I might have found a solution for Office 2003, but your mileage may vary....Office 2007 Document ProblemsI had this problem the other way around, I couldn't open documents created in Office 2007 with Office 2003 even after installing & reinstalling the File Format Converter from Microsoft, this happened with Word & Excel. After wasting hours reading lots of posts through the web, deleting normal.Dot, then reinstalling Office, messing with windows registry, nothing worked. Until out of desperation I checked the services running under Windows XP and found that the service named WebClient was on manual and not running, so I initialised the service and then suddenly all Office files opened and saved flawlessly (2003 & 2007), now I don't know if this service is the only one directly responsible for this behaviour or if additional services need to be running in order Office to properly open and save documents. But here's the solution that worked for me: Execute services.Msc Look for a service called : WebClient Check wether the service is running, if not initialise it, and make sure its default settings are set to Automatic so it starts whenever you start your PC, Click Ok . Now try to open & save Office documents, and see if it works, it did for me. Like most services on WinXP the description for this service is so generic that it almost makes no sense: Enables Windows-based programs to create, access, and modify Internet-based files. If this service is stopped, these functions will not be available. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start. One of the reasons I still miss Windows 95 and I don't like Windows NT, 2000, XP or Vista one bit, I've already installed Ubuntu and OpenOffice and I'm seriosly considering dumping PCs and Windows in favor of Macs Hope that helps... -reply by Byros

Predictions for the fourth book!!!!New Eragon BookAll right people. The reason there were so many details was because Paolini was originally only having 3 books. In the beginning of books there are always details leading people into the plot and into the book. Paolini had to split the book in half so that was why there was so many details. OK, has anyone considered this for the fourth book? Roran would become the final rider or the last egg wouldn't come up. My first solution makes sense because Eragon and Murtuag are related, and so are Eragon and Roran. Complications though would have safety and protection of Roran and Eragon having to train him. This leads me to my second solution, the last egg doesn't hatch. It may be stolen back, yes, but it won't hatch giving less complications. More theories...There has to be some way to cut off Galb.(Galbatorix) from the hearts. How would Eragon defeat him then? Also, there is the prediction and solmeblum's advice. What will the vault of souls be? And eragon having to leave Alegasia (sry for misspell) Eragon has changed so much maybe his true name has changed, so his future has changed. Deja vu to the extremeDeja VuMost of the time I hear about Deja Vu cases people normally just talk about experiences where they felt like they've done something before or dreamt it before or seen it in some way once they experience it. So if that's the basic case of Deja Vu then I'm not quite sure what to call what I experience. Too many times (more frequently occurring now than ever) have I experienced very strong cases of it. I don't know if this sounds too weird, even considering the topic, but here goes... Whenever I get that sense that I've done something before, it's never just a foggy blur. It's not vague or reminiscent of a dream perhaps. It's always clear and vivid. I can pinpoint why I feel like I've done it before because I point out everything around me as being there the last time it happened (I.E. The scenery, who I was with, what we were talking about at the time, what was on television at the time, what they were saying on the T.V., about what time of day it was...Everything). The other disturbing part is that I don't just have Deja Vu, I get the feeling that I also previously had Deja Vu about the moment before. Like I'm not just getting the feeling I've done it before but I also have had deja vu about it already but don't know when... Like you get a deja vu that you've had deja vu that you've had deja vu about that exact moment already. This forces me to believe within myself that things can be foreseen, but it's just unfortunate to not possess more mental capacity within myself to see if it's something that can be turned into something more... So my opinion obviously stands that Deja Vu can hold evidence to forseeing future events, just not a solid way, like it perhaps has to be taken from that stage and developed into something else, as in being in just this form helps in no way whatsoever of possibly seeing future events before they happen. But this belief is held because of my own personal experiences so it really is just a mere opinion. -reply by Brea

I have an excel file that uses the data from these exported files. My trouble comes when theses exported files are regenerated by access. The master excel file will not get the updated information from the exported files unless the exported files are opened (even momentarily) while the master file is open. Mac AddresHow To Get New Ip AddressMost cable and DSL providers set your IP one time and keep it as long as your equipment stays connected. If you reset or renew your ip address it will hand out the same IP address because it seens the same MAC address. Change your mac address yourself. Power sycle your modem then release / renew and you should have a new IP address. If you are using a router you will need to change the MAC on it and reset both modem and router. On your pc you can't always change your mac. Only if the network card's driver allows it. Go to your network properties for then click on Configure for the network card then select the advanced tab. One of the options may allow you to set a physical address, mac address both are the same. Hope this helps.

slow speed of airtel GPRSAirtel GPRSsir, I am from the northen state of Democratic India I.E Jammu and Kashmir. I am permanently using airtel GPRS right from its launching in the state. Times a long I am using it from different handsets and nos. Now I am using a postpaid no (9797441413) with a nokia N81 handset with the monthly GPRS 249/- plan. The gprs is being used by meon my Laptop through PC Suite. Even paying such a huge amount per month, Airtel is giving only 6-7 kbps which is vogue. The Airtel is befooling the common folk just by saying that the speed of GPRS is 460 kbps instead of 7 kbps. There is no organised body to look in to thew dishonesty of the organisation. Kindly is there any person who can suggest me to increase the speed of GPRS. Other wise I have to unsubscribe from AIRTEL GPRS. I am 33 and personnaly got my drivers at the age of 21 since I had to find the time to do the course (between school & work) and the money to pay for them.In my country the legal age with a parent or tutors concent is 16 if not 18.I do beleive that they should raise the age to 18 with probation of 2 years. Here was my situation, I desperatly wanted my drivers at 16 but seing how silly my bros was my parents refused to sign for me as they thought that he would kill himself when he would get them at age 16. So to make it fair, I had to wait till I could sign for them myself. I am not upset to have gone thru that process as ( sorry to all the younger ones) you do NOT HAVE THE MATURITY one has at 18 or 21 when u are 14 or 16. You are more influencable and might tend to have a heavier foot, and reflexes are NOT AT THE LEVEL, therefore 25 % of accidents (fact) are caused by young unexperienced drivers. My experience + maturity(21) had helped me avoid 3 life threatening accidents (with and without passengers) other driver burned red light coming from my right , other car came in my lane (on comming) and driver never saw me in their dead angle (I had a 6 y old passenger).Experience and age can only do the trick to becoming a good driver.I also support removing driver to the OLD folx ...They to are dangerous when to old! -reply by camy
