problem with xbox wireless routerXbox Live ProblemI have a Linksys WRT54G2 that I have hooked up to my mac, cable modem and xbo (that has a wireless adapter hooked up) Xbox live works with the ethernet cable to the router but not wirelessly. I get a message from xbox saying my MTU is too low, how can it be too low only wirelessly? I'm not good with computers so speak slowly.

I have a laptop (HP, using VISTA) and have a new monitor that I want to be my main monitor. I have done something wrong in the setup somehow. Now it is only showing my new larger monitor as the desktop and everything thst I click on opens in my smaller, laptop desktop. Can you tell me what I have done wrong in the setup? Hi. I've been having this problem too, starting a month or two ago I think. I though it was a Flash issue. I don't remember Media Player Classic freezing up on me, but I mostly use it for SD movies. I haven't tried disabling hardware acceleration yet, but by the sound of it this should work. But what causes it, and why hasn't it manifested itself earlier? Could it be an ATI thing? I see two other people here also have ATI cards. I have an ATI HD 4850 card for more than a year, but this problem started recently. It does this in ALL browsers (Firefox 3, IE, Google Chrome etc). Maybe the problem is caused by recent catalyst drivers? Is there anyone with an Nvidia or Intel video card which has this problem? Also, it's not a syncing problem - the image simply freezes on the screen and stays that way until you press "ESC" to exit fullscreen. However, Flash continues working normally even when the image freezes, you can even press the "exit fullscreen" button where the button would be if you could see it (this button as well as the track bar usually is hidden after a few seconds in most Flash video players) and it will exit fullscreen, and when the Flash movie minimizes you see it running normally. So Flash continues running, it's just that the fullscreen image is not updating anymore. Also, I have a quad core and nothing runs in the background. My system: Core 2 Q6600 (4 cores), 4GB Ram, ATI HD 4850 with 512MB DDR3, Windows XP SP 2 32-bit. I also have Fraps installed if it could affect this in any way -reply by Johnny

I started off with blender and couldn't figure out a thing. But once I started looking at the tutorials for blender it became much easier. I thought I would be able to just work it out but now that I know it quite well I think it would have taken ages to. Wow... I've stumbled upon people who remember F-19 and F-117A! Those were my favorite games as a kid (I had the fighter pilot bug). I still have those thick manuals laying around. I used to play F-19 on my 386 with the internal speaker and all. When we upgraded to a 486, I remember begging my parents to buy me F-117A when I looked at the box art and saw that there were lights on the ground at night and everything. Sure, they weren't the most realistic flight sims but they were great. Now it's upgrade time again - I'm building a computer that should be able to comfortably run any game made in the next couple years. I need a good combat flight sim! Do they make those anymore? I heard so much about this program...So I finally downloaded it thinking it a easy was of connecting for lan sessions. I'm in the IT field so I'm computer literate...Yet I cant seem to get anything working, so far apart from chat which works I think its main purpose for me, ie games...Seems a waste of time. None of the online help actually gives good advise on how to set up hamachi for games. They only tell you how to get the program up and running in windows. Norton Antivirus ProblemNorton Or Mcafee?I have been using Norton 360. A couple of weeks ago it did a live update that stopped my antivirus from working. I contacted Norton because I couldn't unistall it. Norton said to use the removal tool, but that didn't work. I contacted Norton chat support where they accessed my computer remotely and tried to use the removal tool to unistall Norton. That didn't work. They tried deleting files and while they did this they lost my internet connection. Norton said I had to ring my ISP because it was a problem with them. I told them it wasn't a problem with my ISP, since I have two computers hook up to the same modem and the other computer works fine. Anyway they said they could not help me until I contacted my ISP. I contacted my ISP and they checked my line and said there was nothing wrong with it. (what a surprise!) Contacted Norton and told them my internet connection was fine. I had to do a system restore just to get my internet connection back. Norton now were asking if I had installed any other programs or done anything to my computer because the problem is with my computer. I told them my computer was fine until the live update error. They accessed my computer to use the removal tool again. I said to them how many times are you going to do the same thing, it obviously doesn't work. They left me with a frozen computer, no help, no support, no nothing. So I sent Norton an email letting them know I was not happy with what they had done to my computer and their reply was you can contact Norton chat support. A week after Norton rang my mobile at 12:30 in the morning with someone on the other end I could barely understand. The next day I received an email asking me to reply to a customer survey asking if I liked their support. What a joke!! So basically I now have a computer that I can't go online with and I can't unistall Norton. I will never use Norton again. -reply by Tiffany

Revelation 13: China and North Korea -- the Red Dragon in the Book of Revelation -- A Bible prophecy and New Age analysisHere I will show why a series of events called the End Time events, described in the Bible's Book of Revelation are now occurring, and why an evil dictator called the Antichrist will likely rise to power in Russia, and that this Russian dictator will I think enter into an evil alliance against the West with the Red Dragon, China, and also Iran.We will consider here Biblical prophecy, in particular the new testament Book of Revelation, and the old testament Book of Daniel. The Book of Revelation has prophecies of future world events, in particular the rise to power of an evil dictator called the Beast or the Antichrist, he is in Revelation Chapter 13. I believe the Antichrist will come out of Russia, and may be Russian Prime Minister Putin.Note that the Antichrist is described in Revelation 13:2 (King James Version):"And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority."I believe the Feet of a Bear is referring to Russia, and the Dragon refers to Satan himself, who is the dragon in Biblical terminology, but also I believe the dragon is referring to Red China. This would imply a Russia-China military alliance. This would also imply that Russia will gain a great deal of military power from China's huge armed forces. And the "seat" may be referring to Russia geographically sitting on top of China.The Old Testament Book of Daniel's prophecies help explain the Book of Revelation's prophecies in Revelation 13. In chapter 7 of the Book of Daniel, Daniel saw a vision of 4 beasts rising out of the sea, representing future empires to come. The first beast was like a lion, and had a man's heart. The second beast was a bear with three ribs in its mouth. The third beast was a leopard with wings and 4 heads. The fourth beast had iron teeth and 10 horns, one of which was a man that spoke great things. These are believed the represent the Babylonian empire (the lion), Medo-Persian empire (the bear), and Greek empire of Alexander (the leopard-- Alexander had the speed of a leopard during military conquest), and the Roman empire (with iron teeth). It is also believed that the final empire may be talking about the Antichrist -- the man who speaks great things. Note that these beasts are combined into the 10-horned beast of Revelation 13, which has the mouth of a lion, feet of a bear, the speed of a leopard, and 10 horns representing a confederation of 10 states. This could be Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, evolving into this angry beast, or the SCO miltary organization consisting of Russia, China, and four Central Asian countries, that Iran could join in the future. This may mean that there will be an increasingly close military alliance between Russia and China, because the beast gets its power from the dragon, which would be Red China. Note that Russia is selling some of its best military weapons to China, including ships, submarines, radar systems, and jet planes, and Russia is also selling nuclear power plants and missles to Iran.And in Revelation 16, the River Euphrates in Iraq is dried up so that the army of the King of the East (China?) can cross it to the Battle of Armageddon. It is interesting that a severe drought was drying up the River Euphrates in 1999, this was the worst drought in Iraq in his century, and also Turkey is building dams upstream which could dry up this river, so this is another sign that Armageddon is approaching.Revelation 16:12 "And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water therof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared."Also referring to the dragon is Revelation 12:3:"And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon..." 12:9 "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent...He was cast out into earth, and his angels were cast out with him."In Revelation 12 the red dragon is referring to Satan, but may also be referring to China, North Korea, and/or Russia. SARS would be a demon coming out of the mouth of the dragon China, described in Revelation 16, where the dragon and the two beasts send out demons.Note that China's first leader, (and most blood-thirsty leader, the present tyrants in charge of Red China are mild compared to Mao), Chairman Mao Zedong, was born on Dec. 26, 1893, the day after Christmas. His being born at Christmas is an indication of Mao being a type of evil Antichrist. If we consider Mao's birthplace in China, at Shao-shan, Hunan province, China, at geographic coordinates 27.9 and 112.6 E, we will consider the coordinates as related to Bible passage numbers, in particular the Book of Revelation, which is the main topic of this web site.
