Hello,I am so sorry about your friend doing that to yourself and am happy that you are supporting her like this.Like Tiki said It isn't necessary that she is cutting herself just because she is suicidal but it is a psychological feeling, the person sometimes wants to feel physical pain to justify the emotional pain.I have depression but when I used to get one of my negativity attacks I would just pick up a good book and start reading or I would go do some gardening.All that she needs is someone who will be there just to listen, ask her what she honesty wants and find out if you can help her in anyway she would love to talk to you more than a therapist, trust me for I know how it feels to be in her place.If she asks you to leave her alone anytime abruptly, ask her if she really means it and then if she says No, which I am sure she would then stay with her and just listen to her.I don't know if I helped but hopeful you can help her stop beating herself up.

Hey,I quite like pit bulls. One of my dad's pals was a dog breeder so I have seen a lot of dogs in his home. He had a pedigree pit bull and 7 Rhodesian ridgebacks at his place...And he had horses, dobermans, great danes and Rottweilers at his summer house..... I used to wonder on how he would maintain his dogs until I visited him. His home is set in a forest and his summer home is at the outskirts of the forest while the residence is inside the forest. :)Now he has only 7 dogs left. A beagle, a Dane, a doberman, labrador and a few strays.I have 2 strays one is a dalmation mix and the other is supposed to be a fox terrier mix :)Pit bulls are very ferocious but I have seen the most darling of pit bulls and dobermans including a doberman named daisy. The dog breeder I was talking about was bitten by his pit bull and had to take stitches but he still kept the dog and loved him till the dog got old and died

I am sorry about Molly (May her soul rest in peace). The elder dog styx is very smart and thinks before she takes any action so is a role model for the cats :)I love sitting on the floor when eating (I sit all day in a chair in front of my computer) And if Styx smells something good then she sits right in front of meand if there is some food spilt and she is not allowed to eat it then she goes military style and starts dragging her body slowly towards the food in her super dog style She did that once in front of my best friend and she thought that Styx was lame but started laughing when I told her that she was sneaking some *BLEEP* bits off the floor.My cats are braver, they just pick the food from my plate ONLY If I give them a nod :)Your dog seemed like a funny pet.P.S All my pets are from shelters..the cats are from a shelter, Styx is too, Muffin was picked up from the road...The male cat is in my profile...Sitting like a king

Hey,I have a male cat named Achilles and he has this really cute habit, whenever he wants to go out of a particular room he starts licking my chin and rubs his nose on it. It does it while purring the whole time :)His sister Hades "talks" Yeah weird as it sounds but she loves sleeping next to me so if I ever leave her presence and then return she starts chirping (I call it chirping because she makes a sound like a bird rather than a miaow) as if asking for an explanation and calls out for me every time I leave her...She also chirps when I call her name :)Sometimes when I ask her how she is doing she replies back with her funny chirps..It is hilarious when there are guests at my place for she questions them too . Once she saw a lizard crawling in our house and she kept calling it for half an hour before she bored and leftI have two dogs along with the cats so they too have weird habits.....The elder dog Styx begs with the most soulful eyes and I find it funny for her eyes are very doe-like so she carries out the "I am so hungry" look really well and she ends up getting table scraps from everyone. One more thing that she does is that She sleeps on her tummy with her legs spread backwards so she looks like "super dog"The youngest pup Muffin sleeps on her back She sleeps with her mouth open and legs hanging in the air so sometimes you can see her eyes and legs moving as she dreamsTell me about your pets funny behavior or maybe some animal you have seen doing something funny

Actually I will be very happy if all the humans were destroyed along with me...We don't deserve to live after all the damage we have done to the Earth. Now that the Earth is beating us down we have started thinking green and trying to control pollution after such a long time and now that there are holes in the ozone layer we are introducing solar cars and all.Scientists have speculated that no humans will survive after sometime as "ICE AGE" is gonna hit and all the trees are gonna be destroyed and only emu, ostrich like birds will survive along with baboon like mammals I saw this on Discovery Channel. Hi,I don't think it should make a difference even if someone dies in a house, There is this place where a man had committed suicide but the present family is staying peacefully and happily. I still don't like the idea of somebody egging at your house just because they think it is haunted.Maybe you should seriously consider calling a cop and let him know about this and try to find out the time when they do this sort of an act. Or you could get a huge dog and let him save your house Our house was egged once and i had to clean the place and it was a hard task for the yolk had dried :)But you should be happy that you have a house as there are a lot of people who don't have houses at all. Coz of my dad's job I have to constantly move town to town with all my pets and I have been in houses where I either don't like the house or the neighbour's but You have to do with what you get for Something is better than nothing :)Best of luck anyway..You never mentioned though whether it is a rented place or a permanent settlement

When I was in high school I have seen all my male teachers play against each other and the principal used to join them in football and basketball matches. It used to be entertaining for the students as the teachers too would behave like small kids and start having fights on the field which included teasing and pushing their opponents, on one particular match they got into a frenzy and started wrestling on the field when our chemistry teacher cheated. Our English teacher started wrestling and it was fun to see until they noticed us and then all of them sheepishly grinned and got back to the game. It was hilarious for we would make them guilty for weeks about their bad behavior :)Our lady teachers used to go shopping with their kids and we would see them. One of our teachers who was known to be really strict was eating an ice cream with her daughter and she was laughing, it was nice to see that.I guess we find it weird that they too have a life I too knew a teacher who used to go pubbing she was really cool and listened to rock music and she lived with her husband

hmmmmm...I would say that you should flirt with the guy and find out if he is interested in you. As for the girl she might be flirting with you because she trusts you and might not be serious at all about the flirting so I dont think it is advisable to go any further than flirting I have been in a situation where I was flirting with a friend and he took it very seriously and ended up getting really possessive over me, Let her continue with her relationship and become her friend, keep reassuring her that you are there for her and you will always support her. Hey, I feel really bad for you and I can somewhat understand your situation coz once upon a time I had to shift to a town where the people used to be so nosy and very conservative so they would want to know what you are up to and It is not concern that they would feel. The thing about I can understand as the people there too had too conservative views so anything new was considered Evil.They felt that if you had a computer then you would want it for 2 reasons Games and Porn Just hang on and keep cool and you will be fine. Maybe your mom does not want you to be known as a Casanova in Canada so you were chucked to Arab. Hey,Nice topic..I would say about the dreams that It is a projection of your thoughts when your sleeping. As we know that the brain does not sleep but still keeps processing information even when we are sleeping physically.If you keep thinking about a particular thing like a scary movie or something you tend to project is as images in your mind when you are sleeping hence dreams are created. Now about the scary movies...When you watch a scary movie you are sub consciously thinking about you in the place of the victim and as the movie progresses you are still scared and the images stuck in your head and the thought that it could happen to you can also trigger nightmares :)When I had joined my current job 3 months ago, I had dreams of NON EXISTENT clients and I was handling their problems in my mind It was hilarious for I went to my office the next day and asked my boss about the client and all that I got was a stare

Hey,The Exploding pot was good. I remember once my dad got food from a restaurant and it was in an aluminum case. We ate some of the food the same day and the next morning I felt like having some of those leftovers and I put in the aluminum case in the microwave.(My dad supposedly thought that it was ok and there is no arguing with dear old dad ) After putting the food in the microwave for a few seconds all was ok but when the end of the case came in contact with the walls of the microwave we could hear sounds and see sparks out of our microwave.Everyone panicked and switched off the Microwave but there is still a black mark indicating that incident

Hey,I have had a lot of fun moments in life where it involved me falling off trees, walls and ofcourse my bed. I used to climb a lot of walls and trees as a kid and a teen and once while climbing a tree in my backyard, my friends started hitting me with pebbles and I ended up falling down right on my best friend. None of us broke any limbs miraculously.Once when I was learning to ride a bike, I went down a slope to help me maintain balance and I learnt a crucial lesson the hard way "Keep your eyes on the road always"....While the bike was moving at a good speed I started looking at one of my friends who was talking to my brother and when my eyes were back on the road...I realized that I had crashed into a tree and the only reason I had not broken my hand was because I had yanked the brakes somehow.On a particular New Years Eve My mom. me and my ex boyfriend had gone to get some cake and we were returning back, to reach my place from the bakery you have to cross over a bridge so as we were climbing back down.....I was holding the cake and I was the one who slipped of the steps and ended up falling on my bottom HARD and all that I could manage to say was "IS the cake alright?" and after that I started laughing like a maniac for maybe 15 minutes but I can still feel the pain in my *bottom*.Cheers

Hi,I am really sorry about your dad's loss and I know how it feels to lose a loved one. I lost my grandfather recently and I know how it feels for when he passed away he was trying to stand up. My mom could not bare the sight of my grand dad like that so me and my bro had to move my grandpa into a sleeping position and it was tough for he was 6.1 feet and all stiff.It is quite difficult to be there at that time but then you have to do it as you are the only one who can help. Kudos to your mom for being so strong and handling the situation so beautifully. Hey,Nice story. The first kiss is always a funny or a really awkward moment in life :)This topic just reminded me of my first kiss and I dont think that my first kiss was planned out that well. I was sitting with this guy whom I liked a lot and we were watching T.v when he asked me if I wanted to try out a kiss and I said ok, we ended up kissing in front of my T.v with my mom sleeping in the next room!!!!!.It was scary and funny but my legs were shaking like crazy and he too was feeling very nervous. My first kiss was fun but the two of us broke up after I got into higher studies but we still remain good friends.

Hey,I once go to see Shrek 1 and there I am watching the movie when a couple sitting behind me are making out. At fisrt I thought that I should let them mind their own business but for some reason they started rocking their chair with their moving around and my chair was suffering as it started shaking and all that I could concentrate on were their moans and my chair groaning.Desperate people!!! Hey,I have to say that I like and hate it. I liked it as a kid but now that I have grown up I realized that all manga sucks. Their plots and their art sucks, I can bear with their plots but the art is too bad too bear with and i might die watching anime one day but sadly they are very addictive so right now I am watching Naruto.I find anime monotonously as all their cartoons are based on the same kind of a plot where one lad is the chosen one and has all the power but is clumsy and so on...Found that in Inuyasha,Naruto and Dragon ball Z (Goku) Even Pokemon had it. But Like I said I watch these toons with my friends so I enjoy it only when they are around. I watch Anime only for the action scenes and the weird weapons.
