you only really have to worry about taxes if you are making a lot of money. if you are only making 100 a month, i wouldn't even bother with taxes. you can't "convert' HTML to PHP. it is impossible because it is not the same type. PHP is NOT used by your browser. Your browser can only read HTML (for simplicity sake). On the webserver, an HTML page is sent directly to internet explorer without doing anthing to it (no parsing). For PHP pages, the webserver parses it. This means it looks through your page and executes all the PHP commands. The result is then sent to your internet explorer. When you load a PHP page from internet explorer you are actually not getting a PHP page, you are getting an HTML page that the webserver has generated. PHP is SERVER SIDE SCRIPTING. Asking to convert HTML to PHP is like saying you want to convert a word document to JAVA. It is not possible.

the reason why everyone wants a razr is simply because it is "cool". it is the current "hot" phone and everyone seems to want it. But now, everyone has it.. the browser IM is actually implemented for certain people. I have it on my gmail account. there is a box on the left navigation menu which allows you to chooose your online status, add contacts, etc. the chat goes in the chat group... i think this is going to replace google talk and is a better idea than a seperate program for IM. webbased IM is the future.In fact, web based applications for ALL software is the future. In the future everything will be run off an internet browser and we won't be installing ANY programs at all.

is it possible to have a vacation mode where your account is suspended until you come back?for example, if you have vacation mode on (say for 6 weeks)... your website is not accessible and shows the suspended page. in this case, since your site is not accessible, the credits will stop counting down. the new intel macs are pretty decently priced for what it offers. it is still more expensive than a PC clone or even a Dell but, it is on par with the IBM's which is supposed to be high end PCs.Besides, people were buying macs when they were ridiculously priced around 2 times and even 3 times the price of an equivalent PC. you can store images using the blob data type but as mentioned before, don't store the image in the database because it takes up too much space. just store it in a folder and store the link in the database.

To stop terrorism the way Bush is going is impossible. The US government knows that. You can't "attack" terrorists or wage "war" against terror. The root of terroism comes from an "idea" and you can't attack or kill an idea with physical weapons. It is just stupid. So, the attack on Iraq was not about terroism... that was just an excuse for the masses (like WMDs).The only way to "beat" terrorism is to get rid of the other group's "idea" or learn to live with it. reverse engineering is taking the finished product and trying to figure out how it works by taking it apart. In terms of reverse engineering software, it really is difficult unless it is open source. the problem with "taking apart" software is that software is compiled into binary. You have to decompile it to make any sense of a program. But, when the program is decompiled, it is not exactly how it was whwn it was compiled.As for the user agreement not allowing reverse engineering, they will never know you did it unless they can read minds.

What I find absolutely incredible is that there are still people today who support the decision to invade iraq. the real shock will be if we can install windows XP on a macintosh box. And a bigger shocker would be if we could install pc software directly into mac osx. The reason why mac has only like 3% market share is because of the software and its high price. If this mac is able to run pc software WELL, then we will see mac increase market share. The price of macs have gone down a lot already and for this mac starting at 1499, it is certainly not outrageously priced as G5's were.

How is it a scam if they aren't charging you money? Are they taking credit card information? What other information are they taking? There has to be a reason before you say something is a scam. I personally don't see how it is a scam. They make money from putting annoying ads on your site that you will host with them. Those ads will make money because you are giving them free traffic with your website (2000 minimum page views per day). That's the catch. It isn't a scam because they tell you up front that this is the catch.Now, they might be lying about giving you a dedicated server. They will probably stick a bunch of websites on one server and use VIPs (virtual IP) or something to make it look like a dedicated server.Other than that, I really don't see how this is a scam. Unless they are harvasting email addresses and home addresses or something... But, you should be vulnerable to that because you can always enter fake stuff... which you should...

Whenever I hear that US soilders got killed in Iraq, I know a some people can't help thinking that they deserve what they get. I feel sorry for those who have died, especially for their families. The saddest part is that the war was started for all the wrong reasons and the people who died in Iraq are those who least deserve it.To be honest. If Bush (both jr and sr), rumsfeld, etc. all got killed in Iraq, I think they would deserve it. Certain members of the Bush administration, in my opinion, should be charged with war crimes. They continually break international laws which they have signed, they commit acts of treason (revealing CIA agents), and more.Some of these crimes are punishable by death. Yet, not only are these people not put in jail, they are still allowed to run the whole damn country. In addition to that, about half the american population wanted them back in office! It completely astounds me that Americans can even consider putting the Bush administration back into office (but it happened).The bush administration has done nothing for America except make more enemies, destroy the economy, and create a huge rift within the america itself.
