Hi,I usually sleep for 8-9 hours that is from 10 to 6 or 7 in the morning. But lately I have been getting only 5-6 hours because of a few projects that I am working on. I have to sleep at 10 in the night so that I get enough sleep and do not oversleep for If I oversleep I would miss the ride o workThere are times where I have not slept for 2 or 3 days due to work or bad mood or friends or something but I catch it up somehow

I do not know if I have anxiety attacks but I do have anxiety due to my job, family life and my depression. My pulse is at a constant 100 when it should be between the normal 72-80 I guess.My doctor has adviced me to take a holiday for a week or two but at the moment I cannot leave my job but I would suggest that you to should try mingling bit by bit as it helps a lot. Maybe take a few friends along so that they might be able to help you in case you feel insecure. You might get a sense of safety if you are around some one whom you trust.

Hey,Speaking about depression...I have had depression for a very long time now, I think was 12 or 13 and am still have it. I had depression due to a crappy childhood where I was neglected and blamed for everything that happened. It started eating me up as I had very less friends because they stayed far so I turned antisocial just sending each and everyday reading books, gardening with my grandfather and watching some T.v. It also did not help that I could not trust people at all and would always push them away mentally as I was scared of being hurt and betrayed.It had gone to a very critical level when I could not stop thinking about death and I would cry everyday. But then I started reading even more so I guess at the beginning my depression was being cured by my books and the fact that I could trust them in an odd way. I have always been a loner who loved my books and animals more than humans. I at one one point had turned into a misanthrope but then realized in the next few months or so that negativity actually can harm so I took out the word hate out of my dictionary completely and even today if I say that I hate something/somebody I know that It was just an outburst of emotions and I did not mean it.Nowadays thanks to my partner and Xisto I am slowly getting over my depression coz I keep myself busy all the time so that I have no time to think or complain. I learn the trick was to take things as they come and not let them affect you even if it is a very painful thing. I laugh a lot and am always smiling, The weirdest thing is that sometimes I can wake up and would want to get out but then suddenly I would not wish to..even if I am healthy and the weather is perfect. It is a part of me where I do not wish to be social and live in my own shell even if it i smothering me

Hey,I can live without hearing and speaking as Everything that we do at this time of age involves typing or writing. I love reading books a lot so If I cannot hear/speak atleast I would have a companion but on the other hand when you have no reading/writing you are not exactly performing well and have a difficulty in doing stuff like shopping or getting a jobAnother reason I chose reading/writing over hearing/speaking is that I can always learn how to speak in sign language and learn how to talk thanks to helen keller's work in life. She thought deaf and dumb children to talk with the help of lip reading. I liked this topic though.Cheers

Hi,I actually don't think that we need school for as long as I have been in school I have been a "smart kid gone to waste" just because I have refused to mug up and memorize every line in my text book. It i something like this..I have noticed that teachers all over have had favoritism for students who memorize the answers and then replicate it in the exam papers. I was said to have the potential to get 96% in every subject and I used to get it but then after reaching my 7th grade when I realized the people did not appreciate originality I sort became a wild child. I started failing class tests just to prove a point but always passed properly at the finals.I noticed that in every school I have been in. because of my dad's job I had to keep shifting every 2 years and the experience has been the same in every school. Some teachers treat kids based on marks. I was treated well as I used to get prizes in debates and such. A girl I knew who used to get the highest marks in the class but could not explain a thing or a term in the same answer. Example : She gives the definition of photosynthesis but she will not be able to explain the answer nor will she be able to explain a term in it or something.I think though that we need schools as they are good for social behavior and important for some people who might like a subject that we might not respect. I guess its not schools but the education system that needs to be changed.Sorry about the rambling!!

I work from home but am flooded with people all the time so I need to usually take off atleast 1 hour for those jerks as it goes for cooking and serving and junk.Help if anybody can, I am running out of recipes for my friends and family. I remember a time when I was asked to boil the milk and again I get distracted because of a neighbor in distress, by the time I helped her out and returned the milk had burnt to a cinder and It was stuck to the milk pot. If my mom had seen it she would have fainted but then I sat for two hours trying to get the god damn thing off and I tried a lot of stuff..vinegar,baking soda, lemons, salt and dish soap.I finally got that thing off and my mom was told that I finished off the milk. A whole litre.

Hi,Congratulations on the new pet and I know about bunnies spazzing out, my cousin's bunnies patch and coco always spazzed when he returned from college. It was so cute I wish I could get a bunny but I have cats and dogs who are very smart so I cant get a bunny but would love to have a hamster because they can be carried and can be kept safe in their pens. Your bunny sounds really great for sometimes bunnies can be dirty if they are not taken care ofBut again I say congratulations and maybe you could put up a few pictures of her in your gallery or somewhere else. Exactly my point, She knows that my parents approve of my boyfriend but she wants to know what he does for a living and how much he earns and questions his decisions in many cases. I mean she says that I am like a daughter to her and then gets me "married" off to my cousin in front of ten other people and I did not know about my own marriage :lol:She should be asking about me or my family not about my boyfriends salary.

Yeah I can agree but there is a limit to the caring and looking out for. Imagine when the same neighbor peeps inside your house when you have relatives around and then goes around asking them what they do for a living and how much they earn. It actually isnt based on one incident but has happened to me a lot and being a girl means that I am under the magnifying lens even more.I would agree with you truefusion but when my parents have already met the guy and has passed with flying colors and It is very difficult to pass when my dad is around I do not see the reason why she needs to be worried. Hi wenster everytime my guy comes to my place my bro is around so I do not have to worry about my safety and besides I have my dogs to save me :PBut this woman is not caring believe me, she gossips so if she knew my guys name then some day I might visit another neighbor and am congratulated for my wedding anniversary It has happened to me once and It was embarrassing for the guy I was "married" to was my cousin. If you knew her then you too would understand I usually am around my neighbors quite a lot as I like talking to them and the vice versa but I avoid some of them as they can be too nosey and hypocritical. I dont like being rude to my neighbors because one of them had helped me get over my depression when I was younger. Hey, I hate and I mean HATE people who gossip or are too nosey for their own good. Last week one of my neighbors kept harassing me because my boyfriend comes over which is perfectly alright in my house. I mean she wants to know who he is and what he is doing and why he had come to visit me. AAAHHH I was so pissed at that woman. People who cannot mind their own business but get some weird sort of twisted joy in fingering other people's noses. I mean some of them come around with know-it-all looks and vibrations and tell me a thing that I already know and then expect me to be surprised or even horrified or something but i frankly dont care what they know about me because in the end I am feeding and clothing myself and if they care about me so much then they are free to take care of me. I am up for adoption I actually told the above to my neighbor and now she refuses to talk to me and I am happy for I talk to her daughter who gives me no *BLEEP* just a nice dose of non hypocritical truth. I hate hypocrites who say something and then jump to something else. I dont mind if you lie on the net because I do that a lot but my justification is that It is ok upto the fact that you are saving your identity. I had one of my cousins who was such a hypocrite that people started avoiding him.

Man, I was laughing my *bottom* off reading all these posts. I once tried making a sort of weird gravy I read up in a magazine, I was very happy because I was gonna make it for my boyfriend(Yes again he was the victim) He was supposed to come but then later cancels it as he had to work overtime so I decided to cook and get it for him BUT I do not know what I did wrong but the whole mass was tasting very bitter and I tried fixing it but it refused to taste good so I finally canceled our lunch date and I stayed at home sulking about.I had once left water to boil in a metal kettle, this water was for tea for a couple of my friends who had come and as I left the water and went out to entertain them one of the girls was talking to her mom who stays in another town so we ended up talking to her for half an hour and I forgot the kettle.When I return back to the kitchen after an hour I see the kettle a bright red with no water in it left the kettle for a few minutes and then threw it in a big tub of water from a really weird angle. Me and my friends laughed about it for a long time because one of the girls had fainted when she saw the kettle.

The worst thing about the incident is that nor the cops nor you could have helped the kid. IF you had tried to help him then they would have come after you and beat the crap out of you even if you guys ran or something.The problem with bullies is that they are too cowardly and they are too insecure so you can be sure that if their leader chases you he will have his goons along with him. I was shocked when I read the post and how the kid took it for granted of his fate. I mean all that he does is that he leaves and this is a sign of helplessness coz if we see it we are helpless where bullies are concerned.

Sometimes out of 3 pages of mails I delete 2 pages of spam so you can imagine how frustrated I get when I see a huge number of mails but then realize that it is mostly spam.I am happy that atleast some spammer is going to jail and there will be a few more following him again

Hi,You have to think it in this way that if you do not feel bad for murderers then you are thinking like them and then are responsible for somebody's death so then it gives somebody else to take your life because you were a murderer. You might argue that you murdered the convict because he was a bad guy or something, similarly a woman light have killed her husband because he had tortured her for many years, Obviously you would feel bad for her but then again the law marks her as a murderer.There is no use if we too behave like them and go on a massacre and If we really wanted to save resources like money, food, water, clothes and such I guess we should get rid of politicians for they are the ones who are responsible for the deaths of a lot of people in situations where they could have helped. A politician is mentally stable when he makes his decisions but a convict in most cases is mentally unstable at the time of the crime or from a long time leading to the time of murder.Just because they acted foolishly does not mean that we too should go ahead and start decapitating heads.

Hi Carson,It is a sort of serious issue for spamming in forums is alright as they can be caught and thrown out thus saving a lot of pain but in many cases the spammers take free hosting and send a lot of spam resulting in lag and depletion of sources of the Webhoster.Sometimes the spammer hacks into other people's accounts and uses it to send a lot of spam causing a problem to the account holder as it is his name that pops up not the hackers.It is a crime for sometimes these people can steal money making duplicate sites like ebay, paypal and such.It is good that the spammer went to jail as he deserves it and all the others too should join them for it is an inconvenience for hosters. But the problem is that the number of spammers are so great that if one leaves the next one appears.
