (actually, this is more of Social Contract).
