While it doesn't look like "glass" to me (since I presume glass to be transparent) it's still a good "web 2.0" effect that makes the sig look 3d. However, I would recommend anti-aliasing the text.

30giga Web Mail Free web big storage
Dooga replied to tekbunly's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I'm sure 2GB is well over enough for me, especially when the attachment size limit is only 20mb or 10mb... If the attachment size limit was unlimited then I would probably consider it. And as for 30gigs.com I already have an account... but I've never used it before. Personally I don't think that the company can be trusted to oversell. What happens if suddenly they shut down? Then we lose all our emails, and the problem with that is that since they're not a large company, we risk having that happen, especially if they claim to offer 30gigs. Even their invitation system is cracked by many php programmers.... I don't trust this company to keep my email or even password, secure... -
Our school uses a proxy that filters everything ... including proxy sites...

I've never tried habbohotel although I don't think I would like it. First of all, it plays with real money, which would be dangerous if you got hacked. Second, people who play it are sometimes pretty rude...

That's actually quite a good list. However, proxy.org has everything. The problem is, schools usually block these....

Hey this is really cool! Although it's a bit unnecessary...

That's very nice! Good job there!I'm curious to know what the text says, it doesn't seem to be too clear for me. (like litterally, as in, I can't read the text because it's blurry)I also like your current sig! Perhaps you could make some tutorials on brushing?

I'm not a power user of any software, so in my opinion I just like the eye candy. If the software has a lot of features, but looks ugly (cough spybot search and destroy cough) then I don't really like it. But if the features are reasonably packed, and the eye candy is lovely, than I would choose it amongst other software.

Can lucid dreaming be dangerous? What happens if I'm so used to lucid dreaming that I might mix reality with a dream? If that happens then there's going to be a lot of lucid dreamers jumping off high buildings!

100$ in 3 months isn't that bad. Do you have any more recommendations? What do you currently use? Share it with us!

Go into your "cpanel" click "File Manager" and you can change your site by changing the files in the "public_html" files directory.

This isn't the correct denotation for hacking, but "hack" has also been used to describe a way to simplify or make use of a tool etc. For example lifehacker.com doesn't teach you how to hack, it teaches you how to make use of your time and succeed in life.I'm sure google "hacks" won't be illegal if you don't use them incorrectly. For example, using google "hacks" to make your search more effective is good, but using it for illegal activity is not. I'll let everyone decide what's legal or not

Why would google register "googlemotherf;? I don't see how that has anything that implies severely something bad about the company, or would harm it in any way. I could register "http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/; and it would be equally harmful, meaning, not harmful at all!

I personally don't like Java. It takes too long to load!

Thanks for this site. While I haven't actually scrolled around, it looks quite promising. However, it may just be the same as download.com.

Maybe there's a switch located deep in the white house that shuts off the internet

SmartFTP works with me.You might not have to type the ftp part of the URL. What does the error message say? Cannot connect, or wrong password?

I know what's wrong. Internet explorer recognizes "topmargin" and "leftmargin" since Microsoft invented that themselves. Obviously, firefox doesn't know what those are... Try adding <style>body {margin : 0 0 0 0;}</style> before the <body> tag. And if you don't mind using "<center>" tags, then put <center>Download version xx</center> instead of "Download version xx". However, I highly suggest another way to code the site, preferably using CSS and DIV tags since these tags and tables are depreciated, and are slowly going to be removed from future browsers.

The Fbi Pushing For Internet Service Providers To Track Members
Dooga replied to owbussey's topic in General Discussion
ISPs actually do track most criminals, since they always have logs of what you visited. However, the willingnesses for them to disclose this information is a different story. Not even the government can force them to disclose this information. However, I'm sure the ISP knows what to disclose and what to not disclose. For example, if this person was using his internet to view child pornography, the ISP would definitely submit this information. However, if someone was downloading mp3 files or using hacks/cracks, I doubt the ISP would give this information, mainly because of the numerous people who download mp3s etc. Child pornography is definitely worse and has significantly less people who view them. -
Pure Css Design (in Progress) suggestions/comments
Dooga replied to Saint_Michael's topic in Programming
Well I didn't check your code, but I highly recommend a web 2.0 design. This means simplicity, and reflections and beta tags (lol I'm kidding). But about the web 2.0 design... you should try to make one, since they turn out to be very beautiful! check http://www.oswd.org/ to find some excellent examples. -
My Site Idea (already done by other people)
Dooga replied to matak's topic in Science and Technology
That's interesting. However, how are you going to present it to your visitors and not get them confused at the same time?
